Very convenient around shopping area and close to BTS. Found the lighting in the hotel not bright enough although it feel warm with the dim lighting. Overall cleanliness, dining, staff service in the hotel was very good.

Staff very nice, friendly, helpful. Buffet breakfast was excellent! Like the nice swimming pool, nice gym, good spa and massage, nice comfortable bed, great shower, 1 min walk to the BTS metro, 1 stop on the train to Siam Paragon. Would stay here again!

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the past 10 years. I am never disappointed. The service you receive from arrival to check in on the club floor is exceptional. On this trip I inadvertently left two small plastic bags in the club room as I was checking out. I realized it when I got to the airport and called the hotel. As I was calling the hotel the club floor receptionist was emailing me to tell me they found the bags. I was so impressed by their level of service. Great hotel, great service and a place where I will always return to when traveling in Asia.

I always live in this hotel when I travel to Bangkok. It's location is perfect - access skywalk directly without having to walk on the street. The swimming pool on 23rd floor has beautiful views. Staffs are very friendly. The only issue is there was oddness in the corridor of level 10.

Upon checked in the counter staff is bit unfriendly. The house keeping to deliver the items upon request is slow & also forget to put towels after room cleaning. Rest of the time; the staffs are very approachable. The restaurants staffs for breakfasts are super helpful, friendly👍👍

I saw a big mouse outside the hotel which was quite frightening. I stayed in this hotel like 10 years ago and this time, it was as comfortable as before. However, my daughter got bug bites in the room.

Read good reviews about this hotel and it didn’t disappoint! The location is very convenient, just a few minutes besides the BTS station. Central World is around the corner! There’s a building besides to go for foot massage and mani/pedicure. The rooms were big and comfortable. We have 2 rooms for our family of four and the nice front desk manager upgraded us to higher floor with interconnecting rooms. The staff are all super nice and helpful! Breakfast spread was quite decent. We missed the Egg Benedict, especially my son who have it every day! If i have to nitpick something, it will be that the toilets blinds were not covering properly when drawn. So the privacy is slightly compromised. Overall super impressive! We will definitely be back!

Stayed here for 3D2N, overall impression was good. All the staff showed professionalism, they were very polite and helpful, with very good English speaking level. Room was spacious, but was a bit dated here and there. Location was excellent, just 5 mins walk from Chid Lom BTS station, the walk was fully covered. Also just within 10 mins walk from all of the famous shopping destinations like Gaysorn, Central World, Central Embassy, and a bit further down you can arrive at Siam. Overall good choice and good value for money.

The hotel staff, especially the staff at reception counter was very nice and helpful. She (sorry that I did not remember her name) gave me a cup of iced tea upon my arrival, which I needed most at that time because I was really thirsty after spending a lot of time in transportation. The hotel room was spacious. There was a BTS station within 10 minutes walking distance from the hotel which was very convenient.

We had an outstanding stay at this hotel! The room we stayed in had a double bed; it was clean and modern. The bathroom was upscale with a walk-in shower and bathtub. The breakfast buffet was unique for the class of hotel, offering juicing made to order from fruits you select. They also have a variety of pre-juiced fruit and dairy and non-dairy drinks in small glass carafes. They even have a dedicated vegetarian food section and a wonderful baked goods section where we enjoyed the pistachio cream-filled and topped croissant. We were cheerfully greeted by the hostess Beam, who helped us find our table and, as a nice gesture, prepared our coffee to order. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and we would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and exceptional stay!

Great location, but out of all the hotels I have stayed at in the past when I visited Bangkok, this one had the best service! The staff were extremely professional, and the navigators at the hotel assisted me in arranging two very timely airport transfers (Had a few options for vehicles and we selected the S Class which was very clean and clearly well-maintained). The hotel was a stone's throw away from Erawan Shrine and centralwOrld. Even though we called Grab for most of our outings, the Chit Lom BTS station was right outside the hotel. The room was very clean and the bed was amazing.

This is a great hotel in a great location for both business and. Pleasure Staff from the doorman to the Manager's go out of their way to make your stay memorable. I.ve stayed here many times and wouldn't stay anywhere else.

This hotel's saving grace were the housekeeping and breakfast staff. For a five star hotel, one would expect better services and warmer hospitality from the check in staff and concierge. We had to open the hotel doors on our own while struggling with our luggage, strangely, there weren't staff to assist us even though it wasn't a busy evening with guests arriving. Upon arriving in the late evening, the check in staff was reserved though polite. She wasn't forthcoming about providing information on the amenities but just handed a card with information pertaining to facilities. I even had to ask her where the lift lobby was, and she just pointed. I strongly believe that the concierge and check in staff are very important in creating a good impression of the establishment, hence if visitors were to stay in this hotel expecting 5 star treatment, they will be sorely disappointed.

This is on a very convenient location for public transport (BTS), near many malls and nice part of town. It is not near the main downtown attractions but a taxi would take you there in 20 minutes early in the morning. Easy to get to this hotel from the airport (~45 minutes). The pool at the top floor is nice but it can be chilling in the evening.

整體上酒店整潔、位置及前台員工都非常友善，工作效率高。不過早餐就好一般，冇野食，如果要加錢就可以唔需要考慮。但最差反而係housekeeping,話說我辦退房時，前台職員話我哋有用過minbar，要收錢，我哋話冇，我完全冇食或者飲過minbar所有野，我連免費水都冇飲，全程我哋都係自己買水或者飲品返酒店飲。話說我哋checkin第一日入到房我只見一筒薯片，但第二晚執完房我又見有兩筒薯片，我都不以為然。點知就俾人話我哋有食又有飲過汽水。我相信一定係個housekeeping 食完入我哋數。前台職員一直要我哋俾錢，我老公話可以俾，但一定會同head office 投訴，經理先話唔使我哋俾。所以奉勸大家住泰國酒店要小心啲，如果唔需要minbar 大可要求唔要，以免好似我哋咁口同鼻拗。
