フライトが早朝着でホテルに９時前に到着したが、そのままクラブフロアのルームにチェックインさせてくれた。室内は少々古いが清潔で、大きなスタディデスクがあったので、仕事をするのに助かった。ホテルの施設は素晴らしく、プールもジムも設備が整っていた。朝食も種類が豊富で和洋中タイが揃っており、おいしかった。ただ、ジュースは２種類だけで１種類は日替わりだったが物足りなかった。駅からセントラルデパートのなかを突っ切って隣接する駐車場の通路がホテルにつながっているため、日中はホテルから駅までスムーズに移動できる。しかし、デパートが営業していない朝と夜は地上からアクセスしなければならず、不便だった。滞在中に停電が複数回起こり、自家製ジェネレーターが発動するまで２分ぐらいかかったことがあった。一番困ったのは、電力が復旧するとテレビが自動でスイッチオンになるため、真夜中の停電復旧時にテレビが大音量で作動して、起こされてしまった。

We stayed here for 3 nights and we thought check in went reallu smoothly, the concierge was really friendly and helpful when we needed information about local attractions. The hotel was in a great location, connecting to a popular mall, which we also visited a few times. We booked some treatments in the spa and i can say that the service, and treatments were amongst some of the best we've had. The rooms had all of the amenities, with extra soft towels. The shower was super powerful. I'd recommend this hotel.

This hotel was exceptionally beautiful, clean, super helpful staff, the Blue Sky Bar was wonderful the staff there made our evening fun and helped me celebrate my 50th birthday. The singer on the evening of February 16 was great & fun. The mall is conveniently located just across the parking garage. BTS in conveniently located right there as well. This made our stay perfect. We loved it! I would stay there again.

Breakfast was really good. A full array of menu selections. A good egg cook. Multiple coffee stations. Housekeeping was punctual and efficient. Front desk was helpful and informative also efficient. Doormen were very accommodating. I only have two minor complaints. 1- hot water didn’t work all the time 10-15% of the time. 2- jacuzzi at the pool was actually colder than the pool. Minor inconveniences I will be back and I would recommend this establishment

Le service Club est remarquable avec le lavage quotidien de deux vêtements et du personnel aux petits soin dans le salon du 24e étage. Par exemple, le petit-déjeuner est à la carte et le personnel me reconnaissait immédiatement dès mon deuxième passage, en connaissant mon nom et mon numéro de chambre. La terrasse au dernier étage offre une vue très dégagée, très agréable pour prendre un verre. Un centre commercial immense jouxte l'hôtel, la piscine permet de se délasser, la literie est très bonne, etc. Bref, c'est parfait pour venir travailler dans le quartier, avec juste un petit bémol : le boîtier de commande électrique pour l'éclairage et la climatisation est bruyant et vraiment mal pratique.

When we 1st enter the room it wasn't clean well, the cleaners left dirty towels in the bathroom area and the floor still dirty. The room's carpet worn out real bad between the bed and bathroom wall. The ceiling has many cut patches left unfinished. Other than that everything was perfect from service to hotel staffs.

While we only stayed one night, the cleanliness of the hotel and the room was exceptional. Our bed was very comfortable. Reception were very friendly and accommodating. Buffet breakfast was also one of the better ones we have had. On our last day we day to get to the airport and the porter and manager could not be anymore helpful booking for us at a great rate. Definitely recommend this hotel if you want to stay in Chatuchak near the chatuchak markets

My recent stay at Centara Grand at Central Ladprao in Bangkok was disappointing, to say the least. The hotel has a lot of potential, but it’s clear that it’s in dire need of a major renovation. The room I stayed in had a persistent bad smell that made it difficult to relax, and the bathroom was in poor condition, with visible mold that made it feel unhygienic. Navigating the property was a struggle, which added unnecessary stress to my stay. To make matters worse, the high price I paid did not reflect the quality of the accommodations. Given the current state of the hotel, I believe a major renovation is urgently needed to address these issues. Until then.

