Positives - Room was basic but clean, breakfast was basic but acceptable. Ice machine and vending machines were in good working order. Negatives . I always book hotels that have fitness centre as I use that daily. In this case the hotel advertised a fitness centre but there was only one treadmill and one bike and the bike was “out of order”! I had to go to another gym in town at a cost of $25. Also, even though room was ready early, I wasn’t allowed to check in until 3:00 sharp. While I realize check in time needs to be respected, I think, as a courtesy, if the room is ready, a 15-30 min early check-in should be allowed

This is a very convenient hotel just a few minutes from the airport, along with easy access to most other amenities. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean - like new. Nice free continental type breakfast in the mornings with all you need to start the day and a great gym that I used each day as well. A very large beautiful hot tub is available for use, however I did not have time to use it. The planes overhead can get a little loud but Regina airport is not that busy so just a few in the early AM were bothersome. Overall I recommend!!!

The pool - hot tub was not working properly. The front desk said a technician would be coming to do the adjustment but her ( she ) never showed up. Parking is excellent as lots of room . Location is excellent as next to Regina airport. Breakfast buffet could be improved . Lobby area is very nice .

Overall I highly recommend this hotel. I’ve stayed here a couple of times and it has always been good. Always had to leave before breakfast is offered for early flights. Airport shuttle is only once an hour on the hour. It would be nice if it was offered even twice an hour, but it’s only a very minor annoyance.

The room was very nice and comfortable. I was also impressed with housekeeping. Will definitely stay here again. Only concern or issue was the mini fridge was not really cold. Not sure if it just needed a temp adjustment but not a big deal.

On Jan 31st when entering the front doors i fell down due to heavy ice. I immediately told the front desk that the entire area required salt and shovellig. Then on Feb 1 when leaving i fell again and no shovelling or salt had been used for safety.

The hotel was ok, overgrown with weeds around the building. The breakfast was pretty good. Not a lot of options but they had the hot ones, eggs, bacon or sausage and hashbrowns. The furniture in the rooms was very flimsy and cheaply made. The room was clean and it was nice to have a full size fridge, hot plate and microwave. The hot tub was really big which was awesome but it was luke warm so that was disappointing. Overall, not a bad place to stay but I would choose a different hotel next time.

We have had the best experience at the Meridian Inn in Regina - We have been going to the Ridere Games since 2022 and we have stayed here for every game - The staff are very accommodating, the hotel is spotless - the beds are very comfortable and pillows! They have made it feel like our second home for the last four years. If you are looking for a affordable, pleasant experience.... you won't be dissapointed!

In my work I stay in hotels all over the world - all of the time. Maybe 50+ nights per annum and have done for the past 20+ years. With this in mind I found the Meridian Inn, Regina by comparison very disappointing. Here are some of the issues that we had: 1. No drinking water available anywhere in the hotel other than from a vending machine. 2. The mattress on the bed was quite comfortable but the pillows are horrible. 3. The inclusive Airport Shuttle bus does not run that often. 4. The room was noisy. We could easily hear those upstairs. 5. The bath did not hold any water making it useless as a bath. 6. There are no USB sockets available in the room. 7. Breakfast was very poor on many levels. I wrote to the hotel about all of this above (in some detail), but was not taken very seriously. If I had been then I may not have posted this review online.

If there is going to be a band playing in the conference room, guests should be notified. Especially when 98% of the hotel guests were there for Agribition and had to be up at ungodly hours of the morning, with the band playing it made it difficult to get to sleep

Overall a good experience. +The hot water is actually hot; not just warm. +The tub has a plug so you can take a bath (I travel with my own plug from home because so many hotels don't have this). +Wifi internet is fast, reliable, and it just works. It doesn't do that annoying thing of bringing you to a sign on page every x number of hours. +Room temperature controls are simple and work great. +Breakfast is good. +Bed is very comfortable and the room is very quiet. I can't really think of any negatives. I wish the price was lower, but it's a great hotel overall.

It was absolutely horrible. There was a band that was playing extremely loud while we were trying to sleep. When we asked the front desk if they could ask the group to lower the volume of their instruments we were told that it would be over soon and we would just have to deal with it. Not something you want to hear when you have to be up at 3am.

This hotel is very stripped down no frills place. The beds are comfortable and even thou you are so close to the airport i did not hear the planes until early morning. Great for families as there are tons of space in the room.

Check in was ok. Poo vending machine wasnt stocked. Didnt work right. Then room was hot as hell. Turned on fan. Didn't cool it at all. Was 25 degrees celcius by time we left. Never going there again.

Breakfast wasn’t open as it was supposed to be everyday , plus it was cold not fresh and sloppy presentation . Very loud fan in the room couldn’t sleep and cannot turn it off.. Problem with the thermostat in the room it was either very cold or very hot and cannot be fixed after 4 nights. Poor customer service, the front desk says they will send someone to check or talk to management but no management on site or at reach only by email and wasn’t done either

The food was ok but was fairly cold and limited. The blinds were not dark at all. There was no body wash or conditioner and when I asked for some to be brought up, I was told that I’d have to come downstairs to get it myself and then they provided me with 3 more shampoos. Only one person at check in, so that took a long time to get checked in.

Have stayed here many many times. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Temperature of room is easy to set. Beds are comfortable. Shower was hot. Staff we encountered were pleasant and courteous. Our only complaint is that the breakfast has really finished in quality and selection.

Breakfast was not good at all; way below average!! Toiletries in the bathroom were below standard, only one type of small tube shampoo, no body lotion, no conditioner, no bottled shampoo or body wash like what many other hotels in Regina offer!!! Overall not worth what the hotel offers! 3-star is maximum for this hotel. Expect a below standard hospitality from this hotel.

The food that we had was good, but it could have a lot more variety. For ex. Waffles, pancakes, bagels, oatmeal etc. And it already closes at 9:30AM? Which in my opinion is to early especially on a weekend. We met several on the way back to our room and they were surprised too.

Rooms were very large, the bed was comfortable and the sheets were nice. The breakfast wasn’t that great. For an overnight stay it would be just ok but our stay was four nights. Couldn’t do it after two and would look to see what was being served and it not change much. I would certainly stay at the hotel again and would not hesitate in recommending it. Pack your own breakfast!! The place was clean.

Hotel looks new but found out it’s 3 years old. Cleanest hotel I have ever stayed. Housekeeping deserves an excellent award. Bed was also comfortable and breakfast was good although if I had to complain about something… 9:30 breakfast cutoff is too early. We just made the deadline and others showed up after us and missed out.
