The tub/shower in our room did not work well. We were left 1 hand towel and 2 towels. Ask for more when you check in. Lots of street noise but nice to be close to the mall.

When I arrived I was told that the room I reserved was on the second floor and there was no elevator. The hallway carpeting to my room was disgusting. The room was VERY dark and the only window overlooked the indoor pool. I had a very difficult time finding light switches when I entered the dark room. The pool area was loud, so I tried to turn on the TV to cover the noise. Despite there being 2 TV's, I could not figure out how to get either to work. After my third request, someone came to the room and fixed the one in the living area but could not get any input to the one in the bedroom. I asked once more and then gave up and just listened to podcasts on my phone instead. The floor in the bedroom was so hot that it was hard to cool the room. My clothes felt like they were right out of the dryer and chocolate in my suitcase melted. Despite leaving housekeeping sign on the door 3 separate days, nobody ever came to clean the room (I really just needed trash emptied.) The parking area right in front of the hotel was ok but would fill up and the ancillary parking lot was very dark for a single woman. If I thought I could have found another hotel easily, I probably would have forfeited what I had already paid and gone elsewhere.
