This is a personal preference, but the hotel lacked atmosphere. The staff and the amenities were all excellent, but it was all just trying just a little too hard to be cool.

Overall a nice hotel. A few things that I dun like though. 1) The checkin process is way too inefficient. The entire process took more than 30min. 2) To get to the rooms, again you need to change lift. The wait time for the lift takes forever. 3) The tap at the sink needs some deep cleaning. There’s moulds surrounding the tap. 4) The hot water in both the shower n tub is not hot enough.

Love the room size and high ceilings. While the place looks good the bathroom is not functional. The sink is totally useless. Takes up so much space but the tap only reaches a tiny area and there is no space on vanity Would stay again but would check out the rooms first

We had a very pleasant stay and found the hotel to be clean and well maintained overall. One small area that could perhaps receive a little more attention is the pool area. In particular, the glass panels around the infinity pool were not quite as clean as we would have expected. This is a relatively minor point, but for a hotel of such a high standard and level of luxury, these small details can make a significant difference to the overall experience. We hope this can be improved, as the hotel has many qualities and deserves to be enjoyed at its very best.

Hotel is in the convenient location. Some parts of the hotel is quiet old and looks like it needed some renovation.
