My stay went really well. My room was very tidy. Clean. Plenty of plug sockets for charging devices like my iPhone. Staff were friendly and thanks to Google translate were really good. As a guest you also got free bottles of water. Amazing. Free juice drink and nice treats all included in your stay. You are few minutes away from a 7 11 store if you need anything. The air conditioning was wonderful. I did have pay a 1,000 baht fee that will be refunded after 30 days. I guess this is if you lose your room card by accident. Overall it was a very good stay. Met my true love my queen my heart my baby my everything my number 1 Meeyaradee. Very lucky to have found each other in this world. Having the STAY hotel as a backup in case my Meeyaradee had any problems getting to Suvarnabhumi airport was really useful. We both loved the room after i checked in so the hotel knew I was safe and had arrived.

The hotel was very pretty on the inside and the staff was really nice. The breakfast was good, they had different variations of food so there were more to choose between. The gym was pretty small which I think was a bummer because it could only fit like only two people - but they had a nice variety of equipment and weights for a room so small. But if you don’t really care that much about the gym I really recommend this hotel. It was nice service, had a safe in the room and it looked clean as well

I paid for a nice suite with a view from the bath tub but the room was so small the tub and the bed touched, when i had to open my suitcase i literally had to put it on the bed, there weren't even chargers by the bed or anywhere to put my hygiene items, the room smelled strange, and when i turned the shower on, the smell was horrendus. The view that I paid extra for was of a rundown building, this hotel is kind of in the middle of no where. When I asked the staff if there was a bigger room they told me i should have paid more attention to how the room was described on the website and that they could downgrade me to a family room for 800 usd. I booked a week and i checked out the next day and they could not have cared less, it was almost like they were used to it.

location is so far so good, but easy to go to night market, either “the one Ratchada” or Jodd Fairs Rama9, but when you sleep, you can hear the noise easily, maybe the wall is too thin, so when someone talk or walk, you can hear it clearly. Hotel staff are nice and helpful but English is not so well, it’s ok.

The staff are very friend and professional. However the gym is way too small with limited equipment. The beds are so firm. The rooms are so noisy, with no soundproofing. The room layout is odd with sink not near loo, but separate in the bedroom area. But area is quieter, 7 minutes to MRT. Overall I won’t go back to the STAY hotel.

部屋も綺麗で良かったがテレビの調子が悪く勝手に消えたりしていつも楽しみにしてる地元の番組を見れなかったのが残念だった。あと泊まった部屋がカーテン開けると正面に同じような地元の人が住むマンションが有り此方の部屋が一面ガラスという事もあり全開だと丸見えで大っぴらにカーテンを開け辛かった。あとはよかったです。

浴槽がベットのフロアにありびっくりしました。入ろうものなら部屋中びしょびしょになると思います。使用する人がいるのか疑問です。限られたフロアの面積を占領しており、ない方が良いのではと感じました。照明が全体的に暗く、妻はメイクをするのに困っていました。シャワーの水圧がかなり弱く、ちょろちょろといった感じ。体洗うのにとても時間がかかります。テーブルがないので部屋で食事は向いてないです。椅子はひとつしかなく不便でした。浴槽はいらないのでテーブルや椅子などを置いてほしいと思いました。交通アクセスは良いです。セブンイレブンが目の前にあり、便利です。宿泊費はリーズナブルです。上記のことが気にならなければ良い滞在となると思いました。

This hotel was a surprise to us in busy Bangkok. Better than expected! Really nice guys at the parking, saving our spot with a cone when we went out to make sure we had parking spot. I don't know in the end if they understood our late check-out request as gold members, they added 1 hour but it seemed like half of the hotel was granted 1 hour out of courtesy. English needs to be practised though by reception staff. Only saying yes yes does not cut it when questions come up.

Reception was great - friendly and helpful staff. Room was simple, but clean. Mattress was firm-to-hard (not unusual in Thailand). Breakfast buffet offered variety and was good. They preferred the room deposit in cash (1, 000 baht Mar. 2023) and returned it at checkout once the staff inspected the room, which was fast. Easy & safe walk to really good local restaurants, McDonald's, 7-11, & Au Bon Pain. Close to bus & train. Covered garage. Very nice, easy, affordable start in Bangkok.

Great hotel .. except breakfast could be little bit better for 250 baht. Only thing is they have to move your table because of limited space , this could be organized better . I saw couple table asking to moved while they sitting down. Water heater sure have issues . And the drain not working properly . I love the waiting areas with juice and small cookies . We will be back again .. I love the tub just too bad I didn’t used it because of water not hot enough .. great staff .. thank you
