Had a pleasure staying experience at Solitaire. Booked for the Grand deluxe club sky, did not expect that we having exclusive access to the club sky lounge where you can dinning on the top floor. Something more special is Club sky lounge have happy hour that giving you free drinks and food. Awesome! Shout out to the staffs as well they were all friendly and professional!

We paid the extra for the club sky rooms with lounge access. Service in lounge was always very slow. We noticed some of the staff seemed to have their favourites who got served straight away. We had to wait a good 20mins after ordering a drink! And then had to remind them. A lot of the time they didnt even put the alcohol in the cocktails! Food in lounge very basic, and if busy they run out a lot with long waits before replenishment. Pool area small with very limited sunbeds, and due to other buildings, the sun is only on the pool area for a few hours each day! Rooms to be fair were of a very good standard. Clean, bright, good aircon and really comfortable beds.. we would definitely stay again as the rooms alone are well worth the money, but we wouldnt book the lounge access etc.

Lovely hotel, just off the main road, so in the heart of things but also nice and quiet which I really appreciated. The concierge staff were fantastic dropping me off to Platinum 21 or the local train station. Thank you Wat and your team! Lovely pool and steam. Sometimes I found the steam was turned off, so you just have to turn it on prior to when you want it. I'd happily stay again.

The hotel has different buildings, and if you end up in building 4 be prepared for outdated and dirty rooms (mold, dirty carpet in bedroom etc) Location and staff were great however. But the place needs a face lift (and a deep clean).

Our bed shhets and pillows were dirty seems like moldy dirt. Lobby has a funky smell. Water in shower goes from burning hot to mild. Hard to enjoy ahower. Small rolms Day before our departure we called to extend one night next day thwy told us they made mistake and hotel is sold out. Gave us 15 min to check up and find another hotel. Staff lady apologized but not sincere kibd of apology. Location is great and room peices are good

The stay at this hotel was very disappointing. From the outset it was not a good experience. The main reception area of the hotel is very nice and we were greeted by friendly staff. However, following the check-in, we were ushered along a maze of corridors and out of the back door of the hotel, we then had to cross a road and go into a completely separate building. The hotel referred to this as the ruby wing. This building has no amenities, all of the facilities are in the main hotel building therefore when you need to use the restaurant, the pool, or the bar you have to go out of the ruby wing cross the road go through the back door of the hotel. The corridors within the other building are accessed through a steel fire door which had push handles on one side. From the lift to the rooms it didn’t feel like a hotel. The room itself was clean however there are signs of wear and tear and I have never seen so much mastic on the joints in the bathroom which has been poorly applied. The room a balcony to the room however the door was permanently screwed shut and therefore the balcony could not be used. We reported an issue with the shower which was constantly cycling between freezing cold and burning hot. The hotel said that they would get the engineer to look at it, but nothing changed. This was a VIP access hotel so we asked for a better room in the main building but were informed they could not. I will definitely not be coming back to this hotel on my next trip to Bangkok.

THE ROOM WAS GREAT, WITH A JACUZZI ON THE BALCONY AND AN AMAZING VIEW OF THE CITY. THE STAFF WAS VERY ATTENTIVE TO WHATEVER WE WANTED TO DO AND GAVE GREAT SUGGESTIONS. THE LOCATION WAS ALSO GREAT WE COULD WALK AROUND AND FIND WHATEVER WE WANTED.

I recently stayed at Solitaire Bangkok for 4 nights, but unfortunately, the experience was far from ideal. On the 3rd night, at around 1:55 AM, someone attempted to open both our hotel room door and the interconnecting room door. Understandably alarmed, I called the front desk for assistance. The staff member I spoke to was unhelpful and simply said they would send security to investigate, but no one showed up. Location-wise, it was convenient enough for my trip as I primarily used Grab and Bolt for transportation. However, the breakfast offered was very underwhelming—nothing worth mentioning. Considering the lack of security response and overall service, I doubt I’ll return to this hotel in the future.

Great location. Close to everything, many bars , restaurants, gyms, laundry service. The staff is very polite a courteous. Word of advice check your grab APP before ordering a taxi from the staff. Couple of times they quoted me a ridiculous price, once i checked grab prices they came down and matched that price. I did not like that but everything else was great.

