Hotel was under renovation. the bath tub design was not good… when you shower the water would leak out and the water would suddenly turn cold. I guess the hotel is under renovation for a really trust it will be upgraded very soon

Loved our stay at andaman embrace. Stayed in a premier balcony room, new part of hotel. Rooms big with great view of pool. Special thanks to Kaew who looked after us at the pool bar. Only thing I would fault is cleaners do well cleaning room but forget to leave toilet paper and breakfast could be improved. Things like pancakes never hot and you need to dig deep to get hot food from warmers. Would be good if they had someone making coffee/fresh pancakes. We have come in the off season, not sure if there would be enough day beds in peak time. Other than those few very minor things had a great stay and would return. Thanks to being looked after by all the lovely staff.

Very nice hotel close to the beach and on walking distance from a lot of bars/clubs and shops. There was limited closet space in our room but we used the desk and sofa as additional shelves and that worked out fine for us. One minor point is that the smell of chlorine was pretty present in our room, which did have pool access so that might have been to something we could have expected. Ventilation was however not sufficient to tackle the smell.

This hotel & employees exceeded our expectations and more! The staff is so friendly & quick about getting you in & out with assistance. The morning buffet has so many choices! There’s a kids enclosed waterpark right next to the adult pool so family friendly is a plus!!! Hotel is right behind of Bangla Road & 2 streets over from the beach, EVERYTHING is in walking distance & hotel is handicap friendly! You truly get what you pay for AND MORE staying here! We got the family balcony suite & we had an enormous balcony & the views were stunning! Will definitely stay here again! -Las Vegas, Nevada resident

プールアクセススイートに2泊しましたが、掃除をしてもらえませんでした。フロントに伝えても、もう時間外だからとアメニティの交換のみしか対応してもらえず、非常に残念でした。部屋自体はきれいでしあが、シャワーは洪水しやすかったです。また、朝ご飯は普通です。ただ、フローティングブレックファストができてパトンビーチが近くてプール付きの部屋がお手頃価格なのでこんなものなのかなとも思いましたが、掃除だけはしてほしかったです。 5つ星だと思ってラグジュアリーさを求めるなら別の場所、コスパとフローティングブレックファストを求めるならここは悪くないです。

Property looks amazing on the pictures however they will have been taken when it was built/renovated however many years ago. The room was okay, we paid for private pool but were sad when we got there as it was just bait for all the insects with dozens of dead mosquitos and flying ants in there. There was flying ants crawling out of the decking for the outside area of our room which meant we couldn’t sit on it. Not that any seating is provided for you to enjoy your outside space other than loungers in the pool. Also think you should be told at booking that your pool access rooms are non-smoking on the terrace as we would have booked a different room. There was mosquitos in the room right as we checked in. The shower leaked into both the toilet and the dressing area which made it slippy. We’ve stayed in multiple hotels during our stay in Thailand and this was the worst which is even more frustrating as it was the most expensive. I think the place is in need of some TLC and upgrading as it would be a perfect place to stay. The location is good as it’s only 10min walk from Bangla Road.

Nice pool, unfortunately that's about all that was nice. Housekeeping rude, kept hanging up on me. Very loud banging and crashing at all hours, bit scary actually. Dirty, over flowing rubbish bins. The bloke who brought our bags to the room should have spent a couple of minutes explaining how the lights and Air Con work, very confusing. Horrible breakfast, I mean really horrible. Toilet paper replaced with a quarter or half a roll if you were lucky, we had to use the tissues. Really weird room layout, that just didn't work. The 'do not disturb/ clean the room ' switch outside the door never worked, so we had to inform the front counter every day to service the room. 2 small bottles of water each day is not enough when you can't use the tap water. Anyway, the list goes on, to say this is a 5 star resort is a joke, who ever did the rating obviously didn't step foot in pool access room no. 1311, this is a 3 star resort maximum, and if it wasn't for the pool, I wouldn't rate it at all. The bathroom had about 20 tubes of poorly applied white silicone around the tiles. We paid Sydney prices for the room, way to expensive for the poor quality. Anyway, 3 star's max, you've been warned.

