Ideal budget hotel close to a major shopping center and transport. Facilities are very clean and modern (no smoking). Rooms are on the smaller side which is perfect if you're going to spend most of the day around the city. Families may want to upgrade to a bigger room. 1番小さい部屋は、最小限のつくりなので荷物が多い場合は不向き。ベッドが1番広いスペースなので、パッキング作業は工夫が必要かも。また1番小さい部屋は地下の為（私が宿泊した時）窓などは無くので、閉塞感は感じる。ホテル滞在が短く、寝るだけなどに利用する分には問題ない。地下階の部屋を利用した場合には室内での洗濯はほぼ乾かないと思った方がいい。（カードキーが１枚なので、エアコン稼働させた状態で外出は出来ない）駅からは微妙に距離があるが、途中にショップもある。雨の日は、道路が冠水する、最寄りのプロムポンとホテル反対側のショッピングモールから直結している遊歩道があり、雨に濡れずに駅にいけるのは良い。（ショッピングモールに行くまでは濡れる）タクシー移動の場合には、車寄せが出入口にあり雨には濡れない。アソーク側はちょっとだけ距離があるのと、幹線道路の信号待ちがある。

この場所でこの値段で不潔でなく個室でシャワーとトイレがついているだけで星３でしょう。簡素な内容だが朝食が好きなだけ食べられる。円安だし外食は高いので助かった。よって星4。部屋は掃除して欲しいと札を出しておかないと掃除してくれずタオル交換もされない。水はあまり勢いよく出てこずぬるい。が、南国だしまああいいかと私は思えたが、みな同じとは限らない。エアコンの調子がイマイチでよく寝付けなかった。それら欠点がマイナス1で総合的には値段を考えれば星３が妥当か。なお、マネージャーや掃除の方の愛想はとても良かった。

I have been coming to the S Box many times and it gets better every year. They have recently added mini fridges in the regular rooms (before they only had them in the bigger rooms). The service is always excellent and the place spotless.

Be careful !!! Room has terrible smell of mold I couldn’t brief. I ask to cancel they refused! I ask to change room they charge me extra for upgrade ! What ??? Also had problem with hot water. Orbitz saved me from that horrible place. Don’t lure by cheap price and good reviews. If youll have problem the hotel refuse to admit it and there is no refund ! What a dump! STAY AWAY !!!

밤 늦게 도착했는데도 리셉션에 스태프가 있어서 체크인 하기 수월했습니다. 방까지 짐을 옮겨주셔서 좋았어요. 방 전등 키는데 일반적인 스위치가 아니라 리셉션에 전화로 문의해서 물어봤어야 했습니다. 가격에 비해서 방 크기도 큰 편이고 전동 블라인드가 있어서 시내 전망도 나쁘지 않았으나 화장실이 그다지 청결한 느낌은 없었습니다. 밤 늦게 도착해서 잠만 자는 호텔로써는 괜찮았습니다.

Very convenient location, exceptionally clean and modern. But unknowingly I booked a capsule room in the basement. This is a very tiny room without any windows. At first, I thought I can't stay there and will need to look for another accommodation. However, it was a matter of one night, so I stayed, and in the end, it was fine. All amenities were there including an electric kettle and a safe box. The breakfast was surprisingly good.

Budget room in a good area. But the smallest room I've ever been in at any pricepoint! There wasn't a flat area large enough to open my carry on luggage fully. Except the bed. Kinda using that already. Also the type of room that shuts off when you leave so there's no AC to great you when you arrive. Though admittedly it doesn't take long in such a small place. Staff, service and cleaning were excellent.

Great value for money. Nice staff. Very convenient location and hotel. Very small rooms but making the most of the small space. No desk (just unaccessible counter) so needed to work on the bed. Staff could do a much better job cleaning and maintenance of rooms.

Staffs were friendly, polite & helpful. Room was good enough for a solo traveller! Room service was also good. It’s a guest friendly hotel . It’s worth staying here. Complementary breakfast was great! I There are many street food places near the hotel & it is close terminal 21,Em Quartier mall & bts station which makes it a convenient spot to stay. I would like to stay here again!

駅も近くバイタク乗り場も目の前に有り立地条件を考えるととても便利でした。部屋は少々劣化は有るが値段のわりに良かった。 24時間フロントにスタッフが居て、外にも24時間スタッフが居る為安心でした。スタッフの対応は申し分く良いです。個人的には洗濯機がホテル内にあればとても便利だと思いました。

フロントスタッフの対応が良くない。朝食コーナーのスタッフ、深夜のベルボーイの対応は良いが、フロントのスタッフの対応が非常に悪い。笑顔は無いし、夜間にフロントの男性スタッフに朝食時間を尋ねた際には笑顔が無いどころか目も合わせなかった。フロントスタッフの教育が必要。ロケーションは、駅から少し歩くが近くにコンビニもあり許容範囲。

Excellent location in a vibrant part of Bangkok just steps from shopping, restaurants, pubs, mass transit, and green spaces. Cozy but comfortable and well-designed rooms; think cruise ship cabin. Friendly staff. A continental style breakfast is included, run by a super sweet lady. Great value for money given the quality and location. I've stayed many times and will stay again.

We only stayed for a night, but it was quite clean and easy to find and access. Close to the subway/MRT. Staff were nice and friendly. Only thing was we had to ask for Wifi amenities but besides that, would come back next time!

女一人旅でバンコクでの常宿となりいろんなお部屋に宿泊しましたが、いつも寝るだけなので狭いけど十分満足です。今回初めてのことなのですがコンドームが置いてあり、ちょっとビックリそれが嫌でした。それ以外は清潔、綺麗でスタッフもフレンドリーで良いです。何と言ってもここの魅力は、簡単なモーニングがいただけることです。パンの種類は毎日少しずつ違って、ゆで卵、ウインナー、サラダが毎日食べれます。Coffeeも豆から挽いて淹れてくれてとても美味しいです。お安い宿泊料金なのに本当にありがたいです。他にこのようなところはないですね。

I always book this hotel at the beginning and the end of my vacations in Bangkok because I know I can count on their excellent service and reliability. Year after year it continues to exceed expectations. Admittedly, it is a small property with small rooms, but it offers everything I need including good quality toiletries, sparkling clean bathroom, good Wi-Fi, and a small but satisfying breakfast that leaves room for some street food later. In addition to the standard amenities the rooms have some nice extras like mood lights and automatic curtains. The location is also ideal with restaurants, street food, shops, bars and pubs, parks, grocery stores and big shopping centers all well within walking distance. Plus, because the hotel sits in the middle between higher and lower Sukhumvit next to the Phrom Phong BTS station, no place is too far away. But of course its greatest asset is the staff: always caring and attentive, they will never let you down. This place is a real life example of the phrase "good things come in small packages".

I stayed here for 2 weeks just getting to know the Sukhumvit area of Bangkok better. Staff were friendly and helpful 24/7. Bed and pillows (4) are extremely comfortable and linens always clean and fresh. Shower water was piping hot if desired, shampoo & shower gel provided. Motorbike taxis always waiting across the street, Asok and Prom Phong BTS Sky train stations are each an equal distance away. EMSPHERE mall is a 3 minute walk away, Terminal 21 a 10 minute walk. Plenty of good restaurants and bars nearby… my favorite being Indulge just past Soi 23. The best iced lattes are at Twin Made inside Terminal 21 or The Siam Tea Room inside the Marriott Marquis hotel on Soi 22, but you have to wait for them to open so grab a hot latte downstairs at the S-Box free continental breakfast starting at 6:30am.