Wonderful customer service. Very friendly front desk staff. Helpful Bell and housekeeping staff. Very comfortable room with an extremely comfortable bed. The best night sleep I have had on my Thailand trip. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone and I would come back here and stay again someday.

This hotel was clean and location was great. This lady at front desk was helpful. I paid in cash for accidental, upon leaving i was told they would be taking a fee for accidentals, i asked what for? I was out on excursions everyday so what accidental? I was told that i washed my face & when i wiped the makeup remain on towel. This was crazy to me because make up washed right out when laundry is done. They tried to tell me it was stained, i requested the towel to be shown & one of the female staff examined it & confirmed that it was infact make up & not stains. I have never had this experience in my life. Overall a good hotel, just be vigilant.

I loved this hotel, really classy chic feel and the Staff are brilliant, they soon get to know you and what you like. The food in the bar is amazing. Im currently on crutches and it was difficult to get to the pool because of steps, though the rooms are spacious and accessible, you wouldn't be able to get to the bar or pool if you're in a wheelchair. Outside the pavements all over Bangkok are uneven, broken and with loads of manhole covers with big holes, big enough for my crutches to get through which makes it kinda dangerous, the kerbs are about 2 ft high and difficult to manage.. We didn't like the pushy concierge, I'm guessing they are on commission as everyday you're asked where are you going, do you want to go here or here , it put me off booking with them.

I came here with my fiancé. Super nice hotel and friendly staff. I did not know when I booked the hotel that this was in a red light area, which condoms in the room was the first sign. We really liked the hotel i just wish I knew about the location, which is why I say this in the reviews because maybe I would have seen that beforehand. We avoided the street because the area made us both really uncomfortable and we used grab to eat at other locations. However this is my fault for not researching the location more. If this hotel was in a different location we would stay here again

Our stay at Solitaire Hotel Sukhumvit 11 was amazing. The room and bathroom was spacious and clean. Our double bed was huge and fit for a King and Queen. Very quiet room and the staff were amazing. The area was quite accessible for anything you need: Water, toiletries, etc. lots of bars and eateries close by. Thank you Solitaire Hotel.🙏

The service was very good throughout the hotel. As we booked sky club we got to go to check in at the 16th floor which was nice. The room was in good order and everything was fine until the New Year’s Eve dinner which was a total disaster. It was supposed to be a luxury dinner at the 16th floor, a 5 course dinner. The food was so bad. We actually sent back one of the starters and the main course because it was so badly cooked. However the manager noticed it and didn’t even come to apologize. When desert came it was a lava cake with ice cream. The lava cake wasn’t even heated. It was a joke and a totalt disappointment of what we were hoping would be a special New Year’s Eve. After the clock struck twelve we left and went out in Bangkok instead, still without an apology from the manager who was hiding somewhere.

Overall, this is not a bad properties and I mat use it again. However: with that said, there is a very distinct smell outside all the rooms in the common area on all floor that is just disturbing. Beverages in the bar on the roof is ridiculously overpriced….other than that, There is room for improvement with the breakfast menu and while some employees at breakfast/ dinning room perform proficiently, professionally and with care, others have no interest at all.

We stayed 3 nights. Family of 4. We had two rooms that connected. Both were very spacious, clean and modern (with USB outlets). Walking distance to Sukhumvit 11 and 13, which had lots of restaurants, spas, shops and laundry options. Walking distance to metro station. Excellent concierge that helped arrange private cars for tours and getting around. Pool was small but cozy with an outdoor bar area. Terrace was nice for dinner and drinks with a great view of the city. Indian restaurant in the hotel was excellent!.

This is the third time I have stayed in this hotel and it’s not getting better. The good: location, breakfast (except as noted below), comfortable bed, cold ac. The bad: they replaced the coffee urns with high tech coffee machines. The problem is the new machines are slow with a line up of people waiting to get coffee and the coffee is terrible. Coffee from the urns was much better and faster. Also bad, hotel has not been updated in many years and is showing its age. Also, at times my room smelled from cigarette smoke (probably coming through hvac vents)
