２度目の宿泊です。設備、立地が良く価格が安く、豪華さもある素晴らしいホテルです。前回は２部屋のスイートで高層階からの眺めも良かったが、今回は10階（10階以上が客室）でしたが、プールビューだったので良かった。高層階でも、周囲に高層ビルが建ち、眺めが良くない部屋もあるようだ。部屋には電子レンジ、洗濯機があり、ミニバーは無料、巨大なキングベッドの寝心地は良く、オットマンソファもある。バスルームは広く、大きなバスタブ、独立したシャワールーム、温水洗浄式トイレもある。ＮＨＫプレミアムと言う日本語放送はあるが、番組の内容には残念な点があり、野球の放送が多かった。プールは大きく泳ぐのに良いが少し浅い120㎝、ジャグジーが２つもある。また、トレーニングジムやサウナもあり無料、温水ジャグジーもある。フロントロビーは天井が高く豪華で、無料の珈琲、紅茶を飲める。スタッフは親切で、とても助かった。ビジネスセンターもあり、無料でパソコンや印刷機が使える。とても居心地の良いホテルでした。だたし、現在、ホテル前の道路が舗装工事中が歩きにくいのが残念。ホテル代が値上がりしているバンコクで、とてもお得なホテルだと思う。

J’ai passé un excellent séjour avec mon fils au Grande Centre Point Ratchadamri. L’hôtel est très bien placé, proche du BTS, du parc et à 10 minutes à pied de Central World, avec de nombreux restaurants dans les centres commerciaux voisins. Les installations sont idéales en famille : une grande salle de jeux (PS5, baby-foot, simulateurs, fléchettes), une superbe piscine avec deux bains à remous (dont un chauffé), et un espace bien-être complet (sauna, hammam, jacuzzi) accessible séparément pour hommes et femmes. La salle de sport est très bien, mais les haltères s’arrêtent à 25 kg. La chambre était propre et confortable, literie parfaite. Le service au petit déjeuner est excellent, toujours avec le sourire et beaucoup de gentillesse. Petit point à noter : une caution de 100€ est demandée au check-in, uniquement par carte de crédit (les cartes de débit sont refusées), ce qui mériterait d’être précisé à l’avance. Un hôtel familial de qualité, avec un personnel accueillant et un emplacement stratégique à Bangkok.

The accommodation was excellent, and the staff are very helpful. We loved the pool, which was actually the reason we chose this hotel. It definitely didn’t disappoint. People considering this hotel might want to bear in mind that it doesn’t sell alcohol. We missed this fact, though it’s specified on the hotel website. My partner got some beers from a nearby 7/11 so it wasn’t an issue for us - more of a surprise.

Spa is so relaxing. Room is very clean and convenient. Staffs are very nice. Everything is perfect except the street infront of this hotel. Due to the construction of the next hotel next to it, there is no pedestrian walk.

Tucked in among literally DOZENS of other hotel options in the same few blocks, GCP was a great choice. Loved the full kitchen and washer/dryer in every room; the gym, sauna, hot tub, and steam room; the round-the-clock speedy service; the spotless cleanliness; and the reasonably priced room service options. I even enjoyed their lobby coffee! I’d happily choose GCP again.

Hotel did not meet my expectation relative to the price paid for booking on 28 Dec 2025 to 6 Jan 2026. Lobby and public areas were in good condition, however the hallway and room on floor 25 and 22 were very visibly needing repair and refurbishment. Also had concerns on finding hair on my bed and bathroom. Reported my concerns and was granted a room change. However cleanliness and condition of the new room remained concerning.

While a decent hotel by way of its services and staff, our room smelled distinctively like mold and mildew. It was so strong I had to wear a face mask at times. The pool was decent and a nice size and never got too crowded. Aside from the strong mold smell, the rooms were decently sized and having an in room washing machine helped. I wouldn't recommend this place though because of the pervasive smell of mold and mildew that just ruined it for me

다른 층은 모르겠으나 37층 복도에선 내내 심각한 담배냄새가 났고 방에 거미줄도 있었어요 거미줄은 하루 아침에 생기는 것도 아니니 청소에 얼마나 소홀한지 알 수 있죠 거미줄이 있다고 카운터에 얘기한 날 보란듯이?먼지털이 청소용품을 티비 앞에 놓고 갔더라구요? 전자렌지 냉장고 싱크대 인덕션 세탁기가 있어서 장기 숙박에는 좋을거 같고 전체적으로 이용할 수 있는 시설들(수영장, 자쿠지, 사우나, 피트니스센터, 어린이놀이터, 게임룸, 티룸 등)이 많아서 장점과 단점이 극과 극이에요

the room is clean and very spacious, lobby is good and nice for meeting friends and client. location is good, close to central world, with a 7-11 near by. concierge and reception service are good. Breatfast is good too! both chinese and western. i have stayed for a few times. only things to improve: - the hot water is unstable, and need to wait for 20 second for hot water, and it's either too hot or too cold.

The hotel gave you a lot for the money spent, and was ideal for an extended stay of 6 nights as we visited Bangkok for the first time. We would tour during the morning and early afternoon and then relax in the room.. The 2 bedroom unit we rented was nicely furnished - more like a condo rental with a small kitchen with a refrigerator, dishes and utensils, cookware available if requested, and a, combination washer/dryer with a dining table that easily sat six adults. We were traveling with a group of 10 adults friends. We had take-out through GRAB on a couple of nights and we had enough seats in the unit to accomodate us all. The recreational floor was exceptional with a game room, library, sauna, Jacuzzi, and gym with treadmills and a full complement of exercise machines. It was conveniently located with a 5 minute walk to the BTS station at Ratchadamri. The breadfast was also very good. It was a 35 minute cabride from DMK costing between 300 and 500 Thai bahts. We would gladly stay there again for an extended stay.

If the main doors can be more sound proofs. Early morning we can hear the room cleaning crew getting along with their works. Also the wooden blind are very nice to see but it doesnt block out the sun. The room becomes bright at around 6 plus am. Wish there were block out curtains

Can’t beat the location—right in the middle of Bangkok near CentralWorld and the BTS. The rooms are huge, more like apartments, and having a full kitchen is super convenient. Great choice if you want space and comfort while staying close to everything.

Breakfast was, without exaggeration, terrible, limited options, poor quality, not fresh, and absolutely not worth the additional cost we paid in advance. Service throughout our stay was barely acceptable, and the general experience was overwhelmingly disappointing. I would not recommend staying here.

Booked to stay at GCP for a 10 day business trip. Price and location was what attracted me to the hotel. It was my first visit. Must say was not impressed at all with the check in process which took almost 30 mins. While the room was really very spacious and appreciated the kitchenette, the room did have a stale and musty smell. I also missed the fact that the lobby did not have a cocktail bar. Other than that, manageable.

The service is really bad. The pool has no life guards during our stay. We stayed 4 days and we used the pool everyday but never seen a guard around. And when we ask for an extra towel, the staff refused to give us. Very bad experience. And we need to call for the house keeping even though we ask for it before we head out. Will not come back!

Good hotel and service, however the view is obstructed by the new construction site and getting too inconvenient and awkward with the construction site spraying water onto the ground from above getting you wet when you walk pass. Very noisy every morning even on Sunday. Construction start at 6-8am and won’t finish until sun down so hardly got any good night of sleep

Stayed here as part of a cruise overnight stay in Bangkok. Let us book in early, free upgrade. Facilities are excellent and the pool complex was amazing and a god send after a long day exploring in the heat Breakfast was superb loads of variety. Location central to large shopping complex and only a few mins walk from the BTS stations
