I love staying at Quality Inn. It is convenient to Mayo Clinin and the staff are great. Room is comfortable and always in great condition. The only complaint I have is that there is very few handicap parking spots and the entranace door does not have a handicap door and is very difficult to open for a handicapped person

I had to wipe down and clean everything, extremely filthy. Weed smell in front of hotel. Bathroom and room constantly smelled like weed from next door Fridge in room was filthy and barely worked, paint splattered. Holes in walls. Cig butts all over the front of hotel. Everything was sticky and gross up front. Still has COVID floor stickers up front. Not worth what I paid.

When I ran the faucet it gave a terrible smell so much so my 9 yr old nephew made a comment. A light in the pool area was dangling from the base by the exposed wires. The place is deteriorating. It seems that management has no intentions of investing any money to bring it back to an acceptable level. They need to change the name from Quality Inn to something more appropriate like “Below Budget Inn” My apologies to Budget Inn who I’m sure would choose not to be involved. There’s more but space does not allow. Never again.

We were visiting family and the hotel was conveniently located nearby and the price was excellent. The front desk staff was good and were able to provided a disposible razor when I forgot mine. The cleanliness of the halls was not good and the whirlpool and pool were disgusting. Scum on the tiles that could be easily scratched away. Bottom of the whirlpool and pool were dirty. Band-Aid on the side of the whirlpool was there both days. Bathroom in the pool area had a clogged toilet both days. Really disgusting. We will not be back.

Accidentally booked a handicap room. The person at the deck said there was nothing they could do as it was thur a third party. The room smelled , the bathroom was dirty, room was in very rough shape. It technically was my fault, but would never stay there again.

The first room we got had dead bugs on the bed and stains all over the mattress. The second room had mold on the ceiling and vents in the bathroom and smelled odd. The pool area had dirt and huge clumps of hair all over the floor and in the pool. The stairs were dirty. We were there for two nights and the stairs were not vacuumed once. I get that dirt happens but clumps of dried mud that were visible and not addressed is quite gross. The staff we dealt with were nice, but as a “choice” hotel that claims they sanitize the rooms for each new guest is questionable at best. I would not stay at this hotel again.

In Rochester for a weekend away. Very good experience and great quality bed and breakfast. It lacked the special touch like larger towels, a cookie at check/in or high quality soap to make me rate it excellent. Interim cleaning for a two night stay only by request. Several miles from Mayo Clinic but convenient drive there. Liked having sofa in our queen room so two could sit. Would love addition of uSB plugs.

Good for those seeking a budget hotel on the northern end of Rochester It can be busy with guests & room may not be quite ready by check-in time. The bed was comfortable, had tge needed amenities: breakfast foods were more than sufficient, eggs, sausage, waffles, apples, muffins, coffee-even decaf, cereals, juices, bread, bagels, the pool was closed by the time we got there unfortunatly, but the room is a good value. The only drawback is the air handler is loud. We can sleep with noise, so we slept.

Overnight manager pounded on my door at 3:30 aqusing me of letting people in from outside door and then called my room to reprimand me some more. I never let anybody in and had been asleep since 9pm since I go to work early. Will not be going back!

I did not like when the front desk clerk had problems with my card when I was stating which card to use and they kept asking for me to swipe my card when I had already shown them I had a transaction for the amount of the cost of the room for one night then he fixed it then I left came back and the second clerk disabled me entry to my room and tried to charge me again which I think they should of communicated to wash other that I had already paid for the room. It was inconvenient to come in and have to wait for them to get situated and assume my transaction was declined because they had the wrong card on file.

Absolutely filthy. Had to change rooms three times due to stained sheets and hair in the bed. Front desk staff was dismissive, did not do anything to fix the issue. Said managment would contact me, but they avoided me during the entire stay. One of the sinks wouldnt even drain. Will NEVER stay again. Disappointed because I do not usually have issues with choice hotels.

Was about what I would expect for the price. Definitely a budget friendly option that I found sufficient. Not close to Mayo, don’t stay here if you want convenience getting to and from appointments. Room was basic but overall fine. Comfy bedding, bathroom was clean though dated. Overall, I would stay here again if I needed to, but because of the location, I probably wouldn’t.

The breakfast food was terrible. Eggs were watery. Sausage was not true meat. Some type of cardboard filler. Generic yogurt was not great. Apples were old and banged up. The first morning the waffle machine was not releasing waffles. Second morning this issue fixed. No pastries. Very busy area, short on seating. Forks were out, coffee cups out, had to wait to get filled. Other than breakfast, the only other complaint is no handicap button on front doors. Was a real struggle bringing stuff in and out.
