Relatively new hotel. Gym is tiny, bike and treadmill broken. They said they would fix nothing happened. Rooms small. If you get a balcony, the door is screwed shut. Don't get the point. There is Netflix which is a plus. Pool large. Just does not feel like a luxury hotel or luxury experience. Cheap construction and furniture

This hotel is in very good condition but tucked away in a quiet area with access to the city provided by a free shuttle service to the sky train. I would use Bolt or Taxi's though for a cheap easy way to get around unless it's peak hour traffic in which case I wouldn't go anywhere. Peak hour is awful. It took me 2.15 hours to go 6 km's. The rooms are great with separate bedroom and living area.The only concern is the tiles in the shower are really slippery and dangerous. I asked for help and they provided a towel to stand on which did stop me slipping.

We stayed 8 days. The breakfast was delicious. The pool and workout room was very clean. The roof top pool was very nice. The employees were super helpful and very polite. We liked it so much that when we return from Phuket, we will stay another two days way the hotel until we fly back to the States.

Hotel was great, room big and very clean, tv massive with Netflix if i had to complain about anything it would be the sauna was not working and its about a 10-15 walk to the Skytrain but they do have a shuttle so not a big problem, would definitely stay again.

Really great hotel in the heart of Sukhumvit. Near all the amenities and close enough to the bts and metro. They put on regular pick up buses too if you dont want to walk. Rooms really clean neat and tidy very modern too. Powerful showers too. Two key cards which helps with keeping room cool. Reception always welcoming. Pool and gym really good with good enough equipment to use the facilities

Bra storlek på rummet med en liten soffa. Låg intill ett litet 7Eleven och café. Finns lite andra restauranger, barer och caféer i närheten. Lite långt att gå till Phrom Phong BTS i värmen, men det finns mopeder. Rätt ren städning, men synd att de inte tänkt på att lägga ut lappar att man inte behöver byta lakan eller badlakan varje dag för miljöns skull. Fin pool och ett litet gym. Finns även en liten "lounge" vid gymmet, en jätteliten putterbana och en liten lekplats uppe på taket vid poolen där vyn är ganska nice.

Location is great. Room a bit smaller than I expected. View on the street not ideal, need to keep curtains closed. Room was impeccably clean. Best shower ever. Not kidding. So much pressure on that rain shower. Staff very kind and helpful.

The smell of the floor detergent using to clean the room was so strong that I had to open front door and balcony door for 3 hours to clear the smell. And finally I decided to ask for a new room which the smell was even worst so I had to stay in the same room.

Updated property with friendly staff, however our room was terrible. We paid more for a balcony room however the room we were given should not have been considered one as the baloney was unusable. It was on the second floor and backed directly onto another building with a wall full of fans and no natural light due to the height of the buildings. These fans, or the air conditioners next to us, were very loud during the night. The room was directly next to the kitchen which was also loud starting early morning as they prepped breakfast. The room was clean and modern but had an awful smell the entirety of our time there. Possibly due to the cleaning products they used. Our experience here may have been different if we had been assigned a different room, however I would not recommend it or stay again based on the room we were given.

Clean, mostly quiet, great shower, nice room, good location, nice staff. My room had a view of a wall but it didn’t matter much as I didn’t spend much time there. One star deducted for a lobby employee offering to arrange a taxi for me and then calling someone who was not driving a taxi, who charged more than I would have paid a taxi or Grab driver. Mostly though I was not happy due to safety concerns, e.g. if this “taxi” had crashed, would I be insured? Or, if he decided to sell me into slavery (not that it would be very lucrative for him), could my whereabouts be traced? Bottom line, not very professionally done by the hotel staff, bye, bye star no. five!

Hotel is not the newest so not like the new ones with lots of floors. The roof top pool (8th) floor gave a unique view of the taller buildings. Rooms are newly renovated and comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection and changed up daily.

We recieved a free " upgrade" . Sounds great. It stunk. Room 511. Directly across from the lifts where you can here people getting off . Worse was it was in front of building faci g street. Noise from cars and motorbikes all night. Stayed here before and was very happy. This was the worse room in bangkok.

On the corner of two very busy roads so traffic noise is terrible. Small reception with people waiting, don’t get there early they will make you wait until absolutely 2 oclock check in. Tried to give me a worse room than i paid for! Small pool with no shade no bar no toilets. Didn’t eat there, very limited selection. Breakfast very average. On the plus side many food options locally. Would never ever stay there again. Terrible

Terrible. I booked the most expensive room and received a room that they said was an upgrade however it was a room at a low floor with views towards a brick wall. I prolonged my stay for 1 night and told them it was important to stay in the same room due to meetings. They said it would be fine. Than after the receptionist asks me to change room anyways which I don’t have time for when here on business. No understanding for the guests time.

Very bad service. The receptionist wanted to change my room with reason that it was the wrong standard even though I booked the same room previous nights. I have limited time for work and come regularly to Bangkok. No understading for the guests time and asked me to change room even though it was confirmed. I paid the most expensive room and the room does not even have a view. Mediocer standard with view towards a brick wall. I only wanted to stay in the room because of time. If I knew they would act like this I would have stayed at radisson blu plaza like I usually do.

The room condition was good enough,well maintained. But the location could not cover the things. It is far from the starion and needed to walk mere than 15 min. When you go out,you can use the shuttle but when I asked the last shuttle as scheduled,the receptionist denied taking me to the station. I had to walk in dart at 8 pm.

It is a good location close to many restaurants and shops or shopping malls. It is about 15 minutes walk to MRT or hotel offers scheduled drop off and pick up shuttles from/to MRT or subway or shopping mall. The main attractions are a bit far away from the hotel but taxi or you know how to navigate the transit system would be helpful.

Overall a pretty decent hotel for the Price. Fairly quit area, but still close to most things. However, since I needed the metro/BTS every day, it was a bit far away. Traffic jam every morning/afternoon, since there is a University, college and elementary School just around the corner. So for business not so convenient, for tourists perfect. Staff is the best. Vera helpfull.
