Arrived at the airport, had a little trouble finding the pickup counter. It's at level 2 between gate 3 and 4. I went outside but it's actually located inside the terminal. Many airport staff there to assist you. Tell them when is the grand BS shuttle arrival time, they would call and give you an estimate. Once the transfer arrive, one of the staffs will escort you to the shuttle. Would come stay again.

This was a good transit hotel not far from the airport. The shuttle leaves every 30 minutes which was great. The hotel seems to have been refurbished with a new look. The AC was cold, shower was hot, and the internet worked well. I'd stay there again if I'm just passing through Bangkok.

Property was dirty and old, not accurate on the Expedia listing. One pool was under construction and closed. Staff was not helpful, food prices were too high for product offered. Mo manager on site. Do yourself a favor and spend your hard earned money somewhere else. This was the worst property we stayed at during our 6 week trip.

It s ok for one overnight transit. Close to airport, basic, not expensive! Bit run down but clean. Service was good and pleasant at the front desk. Area ok . Only downfall they don t answer emails or answer the phone so impossible to organise shuttle from airport so just take a taxi , it s cheap anyway. Good shuttle though to go to airport.

Always a pleasure! Room was nice and pool area beautiful. Breakfast good, some options and worth of 150thb. Beds were quite poor in the room but we manage one night. Also noise from planes flying over was louder than expected. Otherwise clean and fresh room, good shower. Free shuttle to airport, and we could spent day at the pool before check in. 7eleven, foodmarkets, atms, massages very near. Recommended when looking for transfer hotel.

The hotel is ideal for people flying in or out of suvarnabhumi airport, also a place to enjoy a nice stay outside the main city, the hotel is up a quiet alley way. The rooms are clean and well laid out with a balcony. Breakfast is great and food in the restaurant is lovely. Very friendly and helpful staff. Free shuttle bus to and from the airport. Swimming pool is great for everyone, a lovely place to relax around the pool. I would stay here again and hopefully soon

Staff not helpful at check in. Free shuttle was a nightmare. We had to stand for an hour waiting for shuttle. Guy at airport for GBS was rude and wouldn’t give us any information if someone as coming or not. I had written hotel in morning with our arrival time.Really bad service.

Be careful of the photos that they show and for the pool view room the price you were actually quoted is for an adjacent building in an annex where no one is at the pool very limited pool furniture and there's no bars and restaurants open in this annex as his pictured in the ad If you ask to stay in the other building which was portrayed in the ad you'll be charged an additional 500 baht therefore the price of the room is on par with other more expensive hotels at their basic rate very nearby to me I saw this as a bait in switch and I'm in the process of disputing the charges as I showed up and this occurred The pool in the annex building next door was full of algae and green water and no one was in it

We had an unpleasant stay. There was no hot water so we had cold showers. The toilet was not cleaned with visible urine residue on the seat where it attaches. The bathroom smelt badly of stale urine. Food scraps and plates were left outside our door from previous guests from the time of check in until we left and because of the heat and humidity also smelt badly.

I enjoyed this airport hotel. It has a lovely breakfast buffet and extensive menu for lunch and dinner (it might be time to replace the actual menus though - they look a little worse for wear). My hotel room was clean, spacious, and had a nice deck overlooking the pool. I would have loved a nightstand, but no big deal. If I were to need an airport hotel again flying through Bangkok, I would book a room here again.

Die Lage ist sehr nah am Flughafen und war für eine Nacht ganz gut. Wenn man aber was von Bangkok sehen möchte ist die Fahrt schon bis rein in as lang. Zimmer waren groß wir hatten Familien Zimmer, aber die Betten waren sehr hart. Das Personal war unfreundlich und früher ein checken konnte man nicht, danach wurde auch nicht mal geguckt, ob die Zimmer fertig sind. Es gibt ja auch Leute die vor 12 Uhr das Hotel verlassen und da denke ich, dass das ein oder andere Zimmer auch schon fertig ist. So konnten wir dann erst später los in die Stadt fahren. In der Zeit konnte wir aber schon den Pool nutzen.

Hotel shuttle wa prima zowel van als naar de airport. Twee zwembaden zagen er goed uit. Een minpuntje was het onderlaken daar waren twee lichte vlekken in. Zijn er vanuit gegaan dat ze wel schoon waren. Op de kamer was geen wifi code vermeld en is ons ook niet gelukt in gebouw 4 Goed voor een nachtje.

Was given a terrible room right beside the elevator. The room is very small. The air conditioning is not sufficient to cool the room even though the room is small. It ran all night and I had to sleep with the blanket off me. Very noisy in the area and very difficult to sleep with all the noise outside, I did an overnight stay because I had an early flight in the morning but with a little sleep a hotel stay didn’t do much good. Breakfast not included. It seems like hotels always give Expedia a customers the worst rooms. This hotel certainly did.

Poor service and Personal. They woke us up 0.400 in the morning to ask when we will check out today. Staff can’t speak english and look like they hate there job and are very sleepy. Lots of noise here so you can’t sleep.

Very basic. Okay, for a one night stay before going to the airport but I wouldn't recommend otherwise. The saving grace was that the room was clean and staff very pleasant. Swimming pool was okay too. Very basic dining area and basic breakfast. Close to the road and airport so some noise. Nothing to do in the vacinity, other than visit a market and not a very salubrious area.

Positives: Comfy bed and duvet - Modern Room - Clean - Free Shuttle to/from Airport - Close to a small food market. Negatives: Not much soundproofing so we got woken up twice in the night by people in the hallways. We also could hear the neighbouring room very clearly (the room we were in had a door to the other room meaning it could have been converted into a family room). Breakfast also not great (sliced white bread, two fruits, salad bar and rice/noodles/daily main - no variety of bread / pastry’s / omelette station / pancakes etc). Sort of expected for a budget stay but there were also lots of ants which put us off eating !!!

1. Almost directly under the heavy jets landing at BKK definate noise. 2. Breakfast expensive by Thai standards and CRAP by any other standards. 3. When I asked about taxi to downtown the desk was quick to assist, but when I got a metered taxi back to hotel I discovered the hotel had charged Three Times the Rate. 4. They have no laundry services. 5. No security preventing a street person from accessing your room door. 6.Only 2 power outlets in the room if you want to use a computer on the balcony you will need a 5 meter cord. 7. No microwave. 8. No real security on sliding balcony door, latch would easily unlock from outside. 9. Inadaquate walkway lighting with many tripping hazards. 10. Location so remote from attractions any thoughts on savings on room is eaten by transportation. Nothing within walking distance, or hikeing distance for that matter.
