difficult to get a sunbathing bed next to the pool as there was only about 8 beds available, unless you went very early. I also got very annoyed when some selfish people would reserve a pool bed all day by leaving their towel on the bed and then disappear for two or three hours.

I arrived at checkin around 12:30pm and at 1st they said the room wouldnt be ready til 3pm and gave me a welcome drink and said i could wait in the restaurant so i ordered some food and before the food arrived they told me my room was ready and said i could take the food to the room which was great as i hadnt had much sleep. Rooms are very spacious with big comfy beds (if a little short). Choice of 2 pools, i only use the 1 on the roof but there is also 1 on the ground but kids sometimes use it so prefer to go up. Didnt get to use the gym but from what i remember it was adequate. Restaurant on site was good added bonus of room service, car service to the airport was also very efficient and maybe only 50 baht more than a grab or bolt. Great location 5 mins from bangla, 10 mins from beach and 8 mins walk from oTop market where there is cool bars and shopping. The only thing i did not like is there was a door connected to the room next door and i had really obnoxiously loud neighbours who were talking soo loudly it sounded as if they was in my bed (not what you need at 10:30am when youve only got in at 6:30am and have to check out by 12) if possible I'd ask for a room without the connecting door, you might getblucky and have better neighbours than me though

Spartan bare bones hotel five minutes walk from Jungceylon Mall. The photos of the rooftop pool are beautiful but there is no place to sit or lay around the pool deck.

Been here once before, 2023. This time price for same room type and standard was 70%, ! There is a small gym, but it doesn't offer that much equipments. Would be nice if they bought few more things as there is empty area in the gym to place them on. The roof top pool area should offer more sunbeds, and they should have umbrellas. The pool area on ground floor offer sunbeds with umbrella, but, the sun never reach the pool. Funny :) The stuff was very friendly and I was suprised on my birthday having a cake and baloons in our bed when we came back from the beach. Thanks a lot :)

Clean and upscale hotel. The location makes it easy for walking to the beach and Bangla Rd area. The bedroom, bathroom and balcony were all nice. Rooftop pool had a great view too and was not too active/busy. Gym was very limited but good enough for a vacation gym to burn some calories

My wife and I stayed at the hotel for 1 week over christmas, other family members also booked to stay for that week in other rooms. We were very disappointed to find when we first checked in that the roof top pool was closed until the new year after our stay, we were not told of this prior to our arrival and was one of the reasons for picking this hotel. Also one night the reception staff was very rude to us and we had to report him to the hotel management for his aggression.

The cleaning of the rooms was unsatisfactory. In five nights, four times they forgot to change the tablecloths, and once the cleaning was not done.

Nice hotel for the few nights we stayed here. It was near Bangla road and all the activities. Easy for our guides tours to get to us. The only issue we had was the shower filled up with water and would over flow until the floor during long showers. No other issue. Great balcony. Loved the room. Would recommend.

Hotel is very clean and beautiful. Staff is very nice and helpful especially reception staff. Restaurant has lots of tasty food. Swimming pool is clean and spacious. Location is near shopping mall and juncelon, central.

Found a cockroach first night. Hot water didn't work and bathroom leaked out water and blooded. They tried to tell me it was an upgraded room. Terrible experience and would highly recommend against.

The hotel was quite good including staffs and facility. I stayed the most budget room, the view from my room was the wall of next building. If I say a request, want them let me know the view from the room.

It was nice being set off the street, so no traffic noise. Would have been nice to stay longer although the beds were hard so it was lucky we were there only 3 nights.

Every thing is Good, but the need to change the slide door in room road view, they should have soundproof slide doors

I booked for 7 nights in March. The staff at check in were pleasant and polite with a smile. I had booked a Deluxe Pool View room. I have stayed here before and booked the same type of room. The room i was given was in the old building not in the new as before. Understandably i didn't mind as i think all the rooms were fully booked. My first night i hardly had any sleep as the air-conditioning was very loud in the room and was unable to sleep. The next day i complained at the front desk. A technician was sent up to the room the next night to have a listen in which he was there for a minute and left and did not return. After waiting almost 45 minutes for someone to contact me i rang front desk for an update. The time was now 12.45 am in the morning. I was told to come downstairs and would be given a different room for the night till the next day a new room would be available. The room i was moved to the second night i also had no sleep, as the external air-condition unit was outside on the balcony in which was noisy, and to top it off i had street view which was noisy due to the band from the bars. In those two nights i had very little sleep. The third day i was upgraded to a Superior room with pool views and the air-conditioning was quiet and the room very comfortable. Besides the first two days i had a pleasant stay. Breakfast was good with plenty of variety of food to choose from. The pool i did not use as it's not very user friendly due to not enough shade.

Service is good and everyone is very polite and helpful. The AC was a bit noisy and the wifi was kinda bad but the rest was fine. Not having windows or balcony can make the room feel a bit confining, if you can afford it get a room with balcony.