The room was very nice on high floors with great views. The room is very comfortable and nothing to complain about. However, it is good to know that there is only one deluxe suite on each floor so our kids had to stay a floor below. Also you can access the floors only with your key so we had to either meet on the top floor or keep one of their keys with us. Wish we knew that before. Although the views are nice, the club is not worth it. Breakfast is limited and although presentation is nice, it was much better to have breakfast in the lobby with everyone else. The choice was much better and good too. The Club lounge is very limited and frustrating that the food is there on and off with limited time slots. So we missed it most of the time when we were out and about. One the plus side you have 2 pieces of laundry done per day which was nice. The location - the shopping mall attached to the hotel is quite expensive. The BTS is very close through the shopping mall. Not many shops on the street. One stop on the BTS to the weekend market which is worth a visit. A few stops on BTS to MBK mall. Nearby there is another mall which is not too bad on the other side about 10 mins walk and there is a market that opens from 5pm another 10 mins walk in the other direction.

First of all as every Centara hotel its perfectly located for food and shopping, you can walk trough the parking garage into Central and not get wet, which is a bonus when travelling in the rain season. We had a problem with our AC unit being a bit too cold no matter what we put the temperature at, but that is the only minus about the hotel / room. The hotel itself is beautiful but of course beginning to show signs of aging. Would stay here again

This is a fine enough hotel, very standard for its type. Rooms are comfortable but dull and could use an upgrade. I did like there's a seat in the shower which supports women shaving. A minor detail that matters. Just like the ability to plug in a flattening or curling iron in the bathroom. Otherwise plugs in the rooms are sparse and it's obvious the hotel was designed prior to the use of a lot of electronics that need charging.

The check in staff of TM, FK & Nadia and the Club lounge staff were amongst the most friendly and helpful staff I’ve come across in my time travelling. Ask about upgrades, well worth the little extra for the club facility.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao Bangkok, and I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. During my stay, I had a bit of a scare when I realized I had lost my iPad. I retraced my steps, but it seemed to have vanished. I approached the front desk, and the staff sprang into action. They were incredibly helpful and understanding, taking the time to listen to my situation and assuring me they would do everything possible to assist. Within a short time, they contacted the housekeeping team and began searching the areas I had visited. To my relief, they found my iPad in the lobby! The hotel is very close to the Chatucha market. There are hotel shuttles that can send us to the market. But we need to come back by our own. It will be great if we can take the shuttle bus back to hotel via the bus sending hotel customers to the market. Central Plaza shopping mall is right next to the hotel. We can go shopping & dining as we want. It is very confenient.

Great hotel. Excellent value for the money compared to comparable hotels in the US. The location is great. Mall is next door, and the BTS and MRT are within easy walking distance making it easy to get around town without a car. Highly recommend.

My experience wasn’t as good as expected. First the shower head had a crack on top and water spraying everywhere to the ceiling. After reported to the reception, they requested a maintenance personnel to replace it. But when I return to the room, the bathroom was messy, old shower head left on the wash basin and the floor towel was used by the maintenance personnel. It was not at all feel comfortable when I returned to the room. So I had to report to the reception again to get the house cleaning to clean up. Further, the Japanese restaurant at LL served me with not fully cooked pork chop, I already swallowed some and was so afraid of getting food poisoning.

This is a nice hotel overall, especially considering the price point and location. It's conveniently situated close to the Skytrain and a major mall, which makes getting around and shopping easy. While it is located outside the city center, keep in mind that it took us around 35–45 minutes to reach most of the main sightseeing spots. One of the highlights was the food and drinks—every restaurant on-site served delicious meals with great variety and quality. It was a pleasant surprise and definitely added to our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel felt clean and safe. However, it's worth noting that the property is quite dated. Much of the décor, furniture, and overall design appear to be from the late 80s or early 90s. A modern update would elevate the experience and make the hotel feel more current. Excellent hotel, near public transport and connected to a mall. Best breakfast buffet I;ve ever had, enormous choice and good quality. Dinner buffet als a very good deal, bit more expensive than at the mall next door, but much better quality and choice.
