La Flora is a medium size hotel with a great location in Patong. It is one of few hotels situated directly on the beach, and even so is very close to Bangla Road and where all the action happens. The hotel has two pools and two restaurants and a nice spa with very affordable prices. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the hotel really came through when we had some special issues that we needed help with. Great service-mindedness! The only downside is that the rooms are getting a bit dated, but the hotel seems to be in process of updating. All in all this is very good value and quality considering the price and the excellent location! If you want to stat close to the action in Patong, this is an excellent choice. If you want a quiet, relaxing vacation, don’t go to Patong but try Kata or Kata Noi.

I like its zero distance accessibility to the beach with private sun-chairs, i like the shower facility in room, the breakfast was good too. However, if the room lighting could be brighter a bit that would be much better, or at least there's a control button to tune the light brighter especially for ladies to wear make-up.

A fantastic stay as always when I'm here. The service here is impeccable, and the staff really mean what they say and want everything to be fantastic for you as a guest here. The service is personal and you really feel that you are being looked after in an incredibly comfortable and nice way. Thanks to Lateefah who has arranged most of it for us, she is a lovely person who is always happy and helpful. The hotel is a little oasis in itself, even though it is extremely centrally located on Patong beach. Here you will not be disturbed by anything. Two large pools, 5 meters to the beach, and good security. The food here is impeccable, this applies to breakfast, lunch and dinner. I always come back here! I love this place.

We enjoyed the location on Patong Beach. It was central on that beautiful powder-white sand immaculately clean beach! The staff were always helpful. The rooms are large and have all the amenities. The lighting in the washroom is not the best, but there is a magnifying mirror. There is a shortage of sun loungers, so the early birds win! The breakfasts cater to all nationalities, and are very good. The SURFACE restaurant on the rooftop is the best-kept secret. Dining under the stars there makes you totally unaware of the craziness of Batong Street. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing service and staff and they prioritize safety more than anything. The pool access room wasn’t really worth it. The beach access was amazing! I will definitely be coming back to stay here on my next trip.

We really enjoyed our stay at La Flora Hotel in Patong Beach, Phuket. The location is very good as it is right on Patong beach but it has its own private lounge chairs for hotel guests only. It is like an oasis from the madness of the streets in Patong! We had a balcony suite overlooking one of the two pools which were also very nice. The staff were excellent and very accommodating. The property itself is very well maintained. The breakfast was very good with many options. Overall, we would recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to be in Patong but would also like to be right at the beach and not have to deal with the crowds. It is not cheap but worth every penny!

Staff amazing, clean, minibar free, gym facilities, keep in mind that is at front of the most visit street in Patong , is almost free of noise but still noisy. Breakfasts is included and is complete. Very delicious

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage, direkt am Meer! Die Zimmer sind einfach eingerichtet, aber es hat alles, was man braucht. Im Badezimmer sind neue Grohe Brausen. Jedoch gibt es leider im Bad einen Kanalisationsgeruch. Auch Moskitos gibt es leider, aber das Personal kümmert sich darum. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, es hatte grosse Auswahl und viele frische Früchte. Das Personal war ausserordentlich nett und hilfsbereit! Sie haben sich wirklich um alles gekümmert. Wir würden es empfehlen und würden selber auch wieder gehen.

Wonderful hotel in the middle of busy Patong beach. Quite the oasis from all the noise outside. The staff were extremely friendly, especially the restaurant and bar teams. John the bartender in particular was very attentive. The room was clean and bright. The location of the hotel is convenient to everything you want to see in Patong.

A Stay Defined by Disappointment My recent stay at this property was a frustrating series of room changes and technical failures. What should have been a relaxing vacation turned into a stressful ordeal that ruined our honeymoon. Our issues began on day one when our air conditioning unit started leaking water, forcing us to move rooms. Unfortunately, our new room's phone and internet stopped working shortly after. Despite notifying the staff before noon, the problems were still unresolved by 4:30 p.m. With no working phone, I had to walk to the office to request help, only to be asked to move rooms for a second time. It is unacceptable to be unable to stay in one room for more than 12 hours. Beyond the room troubles, the property's general upkeep was poor. Despite the hotel being nearly empty, the pool was noticeably dirty and covered in leaves, as if it hadn't been skimmed in days. This lack of basic maintenance was quite surprising for a "5 star" . The final insult came as we decided to check out a day early. The manager, seeing our frustration, offered a meager $30 discount off our room service bill. This token gesture was insulting given the more than $600 we paid for a stay filled with broken amenities. To top it off, he offered the hopeful, but in this context, laughable, parting phrase: "I hope you come back." I cannot recommend this hotel. The constant interruptions, lack of maintenance, and insulting attempt at compensation made for an incredibly poor experience.

Definitely one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed at and staff were very accommodating location is amazing. If your booking get one of the walk out pool side rooms. Breakfast buffet was so plentiful only neg is the food didn’t stay super hot But 5* is easy to give

Expedia said this hotel was a 5 star rated hotel but the staff claims they don't have have any star rating since it is a "resort". I would rate this a 2 STAR MOTEL USA STANDARDS. My room had mold on the roof and in the closet where water was leaking down. The entire room had a mold / wet towel / dirty laundry smell. It was so unbearable that I left a day early from my booking and the staff did not even offer a refund.

