Stayed 4 nights

We enjoyed our stay! The only issue we had was with the air conditioning. It would start off cool enough, but in the middle of the night, the room would become hot. We later found out that the AC unit had frozen over and needed to be turned down to allow the ice to melt before it could work properly again.

The hotel amenities are basic including the room and the elevator etc. The pictures are misleading slight as the state of the architecture feels the hotel was last upgraded 10-15 years ago. The breakfast and room service is good, especially for Indian travelers but apart from this we did not find our stay quiet appealing. I'd give the property and our stay a 3/5 rating.

The location of the hotel is very central, which is a great plus. However, since it has 3-4 different entrances, it can sometimes be a bit confusing when booking a Grab; you need to choose your pick-up point carefully. The hotel is quite old and features 3-4 towers, making it feel a bit like a labyrinth—you might find yourself walking through different buildings and switching elevators to reach your room, depending on which tower you are in. Despite this, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The property just needs a little renovation and maintenance, but overall, it was an okay stay. Thank you for everything!
