Everything was great, but what really stood out was the cleanliness and the friendly, attentive staff. The room was spotless, and the amenities made the stay comfortable and relaxing.

Rooms are small. But facility works well and location is great.

Need hooks for clothes in the room and toilet.

The room wasn't cleaned properly, rubbish on floor stick residue that got onto our sandals and when we showed the cleaners they responded with 'it was from before' which further proved our room wasn't properly cleaned. Had to asked several times to remove the stickyness. Also, when asking for amenities we would have to ring several times. I would not go back

Defeating disappointed, very small rooms, it is old and smell bad. Uncomfortable beds. Bad room small and old, some staff not work. Even small thing is not work properly like teapot, Tv with out control. This is one of worse I have been. This hotell it not 4 stars can be one or two. The only positive is very close to Majid Haram.

Main positive point is the proximity to the Masjid Al-Nabawi. The rooms are small, beds are even smaller (single bed is only fit for a shortish (5.5 feet) person. Lifts are also small and can be a bit of a problem to get hold of one before and after the prayer times.

The room was so clean and comfortable, we chose it for the location which was excellent but the breakfast and the service, especially the ones that stored our luggage and helped us get a taxi went far beyond what we expected. Would happily stay there again!

Housekeeping forstår ikke opgaven at rydde op, og rodede mere end de rengjorde. Vi fandt et andet hotek til de 2 sidste dage, og til samme pris kan man finde meget andet aom er meget bedre.

Nevertheless, the housekeeping staff were consistently attentive; requests for cleaning or restocking amenities such as toilet paper were handled promptly and efficiently. The front desk experience was less consistent. While the staff were generally helpful, the overall atmosphere lacked warmth, as most interactions felt formal rather than friendly. For example, I was initially granted a late check-out by one staff member, but on the day of departure another staff member initially denied it until I referred to the earlier approval. It was only after checking the system that the extension was confirmed, though limited to one additional hour. This created some unnecessary inconvenience. Breakfast was an area that could be improved. While there were several options available, the overall quality appeared modest, and the service did not feel welcoming. The cook, in particular, was not approachable and at times seemed disengaged, especially when guests arrived closer to closing time. On several occasions, staff appeared preoccupied with their own conversations rather than guest service, which detracted from the dining experience. In conclusion: Rooms are clean but may feel compact for multiple beds. Housekeeping staff are professional and reliable. Front desk service is efficient but lacks friendliness. The location of Golden Tulip Al Zahabi is unbeatable convenient and accessible to Haram, I booked two rooms during my stay. One was acceptable, but the second room was uncomfortably small for two people. We could barely fit our luggage in, and there was very little space to move around. The size of the room was a real issue. I asked many times to change the room but had no luck. Breakfast was good.

Support staff was amazing but one specific reception staff was bit rude with attitude. Hotel is excellent with perfect location. No other issues. But this one person at reception made us feel uncomfortable and not welcomed

I wish I stumbled across this hotel before. I loved every bit, wished I stayed longer. I would definitely come to this hotel again in when I next visit. Very convenient- masjid al nabawi is right at the doorstep and the view from my room I could see the mosque which helped a lot when finding a quiet time to go visit the mosque. Staff were lovely too.
