What guests think

Repeated drawbacks include traffic, train, and hallway noise, some overly soft beds, occasional dated or poorly maintained rooms (low water pressure, loud fans, weak A/C), inconsistent housekeeping, and sporadic check‑in delays or confusing building layout. Many enjoy the attached restaurant’s good food, though breakfast is not included and hours can feel limited. Expect a comfortable, family‑friendly stay at a fair price, and request a quieter room away from the highway or elevator if you are sensitive to noise.

Facilities

Guests appreciate the clean indoor pool and hot tub and find the on-site restaurant and ample parking convenient; a few note basic pool facilities, limited gym hours, or occasional closures, and mention EV chargers on site.

A nice hotel room, but the hotel is strung out in several buildings, with inadequate signage and long walks. Our room (60x) was on the third floor - a little confusing. Hotel has 2 complimentary EV chargers, but did not note this in listing.

We had an amazing time at the hotel. The whole loft idea is great. Rooms are spacious and clean. We used pretty much all the amenities: pool, hot tub, games room, EV charger, even the ice machine. Zero issues. They all worked pretty well. The highlight of our stay was how friendly and helpful the staff is, from check-in to check-out. Thanks for the amazing experience!

Unique layout and rooms are great. I dont know why any hotels close their gyms anymore now though. Most places are changing to 24/7. 8am-9pm isnt convenient.

Loved that the pool was open long enough in the morning and evening to actually use as opposed to the prestige in Kelowna that was open 9-9 which was useless for our trip.

We were unlucky been assigned a room which on the right hand of elevator. I could count how many loads there. Noisy kept on till late night. Especially I was sick need rest. My husband asked for change room but been told there was no vacant one. I made booking with other three families two months ago apparently I am the bad luck person. Maybe I should blame the design of the property.

We were placed in a room on the ground floor at the far end of the building- the highway was close so traffic noise was expected, but wasn’t too bad. What was challenging was people talking and banging doors between midnight and 7 am. It happened at least 4 times, so was difficult to sleep.

Seems like they may be under staffed and over working who they do have around. Multiple people trying to check in at 4:00 were told their room wasn’t ready yet and they had to come back. One woman with a baby was turned away without being told when her room would be done. Once in the room there was water on the bathroom floor and my kid stepped on a safety pin. The vending machine didn’t work and when we told the front desk we were met with a shrug. The restaurant on site is amazing though. Great food, great staff.

Called ahead to ask if checking in a little after midnight would be a problem. Was told that there would be no problem at all. Arrived very tired at 12:05am. No one arrived at the front desk for 25 minutes. Very frustrating. This is the first time I have seen this in approximately 180 hotel stays in the past 10 years. The staff member that did finally arrive had walked down an adjacent corridor about 10 minutes before but couldn’t be bothered to look sideways to see me standing/ waiting at the desk.

Benson at the front desk was amazing, all the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was modern and bigger than most standard hotel rooms.
