This room was a great surprise. THE VIEW was truly remarkable 🙌. Bangkok has the best skyline. The staff was amazing and always willing to help. I truly enjoyed my stay here. I didn't like the breakfast but its still an option buffet style. to have which I loved I would recommend this to anybody. Great location. You will not regret staying here. BOOK IT!!

For a portion of my stay, I moved rooms to a room that had black mold growth in the bathroom.. in the sink, shower drain and on the walls of the shower. I have CIRS - a severe mold allergy and it caused me to get sick for 2-3 days. The hotel was accommodating and changed my room but offered nothing else. The King premier rooms are quite worn and there was stains on the carpet that were quite large. My first room at the hotel, a deluxe twin was much better, seemed cleaner and I had no mold issues. So if you are sensitive to mold, check the bathrooms first beforehand. I also had an experience where young children were in the gym, unsupervised twice, when the signage said this was they should not be in there unattended. The hotel/ pool staff did not know what to do and the children almost hurt me on the treadmill as they were playing around with medicine balls. And this was after I asked the staff to help, as I saw the situation as dangerous. And the staff again was responsive but ultimately the experience was jarring. I would rate this hotel as a solid 4 Star hotel.
