Disappointed that the pool and hot were closed and no vending machine

Could us new pillows. Pool and hot tub closed. Otherwise ok

The only thing is we couldn't use the pool or hot tub because the room was so hot. This was very disappointing sine we picked this hotel because of knowing they had a pool

I believe this property was be renovated - so maybe these items will be improved on in the future. The pool looked to have been down for maintenance for a very long time. There was a broken luggage cart just laying tipped over by the gym area, with a missing wheel. They gym was tiny and equipment was very outdated. Our room was quiet and fairly clean, but had sign of age and much needed maintenance. The contentinnal breakfast was incredibly limited. At this time, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Pool was small and the breakfast was very limited to mainly breads and cereal, hotel itself and rooms were nice.

It was a nice stay. Its just everything under Construction Construction like pool, or Venom machine for soda. But they guy gave me 2cans of 7up.. but its a very nice spot. For the breakfast get some eggs and sausage pls with them waffles.

Hotel is new and clean. Pool was closed and treadmill on gym was broken but we enjoyed our stay very much.

Property seemed newly updated and clean. The stag were very helpful and friendly. The pool was under construction but the price was great for just a quick stay. Breakfast was the basics, but okay.

The pool and hot tub where out of service, other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

Our first room was a disaster. It had trash in garbage and blood on bathroom sink. Second room...someone had slept on one of the 2 beds...but bed was made. We won't stay here again!

The service was good, but it could use better attention to detail, and the room was not clean. There was leftover hair in several locations and gross stains on the bathroom door. One of the hand towels had a questionable stain as well.

Air conditioning was great. Shower good floor was dirty. Breakfast wasn’t much

Would not recommend or stay there again not very clean

The first room I was checked into had two queens & was not the studio room I had booked online. The second room I was shown was super tiny & not what I had booked. I was finally given the room I had paid for. I was told that I was being upgraded to both of the rooms, even the studio that I had already paid for. The studio room was super dirty. It has what looked like dried up poop or Marijuana by the coffee pot. I will not be going back. I should not have to go through so much to get what I paid for & when I do get the room I want it was dirty. The only reason why I stayed in that room was because I didn't want to go through more of a hassle of getting a new room.

Very clean and comfortable room at a very affordable rate. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

The small room was fantastic. Love the size.

Only negative was hearing footsteps from room above during late evening/early morning hours.

New, standard hotel with decent rooms and continental breakfast. Refrigerator and microwave in the room (no coffee maker). Unfortunately, I had inconsiderate neighbors above me (sounded like a herd of elephants) but that does not influence my review.

The breakfast was pretty limited. The room was hard to get the temperature regulated it seemed very stuffy even with the air on 65 in November.

Room was clean but window was cracked and it wouldn’t lock ther was no desk clerk in our building and I don’t know if they locked the door up front after 10 pm or not I didn’t go check it. Internet didn’t work in that building and the pool and ice machines were out of order. In the building with the clerk you could get a room for $20 more for internet. Still didn’t have pool or ice machine in that building either. Didn’t go to breakfast.

Staff were amazing. I have stayed in many places around Rochester. This is by far the best.

From the beginning, this hotel was AWFUL! The pool was not available. Closed because “supplies had been back ordered for two weeks.” When we got there to check in our room was not ready. Because of our flight and drive from MSP, we never arrived at the hotel until 6:30 pm. And, the room wasn’t ready? We were asked to wait five minutes, but after a half hour, I was understandably frustrated. The front desk clerk, Alexander, said that he had just fired three people, and that I had “two choices”: continue to have a nasty attitude and he would have one with me throughout my stay, or change my attitude and have a wonderful stay. What I should have done is canceled and went to a different hotel. Our toilet was clogged in our room. I went back to the front desk about it as soon as we were settled in, explained that we had a dinner reservation and would return late in the evening, and there should be plenty of time to address the issue. When we returned several hours later, the toilet was still clogged, and the new desk clerk handed me the plunger to go fix it myself! Breakfast was nonexistent. Not even milk for coffee or butter for toast, not that there was anything more than two ends of a loaf of white bread. All guests were at the front desk complaining. I have never been so disappointed; this hotel DOES NOT deserve the Wyndham name.

Phenomenal from checkin to check out!! Great front desk Paul and Candy are fantastic and so helpful. We will stay here again.

Pros: Good price, clean comfortable room, easy access to Downtown Rochester. Cons: Left my iPad in my room. I’ve attempted to call the hotel for the last four days, but get nothing but a busy signal. Called Customer Service and was told they couldn’t get through to the hotel either and they had no way to contact either. Currently attempting to get in touch with someone at corporate. Horrible experience and have no urge to stay again.

Perfect stay and clean hotel. The staff was nice, friendly, and very accommodating. Will stay again when I come back.

Problem with connecting to get someone to check us in. Arrived late and said to pick up phone to call for assistance but would ring busy. Took an half hour when someone came to the front desk. So we got a room about 1:00 a.m. needed a thicker blanket so we froze hard to sleep when too cold.

Nice stay - comfortable beds, clean rooms, fairly quiet. Not too far a drive from downtown Rochester and the Mayo, so good value for our money.

Check in was very easy, parking near the doorway, and several food options within a half mile.

The property is nice and clean. Very nice area and away from the highway far enough to not be bothered by heavy traffic noise. Nice and easy to get to the Mayo Clinic for all our appointments. Very friendly and welcoming staff. I would definitely stay there again and recommend as well!

I stayed 2 nights for my appts at Mayo. It was quiet, clean and comfortable and I’m picky about where I stay and comfort! I’d definitely stay again.

Close to airport and in quiet community.

I try to stay here every trip because of the convenience to Mayo Clinic

My boyfriend and i stayed for 1 night with our dog. Great location, very clean, friendly staff at front desk. Excellent pillows, nice grassy area for dogs to go out. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was nice and clean. Staff was super nice. Breakfast is just bagels and cereal very basic. The tub did have a hole that looks like they try to patch but other than that room was very nice.

Fresh yogurt option was nice but needed a better way to be flavored. Beyond that everything else was basically carbs.

We stayed 3 nites during a Mayo appt It was about a 15 min drive to Mayo. Hotel was clean, room was comfortable. Bath fan worked! ( a personal pet peeve ). Hot tub and pool were nice. Breakfast was minimal. The one waffle maker had people backed up. No other hot food. Staff was friendly. Price wasn't low enough to keep me from looking elsewhere on returning trips. Good, not great value.

Great staff and room! Free breakfast was lacking. 2 cereal choices, Nature Valley bars, waffles, yogurt, toast/bagels and watered down juice.

The stay was good , the staff was nice and friendly. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. What i was disappointed in was the breakfast setup.

Rooms were clean, modern and quiet. If you need to talk to a front desk person, they don't answer the phone. No coffee in rooms were available. Went to breakfast area, coffee out of order, juice out of order, fridge for yogurt etc was off and empty. My husband had a cold shower, mine was fine however. Other motels nearby that are better for the 10 bucks you save staying here.

The only hot food is waffles bed was extremely comfortable staff was amazing kept up with keeping breakfast stocked and clean at all times will stay agin