Large hotel at the centre of Patong. The balcony room was clean and spacious. Two pools with plenty of space to sunbathe. Breakfast service was a bit chaotic with food serve areas in tight walkways and too many people. The hotel takes a 3000 Baht cash security deposit on arrival / and they are strict on even things like 1 of the 2 plastic door cards not being returned when checking out.

房間好大，開放式設計，行李及衣物要放在浴室內空間，雖然可以拉開間隔，打通房間，但覺唔方便。厠所及花灑浴分開，互不影響使用時間。但花灑浴間內，沒有位置或掛勾，放自己需要的物品。房間冷氣太大，調至最高溫，睡覺仍有點凍。池景好靚，但住了4個晚上，早上唔多覺有人清理泳池。有漂浮下午茶，影相靚。唔係好多服務員，房間清潔姐姐，工作一般。餐廳好大，但只做早餐，其他時間，要在房間享用食物，但餐後用具及碗碟，放門外，翌日都無收拾，要通知前枱處理。酒店附近有食店，中日韓泰印美種類都有，多spa店舖，近海灘，近滑浪店。房價包自助早餐，食物款式唔錯，如果早機走，可以提前一晚通知前枱，改以早餐盒代替，但袋內只有水，果汁，奶，烚蛋2只，小牛角包1件及小量水果。

Great mid-range hotel for the price you pay, quiet rooms from external noise but internal noise was a major issue. The hallways have no carpet or furniture to absorb sound so conversations from other guests bounce around into your room. Not ideal and doesn’t look finished either. Pool is great but happy hour is from 1:00pm to 3:00pm which is normally going out and exploring time for most. Only saw one couple at the pool bar during our week long stay, prices are very expensive. Breakfast buffet was great, starts at 6:30am until 10:30am. Hotel also has many many rules, felt more like a cheap budget hotel rather than something aiming to be slightly upper mid-range.losing a keycard will cost you 200 Baht (we never lost a card) but I’ve never come across another hotel that asks you to pay to replace a plastic RFID key given they are extremely cheap. Would stay elsewhere next time in Patong.

Great location if you want night life/ hustle and bustle. Great pool for couples, and another for families. Food adequate, but not consistent, and breakfast plentiful but not fine dining. Don’t know why reviews complained no brekki options for Aussies, as all eggs, bacon, cereals, fruits, croissants, cheese, meats,pancakes, pastries,juices etc is more than enough. Front desk staff helpful but their English isn’t great. Not sure why other reviews complained about safety deposit as all hotels take this and there is an ATM right next door. Housekeeping needs a lot of work. Very understaffed so if you’re used to having your room made up the second you leave it, maybe Bali is a better destination for you. Rooms were lovely and clean, and housekeeping was thourough, just not promp. It works on a “ replace” system. So don’t leave your towels or water bottles around the pool or you will struggle to get them replaced! No babysitting facilities. Overall very good value though, and a great take to take the family if you like a little excitement. Jenny at the tours desk booked AMAZING tours for us that we will remember forever.

Pool access run was good. Property was clean, a little tired in some areas. Breakfast was included, was basic buffet. Room didn't get cleaned until late in the afternoon. On check in, a 3000 baht cash deposit was required. Couldn't find anything on this in our booking paperwork. This was refunded on checkout after the room was checked by staff, meaning we then had 3000 cash leftover and had to convert it at the airport, which was a bit inconvenient. Not sure if I would stay again, for the price we paid could probably get something nicer

Poor breakfast (food not kept heated, massive queues for egg station, no tables available, things running out and never restocked.) Hotel requires a 3000 baht deposit in cash which isn’t ideal. Hotel was ok- clean but was expensive for Thailand and wasn’t worth what we paid.
