Room was in very poor condition it was dirty, the carpet was dirty, the sink drain was broken, the bedding smelled bad, the bathroom was dirty and the towels were used and dirty. The location was not too far from the Haram, but the room condition was really bad. I stayed at an Ibis hotel before but this Ibis was poor.

It’s definitely great value for money! We liked the overall service and the promptness of the staff whenever we needed anything. The shuttle bus to the Haram was also always on-time and spaces were always available. The only issue was general room cleanliness; the bathroom seemed to have some small dead bugs etc. that weren’t cleaned up and the shower floor appeared pretty dirty with moldy grout on the tiles. Despite being far away from the Haram, it is overall a decent stay for a pocket-friendly budget and the shuttle bus is a huge positive to consider this property for your Umrah stays.

The buses run every other hour to Haram. This makes it very inconvenient for for someone who suddenly must get back to the hotel. The food is not of the best quality, and the variety is poor. The rooms are not properly cleaned by the staff; there were cockroaches in our rooms (I had booked 2 rooms, and both had cockroaches). Initially, I had to repeatedly ask for towels and shampoo. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night; I asked the reception what had happened, and they said it was just a test. I mentioned working with fire alarms and that this was nonsense. When I looked at the panel, the fire alarm was active, only the sirens were turned off. The receptionist then suggested someone might have smoked. I had to insist they check; not sure if it was done. All in all, not a nice stay. Won't come back here.

Okay for the price you pay - air quality in the hotel is bad. They need to focus more on cleaning and clean the ducts as it causes cough, sneezing and breathing problems. Carpets and washrooms need to cleaned as well. Staff is very friendly. Overall not a bad choice if you are budget traveller.

Hallway and room carpets were soiled due to high turnover. More frequent steam cleaning is required. Shower had no curtain or door. Wet bathroom floor was slip hazard. Staff is fine. Stay was comfortable.

In general the hotel is quite good, with only 15mins distance by drive to the Al-Haram. Uber works here perfectly, less traffic in this area. Breakfast was not very good, hovewer there are many places around from where you can order breakfast to your room. The only disadvantages were the shower cabin, that is always open from one side and im my room 1002 the water tap was not attached properly to sink.

Over all it's not bad. There's nowhere to eat from around the hotel you have to go to haram. There's not a lot of space in the room. Staff where very helpful. Buses where very good and on time to the haram we just had to get the bus timetable, the only thing i would suggest for the buses to be every hour. Apart from that it's been a good experience.

This was an awesome hotel. Very clean, bright and modern. The staff was amazing and the buffet breakfast was excellent. The other meals I had at the restaurant were great as well. My one complaint is the carpet in the room had a lot of stains but everything else was top notch. I highly recommend this hotel.

I did not receive any emails or messages about this from this hotel. I also did not receive anything from hotels.com. I have contacted the hotel, but they have not answered my email. When I arrived at the hotel I also called them, but they did not answer.

Avoid booking this hotel. The hotel has been non operational since Feb 2025 and nobody bothered to let us know. You can imagine the shock my family and I had to endure upon arrival at 2am on the 4th of March. We had to find alternative accommodation at short notice, which meant paying a premium. Expedia were useless too. There was no way of getting through to customer services.

Maman from reception was really helpful as she was the only person who speaks and understand English also have a good guesst service attitude. From Other staff I felt they are inferior to speak with non Arabic guest. Guest is guest whoever it is, no matter what language guest speaks, some of them should learn how to satisfy a guest and solve his/her complaints. Even at checkout no one cared to ask how was you stay ? We stayed 11 nights and nobody cares are we satisfied or not. Shuttle service is good, sandwiches are delicious.

The hotel was shut shut down by the local authorities. You can imagine our shock when we reached at 1am,with a young child and elderly parents. Neither they or hotels.com bothered to inform us. We had to pay a premium to find alternative accommodation at such short notice. Don't even get me started on the stress and hassle we had to go through.

The place is amazing and what made it amazing is the cleaning staff especially ibrahim he always would greet you with a smile and willing to help you with anything. Next time when I comeback i’ll try my best to tip him.

there is no shuttle service for 24 hours there is only one bus and it has its pwn timing and even not for every prayer time. bus go toward haram 2 to 3 hours before prayer and after prayer bus come back from haram after 2 to 3 hours mean bus is of no use . and taxi charge 15 to 20 riyal by 1 side

The staff were very friendly and the security guards were legendary, hotel was nice and clean and shuttle bus every other hour. Only 7-8 min drive depending on traffic. Can’t go wrong for the price!

It was good . U just wanna perform your umrah and back to sleep . What i did not like was ; resturant was so expensive 70 riyals for buffet , and the buses were every hour to haram . It would be better if they had more buses and shorter time to wait . But overall the staff was very helpful and place was clean and quite close to haram and some shops around
