Bathroom ceiling was leaking when we got the room. There was a urine smell in the room. Quickly got the response from the staff. The leak was fixed but the smell was there.

Had booked through Hotels.com on arrival we were told that we did not have booking or reservation we had to argue for hours before someone decided to ring there head office for them to confirm and told that they forgot to inform the hotel We waited almost 3 hrs before we were allocated rooms. which was very inconvenient as we were a group of 12.no compemsation or upgrade

Location is great, however, the room allocated was not clean, bathroom in state of disrepair, no hot water. Some staff were not helpful. Limited lifts taking way too long to get, queues before and after salah times.
