Duangjitt Resort, Phuket

Super king bed comfortable. Not enough pool chairs and umbrellas around pool. Breakfast average no gluten free bread. Loved the big pool! Slides in pool a great idea for kids but not safe area to exit slide. Shuttle buggy’s were very helpful.

The staff in general were very friendly. The golf cart drivers picking up and dropping off at room were friendly and very funny. Resturant staff need to practise more English, sometimes hard to communicate however great place. Highly recommended.. ❤️💙🙏

The noise from the bars across the road echoed into the junior suites. Although very clean it is a little dated. Staff were nice. Buffet breakfast good. Spa has been moved to under the rock waterfall while renovations are underway. A sign needs to be put up for people swimming in that area to be quiet while treatments are being done. I had three women talking, laughing and squealing right near my head during the massage for most of the treatment time. I felt sorry for the massage therapist, it was the best massage I have ever had spoilt by inconsiderate noisy women.

The resort is very large with beautiful tropical gardens but is so spaced out it is still private. Has 3 pools, largest is incredible, they now have water slides. Breakfast menu very good,plenty of variety. Staff are very friendly, full security, never felt unsafe. Resort at bottom of Patong so is quiet but close enough to walk to beach and to town for all the action. Lovely night market with delicious food! close by for meals at night. Whole experience amazing!

We stay at Duangjitt as our kids love the water slides. Close to walk to everything in Patong

The property had several key features that were closed, namely the spa which was a key feature during booking. Also, the hotel claims to have a kids club but this feature exists in name only. They have colored mushroom shaped buildings that look decent from the outside, but instead on the inside the place smelled horrible and was revealed to be a series of unkept and dirty rooms with no staff and no areas you would actually want your children playing. The final straw was the unbelievably rude interaction between senior staff during checkout where the treatment was worse than I have ever experienced as a guest of any establishment. Recommend staying far away from this place.

Yes, dirty sheets and blanket. Broken shower. Extra charge for guest. Mosquito in the room and many issue with shower getting flooded after shower.

The shower room and sink didn't go down. The water in the pool was messy. The breakfast is really terrible. There is no delicious food and the fruit is not good. The big and deep swimming pool is good. I chose this hotel because of its swimming pool. If the water is clean and the pool bar staff is friendly, I will visit again

Ma critique principale sera pour le personnel de la réception, la seule réponse aux différentes questions est "Monsieur c'est le règlement de l'hôtel" ! On a encore essayé de me placer dans le bâtiment 5 mais je connaissais toutes les nuisances sonores liées à ce bâtiment, après de longues tergiversations j'ai obtenu une chambre dans le bâtiment 9, mais sans mon choix d'avoir une baignoire + 1 douche dans la salle de bains, malgré cela la personne m'a évoqué un supplément de tarif que je n'ai pas accepté. J'ai donc intégré la chambre 9205, il y a des joints moisis sur le carrelage mural de la douche, une infiltration d'eau entre le sol de la douche et le sol de la salle de bains au niveau du seuil, une fuite d'eau au robinet d'eau froide du lavabo quand on l'active, le lavabo partiellement bouché qui s'évacue très mal... Le pire est quand même l'accueil à la réception après 15 heures de voyage ! J 'ai franchement eu l'impression d'avoir passé une frontière au niveau des barrières d'accès de l'hôtel et d'être arrivé en Corée du Nord ! Le reste du personnel est plutôt avenant et sympathique.

Le personnel est très méchant. Le nettoyage de la chambre inexistant pendant 15 jours. L Hôtel est beau et bien placé. Mais le personnel malheureusement a gâcher nos vacances

パトンビーチまで徒歩圏内ですが、とっても静かで朝は鳥のさえずりが聞こえます。ホテル内もきれいにされていました。部屋もきれいです。初日、シャワー後にみると排水が悪くて溜まっていましたが、2日目以降は排水良くなっていて溜まることはなかったです。娘と2人で泊まっていたので、そこまでバカ騒ぎはしていないはずですが、2日目の早朝に隣の宿泊者から「うるさい」と朝の6時にノックされいわれました。壁が薄いのかもしれません。 また、デポジットを要求されましたが、現金のみでカードも日本円もダメだったので、ついてすぐに両替にいかないといけなくて、レートの悪いホテル近くで両替をしないといけなかったのがマイナスポイントです。

Ekstrem mugglukt på rommer. Vi sa ifra flere ganger, men ble ikke møtt med forståelse. Hard seng, og harde puter. Støvete i hyller og skap. Bra anlegg, men veldig gammelt. Begrenset utvalg til frokost, mest thai mat.

