This was our second stay in this wonderful hotel and we love the sunset rooms. The only negative for us is we have never been able to get a pool sunbed. Luckily we don’t mind the beach but it would be nice to be around one of the pools. Sadly the taken beds were generally unused just had towels on.

Excellent location walkable to everywhere. The staff is excellent top notch. Breakfast has a good variety of choices. The gym is well equipped and the hours are convenient. The pools are clean not over chlorined. We will be back.

Das Hotel ist sehr groß, mit allen Vor- und Nachteilen. Beim Frühstück gibt es teilweise sehr großes Gedränge, dafür aber auch Animation und drei Pools, die sehr schön angelegt sind. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist gross und vielseitig. Je nach Zimmerlage kann es nachts durch die Straße laut sein, dafür ist die Lage gut und alles zu Fuß erreichbar, was man braucht. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und geräumig, das Personal auch sehr freundlich. Eine große Hilfe war uns Kevin, der deutschsprachige Reiseleiter. Ein Punkt war für uns sehr störend. Es gibt zu wenig Liegen am Pool, sodass am frühen Morgen schon ein Großteil der verfügbaren Liegen reserviert sind, das ist für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse für uns nicht akzeptabel. Als Fazit würde ich sagen, dass für den Preis noch mehr möglich wäre.

Room and ammenities within the rooms, especially the bathroom, were excellent. Only one pool accessible for people in wheelchairs and even that didn’t have handrails on any of the steps into the pool. This took a bit of manoeuvering to get in and out. Breakfast was excellent with so much choice. It should’ve had some handrails should’ve had handrails to get into one of the pools.

Overall excellent place for rest and relaxation. The entertainment staff for yoga and aqua are very friendly and I look forward to the daily activities. The service for maintenance, daily cleaning and customer service are all very customer focused and diligent. I would hesitate to come back to stay at the place again or recommend people to the place. There are some rooms that are better than others. Some are undergoing maintenance but the rooms at building 8 are excellent

This hotel is huge and has tons of amenities. The room was very clean and we enjoyed sitting out on our balcony overlooking the pool. I would definitely come back here again with my family!

This property would be excellent if it was renovated, gym equipment was old. Breakfast looked good but the hot food was not hot. Cleaning staff do a good job and very pleasant

숙소는 오래되었으나 청소상태는 대체적으로 깔끔했다. 그러나 우리방에서 바퀴벌레가 나왔다. 물론 업그레이드로 방을 바꿔주셨지만 찜찜하다. 조식은 보통. 다만 리조트 앞 바다가 무척 예뻤고(빠통비치 중에서 가장 예쁜 것 같음) 리조트 내에 프로그램이 잘 되어 있어, 오랫도안 머물면서 리조트를 충분히 즐기면 좋을 것 같다.

Generally, the property was ok however the room we were in got a lot of noise at night from somewhere which is not the property’s fault. My bed sheet and pillow had stains which looked like dry blood so I made sure to sleep on the opposite side without the stained pillow.

Our stay here wasn’t good at all, we had the worst room, there was maintenance going on next door and they we’re painting, the fumes were intense, they had fans out the front of our rooms. Then I woke up to our bathroom been flooded with water coming up through the drains. The sewage smell was next level. Then again had fans all down the hallway. Our room was so noisy with the motorbikes and tuk tuks coming all night with the music that loud. I will never stay in this resort again.

Everything was lovely, apart from the scum lines around the main pool, visually that is terrible and quite frankly unacceptable the building is old we all get that butthe pool area verandahs which is your showpiece must always be in pristine condition, they need a freshen up and the seahorse water feature would service your establishment well if they were working. You’ve got an incredible location but you also have to do the work.The staff are amazing and deserve to work in a place that has management doing their best for Graceland upkeep.I would be proud to have them on my team.

I like the location. Staff are very friendly and nice. I don’t like our room. Shower kept flooding also mildew and smelly. The whole building needs an upgrade. To be rated 5 stars it was very disappointing.

The room was clean but did have a musty smell about it . All my clothes I hung in the wardrobe seem to be damp . My friends and family rooms did not seem to have this trouble . The actual grounds and pools were beautiful . The breakfast buffet was also very good something for everyone. Most of the staff very polite and friendly . I did find the reception staff not as friendly or helpful. Also great location for local restaurants . Good food great prices . I would stay here again .

The staff has to be congratulated, as everyone is always with a warm smile and willing to help. However, the older part of the hotel looks too dated, and if you walk to the newest part, does not even look like the same resort. Our room was a basic one, however, no even windows in the room, one of the double mattresses was broken (making a 45° with your spine) and the shower drain was blocked. Even though you are not in the highest end rooms, the 5 stars is carried by all guests, which I didn't feel it during my stay.

We stayed in a pool access room and liked the value for money. The pool was beautiful, but it was difficult to get in and out for my husband with shoulder issues. The breakfast buffet was standard with a big range on offer. If you're big on cleanliness, I wouldn't recommend it, as its at a minimum, with lots of things looking tired, and needing repairs. The shower in the room is a great size, with great water pressure but water can run into the toilet floor which isca design fault. The room smelled mildewy the whole time, as they often do in tropical places.

