Older hotel, but the rooms appear to have been refurbished. The decor is a bit dated - red, black, mirrors, and there is a lingering cigarette smell in the common areas. The room and all areas I visited were very clean and well-maintained. I did not use the pool area. I purchased a breakfast-included package which came with vouchers for up to $25 in the on-site restaurant, which was very nice. The food was fresh and reasonably priced so I was able to get a good breakfast and coffee with my voucher x 2 mornings. Staff were all pleasant and eager to help.

We had an updated room that was great, however the other couple in our group had un unrenovated room which seriously needs an update. As well, the pool complex area is is desperate need of an update. There were lots of things floating in the pool itself, and the hot tub had lots of jagged edges where tiles had come off. Definitely needs a refurbishment and/or to be shut down. The lounge/firepit area was done up really nicely and the fellow that worked in there was fantastic - we went back each evening for nightcap as he was so friendly and made delicious drinks!

We were there for the Rider game for the most part the hotel was in but there were people partying in there room on our floor and the people in the hallways were loud which is totally disrespectful no matter what time of day it was.
