Excellent location. Restaurants and shopping malls are near by. There is bus that comes every hour to the Haram but it is difficult to get bus back to the Hotel from the Haram. One should plan for taxi to come back to the Hotel.

Bon sejour a lhotel le seul hic ce sont les navettes pendant ramadan horrible toutes les heures seulement et pendant laid on a pas ete prevenu du changement de navettes endroit et société pas normal . nous avons perdu 4 h de notre tps et pris un taxi. la société de navette ne vous attends pas mais attends plutot les saoudiens ou les dépose sur la route, des personnes ne faisant pas parti de lhotel, une injuste que nous avons subi pour 2mm le chauffeur na pas voulu attendre ma femme. bref fini a cause des navettes. cela a gache notre sejour.

The transportation system is badly organised that needs to be better planned considering customer convenience. Few other bus didn't show up at Kudaii, twice after waiting long I had to come by cab.

Awsome property! Nice staff! Stayed two times within 3 weeks and chose this hotel both times close to haram. Shuttle service is a joke but taxi is cheap 20 riyal one way at your convenience 24 hours.

Overall very good place in comparison to hotels inside clock tower because they cost you a fortune and are very dirty and have old furniture and you don’t feel like staying in 5 star hotel but this is very clean and nice hotel only thing is you have to take shuttle to reach haram. There shuttle is every 30 minutes to an from haram and you don’t have to wait much.

Park Inn by Radisson Aziziya Makkah is not a hotel — it is a dump wearing a Radisson logo. It is not even worth 1 star and stands as a black stain on the entire Radisson brand. They booked us for 4 people but provided only 2 towels, day after day. We had to beg like street people for basic hygiene. Even worse, a Bangladeshi housekeeping worker behaved like the owner of the hotel, rudely questioning us about why we “needed” more towels. Imagine being interrogated for wanting to bathe your own family. The sofa bed is pure cruelty — there is no mattress. They throw a bedsheet over a rock-hard sofa and expect human beings, including children, to sleep on it. This is not just uncomfortable — it is inhumane. The breakfast is disgusting. There is no real food. Just boiled eggs, a few greasy potatoes, and tasteless vegetables kept there only for decoration. The coffee machine has been broken for years, yet they still leave it on display and lie to guests that it “just broke.” And the milk scandal says everything about this place. They only keep real milk from 6 to 8 AM — after that, they secretly switch to cheap powdered milk mixed with water. One of their own staff admitted this. Even after requesting real milk for our children, they kept serving us this white chemical water.