Jag bokade ett standard rum.OBSERVERA att standard rummen INTE har ett fönster.De har en vanlig dörr som går till balkongen. Vilket resulterade i att rummet blev väldigt mörk.Vi gick ner till receptionen och blev erbjuden att uppgradera för inte mycket pengar alls och erbjudna att titta på de olika kategorierna de hade för att vi skulle få den bästa vistelsen.De hade jätte mycket tålamod med oss.Även om vi ställde många frågor så var de jätte tillmötesgående och alltid trevliga.JÄTTE bra service i övrigt på hotellet. Hotellet var ren och fin.Rummet var ren, hade bra ac, bekväm säng och även om vi inte ville ha städning varje dag så var tjejerna som städade väldigt snälla och gav oss toapapper och vatten varje dag.Poolen hade få solstolar men det var knappt fullt under den tiden vi var där. Solen försvann rätt så snabbt bakom den höga byggnaden som var en del av hotellet.De hade oxå en pool på taket men de hade inga parasoller där.Frukosten var bra.Dock behöver den kanske lite variation.Det blev ganska enformigt att få samma frukost varje dag i 2 veckor.Men de har mycket att välja mellan.Måste tipsa: Om du har receptionen framför dig, gå till vänster ut på gatan.Rakt fram finns en liten restaurang med stolar och bord utanför.Kvinnan där verkar lite butter men är super trevlig och lagar mat som en gud! 100 baht för bra och god mat + dricka.Amata ligger jätte centralt till allt.Trots det fick vi en bra godnatt sömn då det inte hördes något alls till vårt rum. Återvänder gärna!

Property is nice, the rooms are about a 3.5/5. They lack a proper window to outside, but as far as a place to sleep it’s ok. Price is a little steep for what you pay but that seems to be all of Patong area. Would return if needed… but wouldn’t go out of my way to go back.

Amata patong has some of the nicest staff you will ever meet, never ever rude and tremendously helpful

We absolutely love Amata Patong which is why we keep coming back! The rooms are beautiful and spacious, and the hotel staff are absolutely amazing, anything we needed someone was always there to assist us, and we had no troubles with language barriers. Thank you for hosting us again Amata!

This Hotel Has the Best Management, with very professional and polite employees, MS. Mint was one of the most polite and professional managers i have ever met. Highly recommended this hotel if you are visited Patong

Checking was quick and staff very friendly and helpful

The property was nice and good location. The staff was very bad, we got double charged for our room service, could not find my laundry, first room did not have AC. I do not recommend it, it’s not worth staying at a nice property with bad staff

Guys this is an excellent hotel as it Meets all my needs. I stayed in December for 2 weeks. Special thanks to Dona and Mint for compensating my airport ride for the time I lost when my room lock was not working. Also special thanks to Marwan & his boss for providing me with the best room that I really enjoyed. I always stay at Amata and will do so in future as well. They have also performed a lot of improvements since Covid like new restaurant dining area, better breakfast with variety etc

The front desk male staff was very unprofessional talking across the hotel lobby to customers and accusing of customers. Towel's facilities should be re-looking into it. I just find it as a scam before checking out had to pay 900bhat for dirty towels. Where else others days the towel isn't dirty?!. Totally unacceptable. The hotel management should really re-look into this areas.

The rooms were spacious and neat. Very close to the mall and bangla road. You do however hear alot of noise from the bars opposite the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were a big family group and were taken very well care of. Great location

A nice hotel in downtown Patong but still fairly quiet - just far enough from the pulsating sounds of the clubs on Bangla. Very comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast (except the coffee - but real coffee shops are 5 min walk at Jungceylon!).

A large hotel in central Patong, Amata Patong is in a great location - close enough to the Bangla Road party and Patong Beach to be convenient while just far enough away to not be in the middle of the craziness. My room was on the north side of the hotel, a separate wing with its own elevator. This side of the hotel seemed a bit older. There was no window in my room (except for a small frosted vent in the bathroom), so if that's important to you make sure you confirm a window. A wooden door led to a small balcony overlooking the alley behind; I didn't use it. Unfortunately, I found that wing of the hotel noisy, especially during the day. The hallway echoes the noise from the cleaning staff, painters, and other guests. Nighttime was generally quiet. The bed was comfortable, the room clean, and the bathroom, while a little cramped, was very good. I liked the shower stall, which offered lots of hot water. I do not recommend the restaurant for breakfast. It's pricey and the food was not heated through. I had to complain about the watery coffee and cold food the first time I went there and staff worked to make improvements. The omelette bar was the one saving grace, as you could get fresh, hot food there. I heard several guests complain about the breakfast. There are many alternatives for breakfast in the area, though Patong lacks the café culture that's so glorious in other parts of Thailand. Amata Patong has two beautiful pools and I took advantage of both.

Very clean, nice breakfast and very friendly staff.

Good size room with balcony. Close to many restaurants. Included breakfast was very good, large variety of food. 10 minute walk to Patong beach. Room refrigerator did not work very well. I did not like the shower area. Too easy to get water all over the bathroom. Had to use a rolled up towel for water break which became totally soaked.

The hotel is well located for my purposes and competitively priced. The rooms are large and comfortable however I had to change rooms due to an overwhelming smell of mould in the room. The pool area is good but the low lounges are poor, uncomfortable and some collapse. The happy hour cocktails are weak. The beef baguette was inedible due to the leather like beef. The breakfast was terrible with very limited options.

Friendly staff, rooftop pool and good dining on site. Great location - walking distance to Jungceylon, Bangla Rd and Patong Beach..7 -Eleven across the road. Good Laundry out the back.
