Pros- buffet breakfast was nice, staff highly attentive, free shuttle service throughout the day. Ramp access options, elevators, kids club, multiple pools. Quiet property at night. Beds are nice. Bottles of water provided every day in the room. Con- rooms need a deep clean and maintenance done. AC temps have to be changed from reception, but far out of Patong but we didn't mind that (10min from the hustle and bustle of it all)

Great hotel for families with toddlers especially the kids pool was a great hit. The waterslide itself kept our son busy for hours. Staff were fantastic with the kids and offered our son free macaroons all the time. The hotel is opposite Kalim Bay/Beach which is not really worth going to. Kamala beach is much better to go to (much nicer than Patong beach) but is about 30 mins away by tuk tuk. Rooms service menu was quite basic even though there were 3-4 restaurant options. Not convinced this is a 5 star hotel in the conventional sense as it lacks the polish of 5 star hotels in Hong Kong, Paris or Singapore that I am use to. Minor irritating points relate to house keeping where there was a missing iron and guest flip flops which only came to light when we checked out and they asked us about the items to see if we had taken them. Hopefully they will not charge the bond for the missing items. There is a price list for everything to deter theft however as a guest you almost need to do your own inventory check (which is a long list!) otherwise at checkout they might claim you took the item.

This was my fourth or fifth time at this hotel. I love the location - in Patong but not IN Patong. Tuk tuks and taxis are close by to take you to the beach or shopping. They have an extensive breakfast buffet. Gym is small but has what you need. Would come back again for sure

My wife, daughter and I just returned from 15 nights at Nature. We had a wonderful stay. The property, grounds and pools were all clean and well maintained. Our room was equally as good. Special mentions for Santhana at the beach pool bar - awesome daiquiris, our lovely lady who made our room up each day, Yaa. And finally to the security guard who looked after our daughter during the awesome Songkran water fight out on the front of the hotel. Anyone wanting to visit patong but not stay right in the middle of town, this hotel meets those needs! Would recommend.

Wir hatten sehr hohe Erwartungen an dieses 5-Sterne-Hotel in Patong. Leider wurden wir sehr enttäuscht. In unserem ersten Zimmer hat es übelst gestunken (modrig, Klimaanlage?). Die Dame vom Housekeeping hat es leider nicht gerochen. Trotzdem konnten wir nach langer Diskussion das Zimmer wechseln. Im neuen Zimmer hat es zum Glück nicht gestunken, war aber auch nicht besonders sauber (Deckenlampen waren total verstaubt). Nachdem wir uns erneut beschwert hatten, wurde das Zimmer nochmal gereinigt. Wir hatten ein Pool-Access-Zimmer gebucht. Im Nachhinein hat sich das nicht gelohnt. Die Pools sind alle nicht gepflegt. Deshalb sind wir lieber ans Meer zum Baden gegangen. Insgesamt ist die gesamte Anlage sehr in die Jahre gekommen, bzw. wurde nicht gepflegt. Das Frühstück war ok. Hier galt aber eher Masse statt Klasse. Es gab zwar viel Auswahl, aber die Qualität der Speisen war nicht besonders gut. Schade, aber dieses Hotel können wir leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

An sich eine absolut schöne Hotelanlage. Um genau zu sein, zumindest aus der Entfernung! Der Pool war sauber und echt schön. Das Frühstuck bat für alle Gäste etwas. ABER: Wir sind nach dem 3. Tag in ein anderes Zimmer umgezogen weil es in unserem stark Schimmel roch. Das Kondenswasser der Klimaanlage lief die Wänder herunter, die Steckdosen waren defekt, so dass man sich am stecker verbrannte, die Dusche lief nicht ab und es war überall Dreck und Schimmel. Im neuen Zimmer war es noch schlimmer, zumindest mit der Sauberkeit. Die Zimmer sind zusätzlich sehr hellhörig. Wir hörten unsere Nachbarn bei Streit und Spaß. Alles in allem würde ich sagen, dass das Hotel nicht dem Preis- Leistungsverhältnis entspricht

The property was very nice and well kept, rooms were spacious and clean. The only issue I had was the room remained very moist which created a mildew smell. The walls and floor remained wet even after wiping everything down with a towel and this also caused our clothes to remain damn. Not sure what that was about but maybe it had to do with the AC system. Otherwise it is a very nice property but a little far off from the excitement of Patong Beach.

