I spent 2 months in Bangkok, and came back to this hotel 3 times. Rooms are fantastic, huge, well stocked and decorated. City view is amazing. Housekeeping does a great job, and showed up promptly when I indicated I wanted my room made up. Bed linens were pristine. Towels slightly less so, but clean and changed daily. Front desk staff were polite and helpful -- as was everyone I interacted with every time. Breakfast buffet was generous and changes daily. Gym was large, clean, and had all the equipment I wanted. Pool is awkwardly located right next to the windows of restaurant area (don't swim during breakfast hours if you are self-conscious!), but is good sized and clean. The only real negative about this hotel is that it's not really close to anything, including transit. They are happy to call a cab when needed, though, and there are convenience stores, a cafe, and a laundromat within walking distance -- and it is convenient if you are being treated at one of the nearby hospitals. I will definitely stay here again on future visits to Bangkok!

Ett revligt hotel som ingår i Chatriumgruppen vilket betyder hög standard och mycket bra service. Vi bokade ett stort familjerum med två sovrum, kök och stort vardagsrum. Rummet var rent och i fint skick med bra sängar och daglig städning. Frukosten var bra med ett OK urval. Poolen på framsidan av hotellet var OK men inte uppvärmd och hade inte så mycket plats, men det var heller inte så många som utnyttjade den så vi hade den för oss själva. Solen kommer fram på eftermiddagen. Hotellet ligger på en lugn platrs och det är ca 1,2 km till närmaste tunnelbana att gå. Det finns en Seven11 utanför och några restauranger på en sidogata och inget speciellt att göra i närområdet.

Booked a room in this hotel for two weeks and at the first few hours is not a 4 star hotel. Good things about the hotel: the room and bed was clean and staff were friendly. Awful things: the re was an orange mold all over the bathroom. Been asked to be clean and they just wipe the mold with tissue! Been asked to shorten my stay and have an early check out but they refused to accepted! For my personal health and safety was out of choice to go to the 7leven and buy cleaning stuff and wash the bathroom to at least not getting sick during my stay!!!! The buffet was so small. The gym had a serious air conditioning issue and was a terrible smell inside. Hotel had an app that was promoting in the TVs home page. Installed the app, booked two massages and went to service desk to confirm. Also, booked two tours with the same App. At the day was expecting massage been told there is not such a massage service available and nor tour and need to go find myself outside of the hotel!! Don’t even install the App there is no service behind. In summary bed was clean and nothing more to mentioned. If you are looking for a motel and don’t care about the mold and bad smells consider Maitria.

Room was very pricey. I was charged 2 extra pax for my 2 children under 12 yrs old. Technician didnt fix our two TVs which was spoilt. We stayed for 2 nights and had to rely on our phone for entertainment. The dining area for breakfast was infested with mosquitos. Will not return here again.

Room is great, 2nd time we have stayed this year. Staff is great too from the front desk to the restaurant staff and bellhops. The area is heavily Chinese, almost entirely Chinese food being the option for restaurants close by. Its a negative for us because my wife is Thai and wants Thai food.

I cant exactly remember the name, but it was i think Marissa and Gina were really helpful especially Marissa or Miu? She was always there to help us. She was very kind and smart. There was one girl named Por (not sure how it spells). We checked in around 4am and all she did was to frown and roll her eyes as she said we cant check in yet. It was written in expedia that we can check in anytime and we even called a month before our stay to confirm that. We’re glad Gina was there to help us. My sister has a disability and it’s so hard to travel.

Peaceful and clean environment. Impressed with the friendly staffs in the reception & cafe. Special credits goes to the restaurant manager, Mr. Sompthon who was friendly and communicates with all the guests very well. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this hotel to others. No negative comments so far only that most of the taxi drivers are bot familiar with this hotel when we took a ride with them.

I stayed here for over 3 weeks whilst recovering from having an operation nearby. I absolutely recommend this hotel. The location was in a nicer,more quiet and greener area of Bangkok. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Special thanks to the lady on reception that helped me a lot and arranged to bring breakfast to my room, to the friendly guys working in the restaurant and to the manager who regularly made sure everything was okay. I will use this hotel next time I visit!

Maitria Hotel Rama 9 Bangkok provided very good accommodations, but the location was very inconvenient for my work schedule and meetings which were in the city center. Note that the hotel location is quite far from the main city area and you will often run into lots of traffic. Overall the staff was incredibly nice and very accommodating. The location around the hotel did not have much food option. I was disappointed in Expedia’s recommendation as this is my main choice when booking travel items. Nevertheless, thank you Maitria Hotel Rama 9 Bangkok for a great stay!

Ótima opção em Bangkok. Um detalhe a considerar na sua programação é de que não é possível caminhar pelo bairro. Pois o hotel fica em algo como um condomínio. Mas tem uma 7eleven na frente, um café, lavanderia.

This was a nice enough hotel. The staff was great and very friendly. The location was not convenient at all. Taxis barely came down the road and the main road was hard to get a taxi due to no where to turn off and pick up passengers. The distance to my desired destination was close, but there was no sidewalk to make it walkable. There were no restaurants or food carts anywhere in sight.

The location is great, and the bed is comfortable and well-designed. The room also has a pleasant fragrance. The staff is friendly, but the breakfast options are limited and not very impressive. Additionally, there were some minor issues during the check-in. A customer was yelling and disruptive at the front desk about parking, and another customer tried to cut my line, but the front desk staff didn’t seem to care about the guests standing in line.