Stay was pleasant. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms were clean. But had a foul smell in the lift. Beds were not that comfortable. It was so springy, that you will drench when you lie on the edge and have body pain when you wake up the next day. Had a problem with booking. I booked for 2 adults and 2 children aged 2 & 4. But they booked through another agency and they booked for 2 adults and 2 infants(1 year old). So hotel requested us to pay 3K for an additional child. Though there is nothing wrong on my side or the hotel side, I have to pay 3K. customer care is not helpful in solving this issue. They just said it’s hotel policy and they just leave the chat after a min and new customer care executive is assigned. I got fed up explaining the same issue to multiple people in cc. It was booking agency mistake which I eventually end up paying 3K

We loved the fact that you could step onto your patio and then slip into the pool without actually leaving your room. Our room was very comfortable with the best bed we've had for a long long time. The bathroom is spacious, but beware of tiny steps into the bathroom! Breakfast was reasonable with 2 breakfast rooms. The lobby area is huge and has lots of seating with a nail bar, gift shop and coffee(Starbucks)/cake shop. Hotel only 1 minute from the beach, but you have to cross a busy road to get to it and it gets very busy. There are loads of eateries within easy reach and we found Fouket's a very nice place to eat a literally across the road. Things we didn't like was that the pool area gets noisy and nightime revellers are noisy (although having concrete corridors doesnt help).

We stayed in a poolside room and the room was nice, clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast had a great variety and was fresh and delicious. It was a good location, with food, markets and shops nearby: But it was just too noisy in our room and too crowded at breakfast and around the resort. Perhaps a room on the second or third floor may be better.

Arriving at the resort it took 20 minutes to book in and were were the only people there. There was also a language barrier as staff could not speak english. But we will be back as everything else was excellent.

The pool was amazing. Clean rooms and facilities. Breakfast was great. The only thing i found where the pillows werent comfy but other than that i cant complain. The staff where amazing. I had a couple of issues with the glass sliding door not locking and a leak in the roof as soon as i told them it was fixed within minutes. I would highly recommend this resort.

OK, so I booked this hotel many months ago with messaging indicating I wanted to get a better room with two beds. We ended up with the worst room in the back no View no even opening window. I checked online there were rooms available, but were told because they wereonline rooms. They were not available to me for an upgrade. Online rooms. They were not available to me for an upgrade or change even though I booked online.. confusing? Yeah me too. I feel like a manager cared. They would’ve just made the change. There were pool room, views, and other rooms available online. Other than that, the place is a great all in one location, family oriented. This is not a single resort. Staff was all very nice pleasant as all Thai people are. It was nicely situated towards the end and you can walk right to everything you want.

The checkin/checkout process is always alot longer than most hotels. Also they tried to give me 2 standard rooms instead of 2 deluxe, On purpose....When i said it was wrong room the bag guy left my bags in the room, said id have to take them back myself to reception. Then reception tried twice to tell me i was wrong. Proved it and waited another 30minutes to get our actual correct rooms. 2 rooms in different blocks. Otherwise nice stay, as usual.

Schöne, grosszügige Hotelanlage, grosse Zimmer, schöne Poollandschaft. Zugang zum Meer nur durch eine Strasse getrennt. Ruhige Lage und doch nicht weit zu Restaurants und Bars. Hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet, auch warmes sowie frisch zubereitetes, schönes Hotelrestaurant. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert, wir kommen gerne wieder.

This is a very nice property. Very large, great pools. The hotel is on the quiet end of Patong. Right across the street from the beach. If you are going to Patong I would stay here. Patong is loud and crazy.

家族4人で宿泊しました。バングラ通りまで2km程離れているため、歩いて行くには少し遠い距離ですが、トゥクトゥクで200THBで行けるため不自由は感じませんでした。ビーチは目の前だし、ホテルのプールは近いし、繁華街から少し離れているため夜は静かだし、家族連れには最適でした。部屋は、ファミリープールアクセスを取りましたが、安心して子供を見れるし、場所取りの必要はないし、小さい子供連れなら絶対お勧めです。ホテルを出ると、ビーチと反対側にコンビニがあるため、ビールはそこで安く買ってました。

This is Great location.It’s close enough to walk into main Patong area but away from the busy Bangla rd, so quieter and good for families . There are close restaurants and shops around the resort as well. We have stayed in sunset wing and love the pool there and the area around this wing. Staff have always been lovely and helpful for us.

Great except the bar staff at the pool and restaurant need to look at their customers and ask if they would like a drink. We always had to ask for a drink. We also found out that there was a gastro outbreak do to room service ice. I was with a group of 6 people and 5 of us got gastro.

The buffet breakfast is amazing (had an omlete station and chicken noodle station where things are made to order), the staff are exceptional (in every area) and the property is beautiful. They were doing some renovations to the building next to where we stayed and you wouldnt have known if they hadnt been part way through replacing one of the bridges as they were quiet and super tidy. Very impressed. Our room was a beautiful pool access room which I totally recommend. Pools were always kept super clean and the grounds were immaculate. The kids club is very small but the staff there are engaging and provide alot of activities. They do lots of different drinks and foods throughout the restaurants and cafes on site and room service almost all day/night (great when your toddler fall asleep and you get stuck in your room lol). Highly highly recommend. It was an experience of a lifetime there and I would visit again in a heart beat! Thank you to the staff for providing us the best holiday!

We liked the location of the hotel. It’s situated right across from Patong beach, and within walking distant (15-20 mins) to the night life district. We booked a deluxe room and was upgraded to a family suite (?). It looked nice & clean, and was roomy for a family of 4. We booked our stay with breakfast buffet. It’s way too busy around 8:30-9:30am and it’s very difficult to find a table. We also had the dinner buffet at The Flower restaurant for 650 baht pp on our first night. IMO it’s not worth the money. It would be a definite pass if we stay at this property in the future.

Further from town than we would like. Breakfast was plentiful just not quality. Bacon was shaved rind ends so it was chewy, poached eggs cooked with overpowering vinegar and omlets raw in centre.
