I booked a suite with a view of the Haram—the room is spacious but the furnishings are old and not tastefully decorated—much like the hotel itself, which has a truly dedicated staff, but the hotel is starting to show its age and needs a modern makeover. Another downside: there’s a food odor in the hotel, which is a shame and unpleasant. Fortunately, the location is ideal.

Everything was perfect the service the hotel was clean the Personnel everybody was nice. The only thing I will suggest that they do better job is the Wifi I had so much trouble with the Wi-Fi. It wasn’t working right and the connection was a little bit bad but other than that, everything was perfect.
