It was a good stay. We got one of the upgraded rooms with a projector. Liked the idea of the projector but with the lights on it was hard to see and I missed watching tv and the channels that come with cable. The pool was very rusty and the chlorine was very strong. My eyes were burning. Breakfast was really good. They provided you with body wash and shampoo but they were empty so that was a bit of a disappointment. Would try to stay there again.

Late check in - 3am. Staff were super welcoming and checked me in promptly, shuttle arrived perfectly. Room cozy and comfy. Breakfast yummy and with lots of choice. Shuttle back to airport effortless. Thanks everyone I will be back!

The rooms were nice and spacious. Staff were excellent! The facility especially the pool needed better maintenance. A lot of rust around the slide and the shower nob at the pool fell off. The whirlpool did not work properly. For such a beautiful property those things were disappointing.

Our original room had a soaking wet carpet with unidentified stains on it. We asked for a different room and the staff was very friendly and moved us right away. The second room had more carpet stains but was at least dry. The bathroom was not very clean. Very noisy as there might have been a tyrannosaurus Rex staying in the room above us. We won’t stay here again.

My stay was ok, the bathroom smelled like someone took a dump in there the whole stay. Carpets made my excema on my foot react, which tells me it is not cleaned regularly. Housekeeping walked in the room without knocking or announcing themselves. Being embarrassed in a compromising position is very very very inconvenient.

The lobby was clean and nice looking, but the room was dirty, smelled strong of deodorizing spray, the carpet was terribly stained, the bedding was stained, the mattress protector was GROSS, there was trash, ear wax, and lots of hair behind and under the bed. Needless to say, i will NEVER stay at this hotel again.

Arrived early at 1pm and had an early check inn, staff was wonderful and friendly. Room was clean and very spacious. At about 11pm When I went to bed the toilet started to run constantly all night it was super loud and kept me up all night. They really need to fix 303 toilet.

Really great value for price point! Room was large and renovated. Usually rooms have 1 chair. This room had 1 chair plus 2 seating cubes. The counter across the room was the longest I’ve ever seen! Enough space to put one suitcase on the one provided suitcase holder plus one suitcase on the counter. Also the room had a little container with clean wipe rags under the microwave. I’ve never seen that and super helpful for eating in room. Bathroom had good water pressure and there were bath and body works products in the bathroom for use. Walkability is incredible with really good restaurants and shopping within 5 minute walk… Olive Garden.. Mr Mikes plus plus plus. Hotel has pool and work out area but did not use.. but looked great. Plus there’s an on-site spa and coffee shop. We paid $115 all in. And that included free full breakfast. Would absolutely stay here again. Staff really friendly and care about your experience. It makes a difference.

The property is in bad need of repair. Some advice for people looking to stay: You can balance the odour by turning up the AC and opening a window. We found this helped after an hour or two. For internet you can use your phone by creating a hotspot. The internet isn’t good enough for basic browsing such as reading the news. Watching Netflix is a non starter. The plastic mattress cover is annoying when trying to fall asleep. I’m not sure there is anything you can do to elevate this, The hotel has really become the equivalent of a truck stop motel and should not be booked for more that a quick night. You will want to leave if you have to stay a second night.

The staff working during the day were amazing and went out of their way to ensure we were having a great stay. I would have given them 5 stars, but for the evening front desk staff. They were incredibly rude to myself and my family. It's unfortunate that those 2 staff marred an otherwise great stay.

I chose Home Inn & Suites because they have a shuttle service to the airport. As I had a very early flight the next morning, it was affordable & convenient to stay there the night before. Their prices were better than other hotels in the area for that date. The shuttle was service in the wee hours of the morning was great & efficient!

Breakfast was not properly stocked. 730am. Had to wait 15 minutes for the food on the first day and eat with a spoon as all the other utensil holders were empty. Second day I decided just to eat my supper leftovers in the room and just go down for coffee. No coffee was ready and I just left after 10 minutes and went to Tim Hortons.