I am leaving a bad review because my AirPods were taken. I have checked location and they are now active in Patong. I was unable to locate them while I was at the resort as they were turned off and the last known location was my room at the resort. The room I was in smelt terrible (like mould), even though I spoke to management they just used room spray to cover it up. The pictures are deceitful. It’s not bad but it’s not as luxurious as the pictures depict. Will rather pay more than to stay at this resort again.

The hotel was good but the room has multiple problems, when the first enter the light was’t working also the shower has a drain water problem and the door battery was’t working, we could not enter room until we call room service to solve the problem.

The price was good for this property. It was a little of ways from downtown Patong, but it was nice to have the quiet too.The breakfast was okay- and it worked for our days…I was happy that we did have choices. The staff were very nice! The room was clean, the bar tender “Best” was really nice and made good drinks! We had our own pool for our room and also were few steps away from the pool with a swim up bar. None of the elevators take you down so be prepared to walk. The bell service can pick you up but sometimes are busy so we walked a lot of the times. They did our laundry for us at a low cost too which was great! Overall I liked this property and we were happy with our stay!

Stayed here with my husband, my mum and stepdad and it was a really lovely stay overall. When we first arrived, we were told we couldn't check in until 3pm and there wasn't many places to hang around until that time - So we just had to sit in reception. The trainee on reception, Ting Ting, was really quite rude to another customer when we first arrived and later was on the phone to a customer rolling her eyes, talking in Thai and laughing which was super inappropriate. So our stay didn't start off on the best foot. However, the rest of the staff were absolutely lovely and accommodating. When we went to our room and the room was nice but did need a little refresh in places - I would heavily dispute this was a 5* compared to others we have stayed in (I'm aware that makes me sound so obnoxious but it is true). We opted for a 'jacuzzi room' but the jacuzzi in question was essentially just a freezing cold plunge pool, so my husband only went in it once... not worth the extra money - a normal room is fine. Room was very clean when we arrived, cleaned every single day by the staff and, I have to say, the bed was so comfy! Good amenities in the way of tea, coffee and bathroom toiletries too. The only thing we didn't like about the room was the fact the wardrobe is in the bathroom. So, every time someone pooped your clothes were in there, which was weird and we had to use the wardrobe as that was the only hanging space, with only 2 small drawers otherwise. Good location!

The room at The Nature Phuket is quite nice at first glance, but I feel that for the price, the overall quality doesn’t quite match up. To be fair, we did stay during high season, which might explain the higher prices — but even with that in mind, I expected a bit more. Looking closer, there were visible cracks in the room, and the overall build quality just didn’t feel solid. At one point, I genuinely felt like I could’ve snapped the sink in the bathroom — it felt loose, almost like someone who stayed before had already done some damage. If I were to nitpick further, the pool access area didn’t seem the cleanest or best maintained. That said, I did notice there were workers who came around daily to clear things from the pool, which is definitely a plus — so it’s not being completely neglected. The location is a definite highlight. It’s surprisingly not too busy, especially considering it’s near a livelier area. It offers a good balance — calm and quiet, but still very convenient for getting around. Overall, I really did enjoy the hotel. The staff were amazing genuinely lovely people who took care of any requests quickly and with a smile. Despite a few flaws, I would still recommend this place.

A good but not amazing hotel. I had booked a room with a walk in pool. The room was very good and had a modern feel. It wasn't the best of walk in swimming pools. The water was cold as the pool was in the shade all day. I had to request to move rooms because of noisy neighbours. No rooms with walk in pools were available, but I was upgraded to a suite. This was absolutely amazing with jacuzzi bath. Thanks very much to the reception staff. I used the pool at the front of the hotel which received full sun. This was great. Other people even though they had walk in pools also did this. There was a good choice at breakfast.

