I’ve been to this hotel twice in the past 3 years. I think it’s a hidden gem, but there are a few things that will make me look elsewhere when returning to Madinah. Firstly, the construction outside the building: for both stays there was construction right in front of the building, obstructing the path to Masjid Anabawi. It’s still very accessible and the location is unmatched in my opinion, but the construction does take away from the beauty and peace one seeks in Madinah. Secondly, the condition of the building: air conditioning was not good in the rooms. It was hot and never quite cooled down. Bad news when it’s 107F outside. The lighting in our room was also odd. They were either all on or all off. One light in the entry way would never turn off. The escalators were also not functional. On a positive note, the rooms are spacious, beautiful, and very clean. The view of Masjid Anabawi is beautiful. It’s also the best location in terms of accessing the Rawdha, men’s entrances, and the Baqee cemetery. Being right next to masjid AlGhamamah was really nice too. Buffet was excellent. I also like that it isn’t a massive hotel, elevators are quick.

The property doesn’t have a late check out, however they can hold luggages in the lobby without an issue. Contacting the hotel before arrival was difficult since the phones didn’t get answered. However, the overall consensus is that it is fantastic place to stay while visiting Al Masjid an Nabawi المسجد النبوي. It’s at convenient location with only a few miles walk to Masjid Quba and the shopping district, or you can take small golf carts. I will highly recommend my family and friends to stay here.

I have stayed in hundreds of hotels, I can easily say this was one of the best 2 or 3 if not the best! We got upgraded to a suite even though we booked a room, that was very nice. Also the view of the Haram Madani is the most beautiful view one can ask for. Breakfast was included which had so much variety, at the end of our stay, the staff kindly agreed to store our suitcases for few hours until our group arrive from Makkah then we can join them in another hotel, that was a big help. Very much recommend.

Close to the Haram about 1000 yards from Quba (gate #5). The room is good and the staff is very responsive. Access to the hote is extremely difficult by car. The food seems to be targeting specific nations. Some attention to small maintenance issues will be a plus

The property is tearing down! The whole room smell everyday! We changed our room still the same problem! The exhaust in the bathroom doesn’t work in any of the bathrooms in the hotel! The whole room starting to smell like bathroom! Not recommending this hotel!!!

We experienced several issues from the moment we checked in. On the first day, the bathroom smelled extremely bad, one of the sinks wasn’t working properly, and the room lights couldn’t be turned off. That night, we also couldn’t sleep because of the mattress, so we contacted the management. They replied quickly, but it was already 2 a.m., so I ended up spending the night outside. The next day, the management moved us to new rooms, which were much better. They also offered us a free dinner for the whole family, which we appreciated. However, we later noticed a smoke smell in one of the rooms.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. Room 219 was modern, very comfortable, and well equipped. The staff were exceptionally attentive and caring throughout our stay. The breakfast was varied and of excellent quality. The proximity to the Haram is a true advantage that makes the stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel.

The property doesn't respond to messages on expedia. They do not pick calls on number given on expedia. After multiple attempts in getting room stay extended a week before check in, it was a complete confusion and lack of support. There is complete lack of empathy by booking staff. Point of advice, please plan for extension of stay and late check outs well in advance.

We forgot my mom’s bag in the room that had some cash inside. I called the hotel 30 minutes after leaving, and they said they would call me back in a minute, but no one did. When I called again an hour later, they said they couldn’t find it. It was disappointing because I felt they weren’t honest about following up. I’m sharing this so other guests can be careful with their belongings. Other than that, the stay itself was fine

I stayed at this hotel for 11 nights. For the first ~4 days of the trip, I would have rated this place a 4/10. The room is great and the amenities, specially the gym, give this hotel an edge. However, the service was subpar for a 5 star hotel. However, after complaining about the service, I noticed a huge improvement from days 5-11. The restaurant staff were very courteous and attentive to my needs. The gentleman who cleaned my room, Akhtar, was fantastic.

Pretty average in terms of services provided .Was shocked by constant pestering by their staff to give them reviews on expedia literally every day .One girl from reception rung to explicitly said give us 5* rating on expedia and mention my name .Noticed guy in the breakfast asking another guest to give rating and mention his name !!Their job should be to provide best service and let guests decide what type of ratings they want to give if any!Afterall it wasn't a complimentary visit , all was paid for .. Breakfast was very disappointing , loads on the menu but nothing tasted that it should be , not worth extra money that was paid for it .

It was a wonderful stay i had in Madina taiba hotel Right infront of Rawdha Rasool and also Mosque Ghamama is downstairs where we can pray also incase if u are running late for prayer time. Best service and loved their breakfast buffet ...variety of food with fresh juices. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

Spent two nights here. Had a great time, the location was excellent. It is approximately 2 minutes from Door # 7 to make daily prayers and 3-4 minutes from Door #1 to give Prophet Salam. Breakfast buffet had a large variety. Would recommend and stay again in the future. Late checkout is 2pm.