I liked the location, the view was great, the breakfast excellen, the 2 pools very romantic and cleaned, the staff at the reception helpful and kind The open space toilet maybe needs to be described in advance in order to inform the customers that the privacy is limited

I stayed in one of the pool and Beach front villas. It was amazing. I got a private pool and direct access to Patong Beach. It was located centrally to everything from shopping, restaurants and outdoors activities. The staff were so nice. I highly recommend this place.

Wonderful hotel in the middle of busy Patong beach. Quite the oasis from all the noise outside. The staff were extremely friendly, especially the restaurant and bar teams. John the bartender in particular was very attentive. The room was clean and bright. The location of the hotel is convenient to everything you want to see in Patong.

A fantastic stay as always when I'm here. The service here is impeccable, and the staff really mean what they say and want everything to be fantastic for you as a guest here. The service is personal and you really feel that you are being looked after in an incredibly comfortable and nice way. Thanks to Lateefah who has arranged most of it for us, she is a lovely person who is always happy and helpful. The hotel is a little oasis in itself, even though it is extremely centrally located on Patong beach. Here you will not be disturbed by anything. Two large pools, 5 meters to the beach, and good security. The food here is impeccable, this applies to breakfast, lunch and dinner. I always come back here! I love this place.

Lived our 4 night stay. Great location, very nice rooms and the staff was beyond wonderful. They went out of their way to assist and made us feel at home. Patong is a very lively area sand it is packed. I would recommend booking day trips by boat to Phi Phi and/ or James Bond Island

The La Flora Resort was amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful about everything. The keep the property clean and safe. They foresee tourist questions and have answers ready and suggestions. The staff was accommodating, helped plan excursions, suggested restaurants, provided safety tips, and scheduled transportation. The menus were great with a blend of Thai, Seafood and modern western dishes.

A Stay Defined by Disappointment My recent stay at this property was a frustrating series of room changes and technical failures. What should have been a relaxing vacation turned into a stressful ordeal that ruined our honeymoon. Our issues began on day one when our air conditioning unit started leaking water, forcing us to move rooms. Unfortunately, our new room's phone and internet stopped working shortly after. Despite notifying the staff before noon, the problems were still unresolved by 4:30 p.m. With no working phone, I had to walk to the office to request help, only to be asked to move rooms for a second time. It is unacceptable to be unable to stay in one room for more than 12 hours. Beyond the room troubles, the property's general upkeep was poor. Despite the hotel being nearly empty, the pool was noticeably dirty and covered in leaves, as if it hadn't been skimmed in days. This lack of basic maintenance was quite surprising for a "5 star" . The final insult came as we decided to check out a day early. The manager, seeing our frustration, offered a meager $30 discount off our room service bill. This token gesture was insulting given the more than $600 we paid for a stay filled with broken amenities. To top it off, he offered the hopeful, but in this context, laughable, parting phrase: "I hope you come back." I cannot recommend this hotel. The constant interruptions, lack of maintenance, and insulting attempt at compensation made for an incredibly poor experience.

La Flora is a medium size hotel with a great location in Patong. It is one of few hotels situated directly on the beach, and even so is very close to Bangla Road and where all the action happens. The hotel has two pools and two restaurants and a nice spa with very affordable prices. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the hotel really came through when we had some special issues that we needed help with. Great service-mindedness! The only downside is that the rooms are getting a bit dated, but the hotel seems to be in process of updating. All in all this is very good value and quality considering the price and the excellent location! If you want to stat close to the action in Patong, this is an excellent choice. If you want a quiet, relaxing vacation, don’t go to Patong but try Kata or Kata Noi.

This place is located minutes away from famous Patong Beach street, and less than a min to bunch of high end restaurants, Also behind the otel is zero to beach, view is amazing. It is aplace from the movies. Patong area is little far from the airport, but well worthed to visit. Otel stuff are very respectful and friendly, and helpful to any of your need. They well deserve the tip.

We really enjoyed our stay at La Flora Hotel in Patong Beach, Phuket. The location is very good as it is right on Patong beach but it has its own private lounge chairs for hotel guests only. It is like an oasis from the madness of the streets in Patong! We had a balcony suite overlooking one of the two pools which were also very nice. The staff were excellent and very accommodating. The property itself is very well maintained. The breakfast was very good with many options. Overall, we would recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to be in Patong but would also like to be right at the beach and not have to deal with the crowds. It is not cheap but worth every penny!

We enjoyed the location on Patong Beach. It was central on that beautiful powder-white sand immaculately clean beach! The staff were always helpful. The rooms are large and have all the amenities. The lighting in the washroom is not the best, but there is a magnifying mirror. There is a shortage of sun loungers, so the early birds win! The breakfasts cater to all nationalities, and are very good. The SURFACE restaurant on the rooftop is the best-kept secret. Dining under the stars there makes you totally unaware of the craziness of Batong Street. We would definitely stay here again.

All the staff always went above and beyond, the rooms were super clean, the breakfast buffet is tremendous, sharp hotel very near all the action and right on the beach. A bit pricey, but you’ll get what you paid for. Special shout out to Kan/Gan (sp) in hospitality who helped in so many different ways. Aircon bit loud (white noise) but very effective. Staff super friendly and efficient. No request too much trouble. Breakfast very nice, chicken cordon bleu delicious. Pool area great. Perfect location although maybe try to get a room closer to the beach side away from traffic. Everything clean and towels fluffy.
