The staff are very friendly and accommodating - we were traveling with a baby and were provided with a baby "cot" (crib) and bathing tub. Our suite included a fully appointed kitchen with complimentary beverages and the facility has eco-friendly practices regarding sheets & linens and rubbish. My only suggestion is add box of tissues to 2nd bedroom. The river front of the property has beautiful gardens and the hotel's own Water Shuttle boat (large: seats 70) which runs regularly to 3 main river piers - each with walkable attractions and adjacent public transportation. We had Club membership = free breakfast served in the 1st Floor restaurant with plenty of indoor/outdoor seating, extensive variety of traditional breakfast foods, underscore extensive, and a huge buffet of Thai food. Also included was all day access to the 36th Floor Lounge which had bar service, tea & canapés at 2 pm and cocktails & hors d'oeuvres at 5 pm). We actually made a dinner of it! Amazing! The outdoor pool is beautiful and overlooks the Chao Phraya river from 6 floors up. My only issue here is that the whirlpool is not heated. There is a fitness gym with well appointed locker rooms & saunas. The location of the hotel is great - right next to an international school (ages 3 - 18): lots of fun watching the uniform-clad students using the water shuttle to commute to/from school. Asiatique is just a few blocks down the road - go at night to see the Ferris wheel lights up close! Will be going back!!!

Spacious hotel room with adult and kids bathtub. Also playground and jacuzzi pool and steam room. Decent gym. Friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Nearby cafes, restaurants and massage, 7-11 within walking distance. Regular shuttles to sathorn pier and can change to BTS skytrain or boats to Iconsiam or Wat Arun. But returning after dinner from Iconsiam have a hour long queues. Huge hotel deposit which you can substitute with credit card. Limited tv choices.

Enjoyed our stay, the boat to the BTS really convenient and the breakfast was excellent. After a long flight we chose this hotel as it quiet and we were looking forward to spending some time relaxing around the pool when weather permitted. So we were really disappointed to see the main pool was closed for renovation. Think we should have been made aware of this prior to our arrival.

Great location on the river with a complimentary boat to take you to the Central Pier for the Tourist Boat. Staff are wonderful, my second stay here, it will continue to be my Bangkok hotel of choice.

Meermaals al geslapen bij Chatrium Riverside. Is een mooi hotel, uitstekende accommodatie met kinderen maar ook om samen met je partner Heen te gaan. Kamers zijn heel netjes, worden goed schoongehouden. Deze keer waren wij ook club member. Het is heerlijk om op de 36e etage te kunnen genieten van kleine hapjes en drankjes. De Jamine tea is echt een aanrader. Tijdens ons verblijf was het grote zwembad helaas gesloten. Wel gaven zij als alternatief de residence pool. Ook dit was prima.

I would stay again but i wouldn't say this is a 5 star property. The room was dusty and dirty when we arrived and could have been cleaned better throughout our stay. The shower kept flooding and the toilet wasn't flushing properly. When we called the front desk they sent someone and it was fixed. The breakfast was the same for everyday that we stayed. We expected more. The location was amazing with everything nearby. There is a 711 and Starbucks right next to the hotel. The staff were amazing too. Overall i would stay again due to the location.

Overall room was good and very spacious. Unfortunately the smell of the stale cigarettes in the room was awful. We couldnt wear the gowns supplied as the smell of the smoke on them was sickening. Beds good and bathroom ok but the hotel is showing its age. Nice being on the river.

New hotel with well-appointed rooms. Pleasant view of river from balcony. One-bedroom suite has an odd layout with the bathroom completely splitting the living room and the bedroom. Hotel has good selection of on-site dining options, including outdoor by the river. Executive lounge has great views and attentive staff. Hotel water shuttle provides convenient access to public transit and Icon Siam mall. Starbucks and 7-11 next door. Concierge was able to take care of all needs on short notice. There is notable noise from the tour boats and river restaurants all the way until 11PM. Also, my room was twice filled with smoke when neighbors decided to ignore the no-smoking policy. This seems to be a consistent problem, since the hotel has air purifiers and scented spray at the ready to bring to your room.

Spent 2 nights here over a longer trip in BKK/Thailand, and it was by far our favourite choice of accomodation. Beautiful river views and balcony, a full kitchenette, and 7/11 and laundry services close by. This is a hidden special spot amidst the other very high end ($$$) riverside hotels

I believe they said the place was soundproof. It’s far from it. On the river, you’ve got all kinds of people making stupid noise throughout the night. I had this horrible singer on the other side of the river and some high-pitched foreign language that drove me up the wall. The hot water didn’t work for a couple days which was horrible. This group of employees is very important as the first face of Chatrium - welcoming me and making me feel at home during my stay. Turning on the sauna 1 hour before, sending out laundry, helping with luggage and suggestions - and most importantly being a warm and smiling face to say hello to.

We always have a great stay at Chatrium. Staff always take good care of their guests. This time I think the housekeeping deserves the praise the most. They are always helpful and attentive to our request. The greeter and the staff at the roof top bar were also lovely. We had a great time there. On the other hand, the staff at breakfast restaurant need some training though. They did put other people at our table. Twice a waitress tried to take the plate away from me while I still had food on my plate. I am not sure why they’re so hurried. The gym needs some improvement. My husband said it was not well-maintained and the equipment was missing.

I had a wonderful stay at Chatrium Hotel! The service was exceptional from start to finish, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The buffet breakfast was absolutely amazing with so many delicious options and great quality food. The hotel environment felt peaceful and elegant, and the pool area was just perfect for relaxing. The manager at the front desk was amazing when we hit the earthquake 28th of March. He take care of everything and everyone and the way he mange this was amazing. The bad thing is when we do booking true Hotels.com we don heard anything and also after try to connect them. For me in future after have done booking hotels with them more then 20 year I will definitely make booking directly to hotel in future. This is the facts if you coming into problems you don’t get any feedback from them. It’s a big shame

Fantastisk hotel beläget vid floden i lugnt och tryggt läge. 10 minuter till fots till närmsta BTS station. Hotellet har även en shuttle båt till Saphan Taksin (BTS Station) samt vissa avgångar direkt till Iconsian. Till fots tar det 12 minuter till fint köpcentrum mm som heter Asiantiques.

Everything about this hotel is high quality, from the facilities to the friendly, attentive staff. The food in all the restaurants is amazing too. Views from Cloud 36 are breathtaking. The free shuttle boat is very handy as it takes you to the next pier where you can get other boats or the Skytrain. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it.

Overall it is a very good stay. But the following can be improved: If the breakfast menu can change more between days, that will be great. Each day the same menu is not good. Breakfast starting 6:30 is too late. Cleaning staff sometimes threw away our use stuff. Car arrangement is too expensive.

Very much enjoyed our stay at the beautiful Chatrium Riverside. The breakfast buffet was excellent with choices to fit any taste. We enjoyed dining by the river in the evenings - a beautiful venue. The free ferry was a convenient way to access both the river ferries and hop on hop off boat and the sky train. Highly recommend this hotel

All of the staff we encountered during our stay were super helpful. They are proactive in providing help and have great attention to details. While the breakfast buffet looks busy, traffic is handled well, tables are space apart, it never feels crowded. The complimentary ferry service is definitely a plus. To top it all off, the river views are stunning, and we captured so many great photos and videos of the sunset.