Stayed 4 nights, no electricity at 1 night, no aircon no water for bath, no solution, finally resumed electricity and water at about 1am, other 3 nights had sudden cut (temp for a while) of aircon, waked up due to feeling hot, needed to restarted aircon manually. Floors were wet with no solution, asked us to keep aircon 20 degree but actually still wet. Sliding door for toilet area was out of order, could not close tightly, very inconvenient for privacy. Changed room after first night but same poor condition, no dif. in second room. Operator called rudely and said to leave room immediately due to 100% full booking, that was about 11am and first call of confirmation for change of room, we requested 30 mins for packing up but still impolite response by operator. No pick up of phone by operator at night. Asked golf car for checkout (normal hotel arrangement) but no action after operator confirmed on phone, needed to walk to hotel reception and made face to face request then could arrange. We had considered to change hotel but believed no refund to be so finally completed stay there. We normally travel 3-4 times a year. That's a nightmare experience!

Had the best time staying at The Nature! The hotel was great, our room had the pool access and it was beautiful, and the staff is extremely friendly! We enjoyed the daily breakfast buffet, and the food at the hotel. The convenience of the location was also a plus. Santana the bartender at the pool bar was great ! Jeab and Kwang are also extremely kind and attentive. I would definitely return for my next visit to Phuket !

The hotel is ok but slightly dated. It is really a 3/4 star hotel. Breakfast buffet was expansive but is not international as pork products are not served. Biggest problem is the distance to Patong and beaches which result in the constant use of taxis since the shuttle service 8s very limited.

Loved staying at the Nature! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The location is outside of the main area of Patong but this is a huge plus. Only a short uber ride to the main centre or a 20 min walk to Patong beach. Have recommended this hotel to many people already and would definitely stay here again in the future!

The hotel is of good standard. I will firstly give the good side. If you request anything you get it at speed. The beds are fantastic and the rooms very good. The food is also very good. The negative side is that when you check in you have to pay a deposit we had one of £175 cash. Bit of a shock. We had booked a swim up room. The first room we were given was 9106 furthest room you can get from the reception. Its smelled so we got another one which was fine. It is a little out the way into patong free hotel bus or £5 tuk tuk.

Vi havde 14 rigtig dejlige dage på Tue Nature Phuket. Gode pools. Gode faciliteter. Venligt personale. Dejligt store værelser, der blev rengjort hver dag. Absolutely love the hotel. I love the plantings and the pool and the way they took care of my room. I just feel like the location- It doesn’t belong there -when you step off the property stepping into a very unsafe street traffic wise. Hard to get to the beach if you’re walking and it’s like it belongs somewhere else in Thailand because it’s a very wonderful hotel.

LOVED this hotel. Staff was so friendly. Went to thailand for my birthday and on my birthday they decorated the bed and brought me a cake with a candle. I thought the gesture was so sweet. Breakfast food was great everyone was very friendly no complaints When i visit thailand again i will be staying here

The nature Phuket is a great hotel to stay at. Highly recommend staying here. The staff are very helpful, the cleaners do an amazing service, the pool and pool bar are awesome, especially buy one get one at the pool bar that lasts for 3 hours. Can’t wait to see you next time 🙂

Like buying a 5-star hotel on TEMU. It looks good in the pictures, but in reality it feels more like a 3-star experience. The morning buffet was far too small for the number of guests in the hotel, and getting a cup of coffee was pure madness. The first room we were given was moldy, with a humidifier running at full speed, and everything felt semi-wet. It was clear the hotel already knew about the issue, as the dehumidifier was already running when we entered the room. We pointed out to reception that this was not acceptable. Normally, a 5-star hotel would apologize and offer a better room. We got nothing. Another note: given the hotel’s name, “The Nature,” it seems odd that no effort is made to clean up the surroundings. The view from the room was simply trash in the middle of nature (see picture).