- the grounds are really nice - the location is good, and far enough from all the noise that it’s not crazy loud at night - the coffee given at breakfast was good - the water pressure in the shower was the worst I’ve ever seen. It was next too impossible to shower. Water dribbled out of the shower head. - the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. We woke up every morning with aches. - the wifi was horrible. It cut out all the time. Like every 30 seconds sometimes. Lots of times you couldn’t connect at all, or the network would just disappear. - the cleanness of the pool was questionable. It felt slimy at times. - the included breakfast was very poor quality. Everything tasted cheap and of poor ingredients. Even the selection of food options was weird and unappetizing, and I have a very wide range of tastes. I didn’t feel like I should’ve been eating what they served. - the didn’t clean the rooms very well - the safe in the room didn’t work very well and I couldn’t get my stuff out easily - the doors don’t seem well, or have a sweep at the bottom, so wildlife and bugs get in easily. - there was no proper control over the AC. I think they permanently set it and gave you controls to give the appearance you had control beyond an on/off and fat speed button. - there was a maintenance door outside our room that didn’t latch properly and kept opening and slamming loudly in the wind. - staff service was poor. They dismissed people quickly and didn’t listen to requests

The garden outlook was really nice. The bathroom was old and there was mould between the tiles and the bathtub and the vanity also mould on the shower curtain. That was very disappointing.

Je suis allé dans cet hôtel une dizaine de fois. Les premières fois j'ai été complètement satisfait, mais cette année pas du tout, j'ai été placé dans une chambre (5127)près de la rue Prachanukroh où il y de nombreux bars street nons fermés et avec une animation musicale exagérée juqu'à 3 ou 4 heures du matin, vraiment pas facile de dormir. Il y a bien d'autres choses qui ne vont pas bien, mais je pense que cet hôtel devient vieux et est mal entretenu. Les portes palières d'accès aux chambres ne sont ni acoustique ni coupe feu, sans joint les bruits et les moustiques pénètrent l'intérieur des chambres. Je me suis adressé à la réception pour expliquer mes soucis, mais au bout de 10 minutes on me demandait de patienter encore 2 nouvelles minutes et encore 2 minutes, j'ai compris que chacun vaquait à ses occupations sans prendre la moindre attention à ma demande, j'ai du donc partir et personne ne m'a jamais recontacté, ni aucune proposition. C'est dommage pour un établissement qui a un gros potentiel. Le personnel n'y est pour rien et fait ce qu'il peut ils sont visiblement en sous effectif. Je pense que la période du Covid et l'après Covid ont modifié leur organisation mais les clients ne sont pas responsables !

Brilliant position. We were in the premium deluxe bungalow behind reception. Very quiet and close to one of the quieter pools. Lovely room. Only a wardrobe for clothes which was awkward for our 2 week stay. Could have done with a chest of drawers. Huge choice at breakfast for most cultures. A little tipi food & entertainment area was opened on our second week. Fabulous evening meals and singer. Bus stops are close by to phuket town and for the smart bus along the coast. Great location for trip transfers as no additional fee charged. Close to markets and about 10/15 min walk from Bangla road. We spoke to the new General Manager who was mingling with guests asking for feedback. We loved it so much we booked for Jan 2026 whilst in the taxi going to phuket airport on our way home.

A fantastic swimming pool with a cave and waterfall, plus 2 other good pools. Location is on the south end of Pattong beach, convenient for shopping and dining options. We stayed in one of the villas, which is a bit dated but qas clean and quiet. The bed is probably the hardest one I've ever slept on and the breakfast was ok.

Upon our arrival the initial check-in was done efficiently. However when we were taken to our room, it was located on the 3rd floor, with NO elevators and the distance from the main office, dining area, was a great distance. This required a supplied Buggie cart. We were reallocated another room only to find that this room was even further away, was not what we had paid for , a premier Deluxe room and had amenities issues. After a discussion with the Manger the next day, we were reallocated another room, junior suite, which in itself, was adequate. There were issues with this room, these being: the bed was Too hard and the internal bedding reinforcement/springs was very uncomfortable. The television in the room was too small given the size of the room and that there was no seating. There was another issue with the television channels, the fact that there was only (3) English channels and these were only news channels is totally unacceptable for a supposed 5 star hotel/resort. The breakfast was limited, very rarely changing and did not cater for those with special needs. Overall the resort is TOO big and would pose an issue at the "high" season with the limited dining area. However, the staff that we interacted with were very typical Thai, very friendly and would do what they could to make you feel welcome.

The outdoor facilities were excellent however the junior suite rooms were not suitable for three persons, even though on-line booking allowed it. Even though the reservation was for three persons the room were only setup for two, I had to ask for extra sheets, pillows, water, robe, slippers etc to accommodate three persons.

Rooms basic. Small TV , no iron and iron board available, need go to an ironing room long way from the room, generality with the feeling the company offer the least possible to their customer's

After booking this I was little concern as there where a lot of negative reviews so here are my honest reviews we are well travelled and this is our 3rd time to Thailand but first to this resort! We have just had 10 nights here with our family of 4(2 x tennages) we travelled with another party group of 13 that consisted of young children 1-8 years Rooms are great only fault is the lay out of the room with the bathroom at the front area(we had a grand deluxe room x 2)also ask for 2 keys need to keep air con going Pools are fantastic(very clean),breakfast is great a lot of range to choose from Pool access bar is terrible drinks aren’t nice plus along time to make your drinks You have to remember you are in foreign country so there is a language barrier my advise you use the translate app specially at reception Rooms cleaned daily times differ Good location Also note there are no lifts we were on the 3rd floor few stairs Also a walk to front gate but can get golf buggy Would recommend this resort

i don't like only one key and room very hot because AC cant working when you take key out from room. temp in room 32C. Good hotel take care that room always will be comfortable.

