Great stay! Hotel is beautiful, and immaculately clean, as always. Valet parking staff and concierge were excellent - very friendly and helpful. Great location for our dinner as well as getting to the Scotiabank Arena for the game. Only disappointment was our breakfast in the morning. For such a beautiful hotel, would have hoped for a better breakfast experience.

We had booked 2 adults and 2 kids The sofa bed wasn’t made up. It took so long to get it made up we missed our reservation for dinner. Then they told us they were fully booked and wouldn’t have pillows for the sofa bed. The internet stated you had a pool and when you google it, it shows it listed as a pool but in reality it’s a hot tub which was disappointing to the kids.

The room was clean, the valet parking was a perk—due to the EV charging *at no additional cost* that was available. The bed was comfortable, the view lovely, and all staff were pleasant. The only downside—was when they cleaned our room prior to our checking in—they forgot to replace toilet paper, so there was none upon our arrival. They had someone bring some up right away. The LaVazza Coffee/maker in the room was fabulous as well.

Hotel is old and out dated. Very dark. Windows were being cleaned so we were advised to keep curtains closed, which only added to our dark stay. Rooms are cramped and gym is old. Gym equipment was rusty and difficult to adjust. Elevators are slow. Only perk is the convenient location. Hotel is central downtown Toronto and walkable distance to many attractions.

I was greeted by an enthusiastic member on the front desk. Not only did they let me check in early, but gave me a complimentary extra 30minutes to vacate the room on the day of check out. They were also happy to advise about sporting events and how to acquire tickets. The room was nice, a comfortable bed and great views. Only downside in the room was the bath hadn’t been properly cleaned so when I ran a bath there was some dead skin in it (I ran a new one). I used the hotel bar, staff were great and it was showing some sports too. All in all a great stay, will happily return next time I’m in Toronto.

The room was ok. There was a strong perfume smell. The carpet was really dirty and needed a good steam clean. We ran out of toilet paper and there was no extra in the room. We asked them to bring more and drop it off at the door and they never came. There is on site parking, but they ran out of space for our vehicle so we had to park across the street. Front lobby was nice, was a good location and the staff were very friendly.

The location of our suite in the Tower was terrific with windows toward three directions providing views of the CN Tower, the lake, and uptown. A washing machine and dryer were also provided in the suite. The maintenance team responded immediately when we reported light bulbs not working. The hotel is located only a few blocks from the train that runs from the airport to downtown Toronto. Wifi was excellent. Superior bed linens.

The thermostat was on the wall behind the tv. I had to turn the flat tv on it's front laying it on the dresser just to get close enough to see the thermostat. Also, the thermostat had Auto setting and fan on high. Didn't see low or medium fan settings. Lots of light coming in from room door that reflected in the mirror that can be seen from the bed.

We always have a great stay at this hotel (this was pur 2nd time). It's conveniently located within walking distance of Union Station, restaurants, and shops. Be mindful that some rooms don't have windows (we accidentally booked that one but the hotel staff upgraded us for free to a room with a window at check in).

Our room was very clean, the front desk staff were excellent. Our only issue was being locked out of our room at 11:30 pm after returning from a wedding reception. Went down to front desk and given new key cards, no luck. Went to front desk again and was accomoanied back to room by two employees, again no luck getting in. The door lock battery was dead. We sat on the floor outside of our room until maintenance arrived to change the battery. The employees were very apologetic, however this type of issue should never happen.

From the room to the food to the bar service was excellent and all very friendly and helpful The only black eye was your night front desk clerk at the counter. We were there for our nephews wedding at the hotel and we stayed there too (we rented and for two rooms paid over $1000 total). Because we were from out of town and only leaving in the late afternoon we had asked for a late checkout. She promptly said “sorry 11am because you are not VIP”. It was her way of speaking to us which I was quite upsetting. We asked you are saying your hotel is fully booked for Sunday? Her response without blinking an eye was “YES”. Let’s be fair your hotel staff would not be able to have all the rooms ready for a “3pm check in” and for one room. Please!! She went as far as saying that we were not VIP so to bad so sad attitude. The next morning I went downstairs (morning staff) explained the situation and the gentleman promptly explained “the best I can offer is 12:30pm”. No word of “sorry you are not a VIP”. That check out time was perfect and we ended up at the bar area and buying a few cocktails. So there was a benefit to the hotel and amazing bar service and cocktails

Lovely spot for a short stay and walkable to downtown Toronto attractions. Staff were lovely and the restaurant and cafe were both great, though the cafe was a bit pricy. My only complaint would be that our room was not serviced a single time in 4 days. Housekeeping would not arrive until late evening (5 pm onward) each day when we were in our room getting ready for something, despite us putting the “please service” door tag out each day.

My stay at One King West was outstanding. The staff were genuinely attentive — not the fake “smile-until-my-face-cramps” type, but actually helpful and present when needed. The room was beautiful, spacious, and impeccably maintained, with a level of comfort that made it tempting to cancel the rest of my plans and stay inside all day. Fantastic hotel in an amazing location. Steps away from the King subway station and connected to the underground PATH underground pedestrian system that accesses a large portion of downtown. Room was clean and comfortable. WIFI was great. Good value for the money. Will stay here again.

I recently stayed at One King West Hotel in Toronto. From the moment we arrived at One King West, we were treated with such care and consideration. Rhe valet was full when we arrived, but the team outside made sure we were able to park in the carport to get checked in and our belongings upstairs. The concierge team was so friendly and welcoming, they ensured we received all of our VIP perks and even had our pre ordered snack delivered right on time! Such a beautiful view from the comfortably decorated Tower One corner suite. The hot tub was private and relaxing, and we wnjoyed our late night beverages at Tellers Bar! Thank you so much for the amazing 40th Birthday!
