I like everything about this hotel, I chose it every year. The staff is sincerlely great, everyone of them. The rooftop pool is impressive, the view from the pol / deck is awesome. It's walkable to everything, Soi Cowboy, BTS (there subway), Terminal 21 (very nice mall) & of course the main street Sukhamvit. There are plenty of hotels to chose from, some with more glitter apeal, but I chose this because I always feel welcome, safe & I have a great experience. Mike S USA

Great stay, initially no hot water in the shower, once I informed the staff they immediately sent a person to fix it. Pool loungers were every time I went to the pool, limited seating area. Pool temp was cold both in the lap pool and I guess the lounge pool. Lots of restaurants around, 10 min walk to BTS or metro. Shuttle service to metro was not available most of the time, so I stopped asking and just walked to metro. Friendly staff. I enjoyed my stay, this is my 3rd time at this hotel!

Great stay, very quiet. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is great, centered right off main strip and Terminal 21 mall. You are only 30 minutes from the airport. The pool and laundry facilities were clean and relaxing.

5 days hotel 1. First day tell me swimming pool maintenance and shuttle to other hotel swimming around 5 minutes arrival 2. Send day need flumigation and kill insects service from 1 to 4 pm, can’t stay in hotel 3. Det första jag såg när jag öppna dörren var en kackerlacka i hallen. Badrummet var möglig. Det fanns hårstrån i badkaret och på sängkläderna. Rummet och sängkläderna kändes fuktiga. Däremot hjälpsam personal som uppgradera oss till en suite. Det rummet var fräschare, bättre AC och kändes inte lika fuktigt. Annars bra läge, nära till Metro samt tåg till flygplatsen.

I stayed here for 3 weeks over the Christmas and New year period, it was such an amazing time, the hotel staff were always very welcome when I was leaving for the day and coming back in, there was a good variety of food every morning for breakfast, everywhere was clean, I would definitely recommend this place to stay for a short or long time, I can't wait to come back and stay here again

This was the most disgusting hotel that I have ever stayed in. Since we arrived very late at night we had no choice but to stay until morning. In the morning I cancelled the next day reservation. Upon arrival we ordered an extra blanket and when delivered it had been stained very badly at some point with what appeared to be feces stains. Front desk was called again and the porter agreed it was disgusting. The furniture in the room had stains all over them as well and I have a picture, but they are not family friendly as the stains appear to be bodily fluids. The furniture we observed in the lobby also had these type of stains. I am appalled that Hotels.com would even list this place. I will be requesting a refund for the second day we did not stay at this location.

Stayed 2 weeks. Was upgraded to Admiral Suite. Close to commerce but far enough to be quiet. Kitchenette and washing machine very convenient. A very pleasant stay, even if the sofa was a bit small for my frame.

I really liked this hotel. You can take a shortcut in a small mall and get to the train faster, when you know where. Maintenance and reception employees were very kind. Relatively quiet street for downtown. Access to massage and restaurants very close. Also the mall is not far. Soi cowboy is not only strip clubs, also have a nice bar where we enjoyed to play pool. I realize that North Sukumvit is more quiet than south because south is stuck between 3 highways.

Clean good property. Easy to get around in that area. Hotel needs to get a chef that knows how to cook over-easy eggs. I had eggs there at breakfast each day and every day but the last the eggs were overcooked. It's not that hard to cook eggs.