2 année de suite je rencontre le meme problème. Je reserve une chambre sur internet et quand j'arrive sur place ma chambre n"est plus disponible et j'attend 2 heures pour qu'il me donne une chambre.

We had the best stay at this resort. The property is huge and the 3 pools are amazing and not crowded. It’s conveniently steps away from patong Beach and the shopping areas. The staff is very friendly and are very accommodating. We booked many tours through the resort and the employee that helped us was able to book us every tour we wanted with no problems including taxi services. I would stay here again. If you are going to stay in patong beach, I highly recommend this resort! The property has security and we felt incredibly safe.

ビーチまで5分弱で着きます。ホテル内は緑が多くリスもいました。近くに両替とセブンイレブンがあり便利でした。プールにはウォータースライダーがあり大人も子供も楽しめます。チェックイン時にデポジットとして1人あたり6,000バーツを現金で預ける必要がありました。空港で多めに両替しておくと安心です。 アメニティは綿棒、石鹸、シャワーキャップ、ドライヤーのみでした。シャンプーとコンディショナーは使用感がイマイチなので持参すると良さそうです。

Title: BEWARE — This Hotel Stole money From Me! I booked this hotel in Phuket for 6 nights, paying a pretty high price. After the first night, I woke up with an intense, sharp pain in my lower back that made it hard to breathe — maybe from their terrible mattress. The pain was so severe I couldn’t risk spending another night there, so I checked out the next day. That’s when the outright theft started. The hotel refused to refund me the remaining nights, claiming they would “take care of me” if I returned. When I came back three days later, the reception staff actually laughed at me, refused to give me a room, and still wouldn’t return my money. When I mentioned writing a bad review, they basically laughed at me and kicked me out with nothing. They also clearly took advantage of the fact that I don’t speak the local language, making it even easier for them to treat me unfairly. I’ve visited Thailand many times and have always known Thai people to be honest — I have never experienced theft like this. But this hotel stole money me without any shame. As far as the hotel itself, it’s a huge place full of nothing. It has a beautiful pool that closes at six, and to exit the property you actually need a golf cart.

Took a long time to check-in as western guests kept queue cutting and the staff went ahead to serve them anyway. We only managed to check-in after we voiced our displeasure at the queue cutting with the staff at the counter. Room had lots of flying insects and I spent some time getting rid of them but eventually still had a few living with me over my stay. This was a work trip to attend a conference in the resort, so I was not too picky on the comfort and relaxation parts. The areas outside the property had a lot going on. Food and drinks are in easy access, so too are pharmacies and seven-eleven shops. Note that there are many cannabis shops all around the area, so be aware of the food and drinks that you buy from the roadside shops.

Had to pay cash for deposit. Directions were not clear by the staff. Overall very old school - they want to charge everything in the room including beach towels if possible. The water park is wonderful for the kids though.

The resort grounds are nice and the pool is amazing, its also very near Patong beach.Everything else is medicore/stuck in the 80s. - Talk about a first impression: Check in takes about 30(!) mins. They do it very slow and full of documents. Feels like a trip to the IRS, not a 5 resort. - Entire room has one electric socket, very inconvenient - Toilet doesnt flush well - Breakfest is served HOT, and In don't mean the food, I mean there's no AC and the room feels like a sauna. Food is also just OK, with the same stale muffins for dessert every day Overall this couls have been an amazing resort but the the small details/lack of hospitality really brings thw whole thing down.

The location is perfect close to the beach and walking street but away from all the noises in a very private area.

The location was great, it felt secluded but it there was so much to do in the area.

Duangjitt Resort is a beautiful oasis with lush gardens and a peaceful vibe, yet it’s just a short walk from the lively Bangla Road and Patong Beach. The staff are warm and welcoming, and the pool area is a perfect spot to relax. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, though a bit of modernizing would make them even better. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to stay, and I’d definitely come back!

Good hotel for a short stopover on a trip. The beach is not far, but not the best in Phuket.

It is totally 5 star hotel. Hotel area is very nice and lots of green everywhere. Room is very big and comfortable. Bed is very nice. Service in hotel is friendly and they have nice golf car you can use to driver pick you up. Breakfast was a little bit disappointing since there was not so many European options mostly Thai food but totally understand since it is local thing.

Uns wurde dieses Hotel als ein 5* Hotel verkauft, leider haben wir vorort ein 4* Hotel vorgefunden,.. Expedia ist nicht ganz kontrekt mit seinen Kunden. Leider ist das Frühstück für die Vögel, da nichts abdeckt wird fressen die Vögel alles und die Angestellten sehen zu!

Dejligt hotel. Stort rummeligt værelse. God morgenmad. Venligt personale. Der kunne godt være lidt mere personale i poolbaren, der var ofte lang ventetid

This was a nice hotel. It was very close to the beach. The breakfast was awesome. It was a real American breakfast. I have been in Thailand for a long time and they usually serve lunch Thailand’s for breakfast there this was a straight American breakfast with everything you could write, loved it.
