The hotel is very new (opened in 2022), and the facilities in the room especially in the Bathroom are all nice and even better than some 5 stars. The dining room and the Cafe are superb for coffee lovers as they have their own coffee roaster, I like the policy that the food is available until 2PM for everyone who paid for breakfast Another exceptional policy is that the hotel allows flexible Check-in and out, Check-in can be any time from 6AM and the Check-out is just 24 hrs after, very good for my family. Car parking is also very convenient and the location is close to the beach However, these come at cost, as the price is close to 4 stars, but you will not regret for what you pay for.

Great place. A bit pricey for what it is, but very calm and relaxing in a city of relative chaos. They could do with more parasols around the pool and more storage in the rooms, but generally a lovely hotel to spend a few days in.

Thai ladyboys party on the beach directly in front on the hotel every night until sunrise so it gets loud. Hotel is new, clean and comfortable. All cement walls and finished cement flooring as well.

真新しいホテルできれい、おしゃれな内装旅行鞄を置くテーブルが金属板でおしゃれですがハードケースだとゴーンゴーンと鐘の音が響きます（笑）シャワー室とトイレの境目のドアが半分しか無く、トイレの床が濡れてしまう。その後トイレに入る場合はズボンを脱がないといけない（トイレ側に置く足ふきタオルは意味ないくらい濡れます）＊部屋に足ふきタオルを置くとトイレは水浸しになるのでトイレに置きましたが間違ってますか？夫婦2人での宿泊であったがハンドタオルが1枚しかない。フロントで頼んだがなぜかバスタオルが届けられた。トイレットペーパーは2名2泊では補充を頼まないといけない為予備を置いてほしい。部屋のカードキーを抜くとエアコンまで止まってしまうため部屋用のカードがあった方がよい６Ｆの宿泊だったが周りの騒音は全くない。プールの終了時間が早い総合的に見て部屋が綺麗で若い方にはピッタリでおすすめします。パタヤ全般に言えますが日本語は全く通じません。中国？韓国？の宿泊客が多かったように感じました。朝食は付けませんでしたが近くに食事ができるところが多くあるため安くしたいなら外食をおすすめします。看板は隣との境目の壁にあるだけでちょっとわかりにくいです。

I have heard many great reviews about the hotel so I really wanted to come and stay. Everything that’s being the hotel is so true from the first step I got into the hotel, warm hospitality of the staffs, the room is clean and tidy with all available amenities. I love how welcome drink is carefully served with a traditional Thai Jasmine flowers. The hotel is located just right next to everything yet the room was surprisingly quiet at all time so I got to do my work and some reading. Breakfast is a must , it served all day and can have anytime. Ala carte but unlimited, I had Salmon in wasabi sauce as well as traditional Thai porridge, they are delicious. The staffs were is polite. I had an aromatherapy massage at the hotel and I was really surprised on how knowledgeable Ms. Kwan, the massage therapist is. She can described my problematic area in my body and helped to relieve some pain which I found very different from other spa place. It’s also a very good price! All in all, I had dive a wonderful experience in this hotel.

평점이 9.2라서 예약을 했는데, 체크인때부터 짐챙기는 직원도 없고, 방은 바로 옆모텔과 마주보고있어 하루종일 암막커튼을 치고 지냈어요. 방청소도 바닥에 모래같은 것이 떨어져있는듯하고 청결이 의심스럽더군요. 최악은 fitness center인데, 고정사이클 1대, 런닝머신 1대. 그나마 오후 4시까지 먹을수있는 조식을 제공하는게 가장 큰장점입니다.

Overall it was a wonderful stay in Payaa Hotel. The room is big and very clean. The sink is in an awkward place right at the entrance of the room. There is no master light switch so i have to switch on/off the lights individually. I will gladly stay here again when i am in Pattaya.

Very nice hotel with friendly people. The room was cleaned every day. Breakfast served until 16:00 so there was no need to stress in the morning. This was perfect for my kind of vacation.

近くのクラブかバービアの音がうるさく朝の4時までずっと部屋まで騒音が入ってくる。またそのあとその店から帰ってきたであろう中国人が大きな声で騒ぎながらフロアをあるいてくるのでそれもまたうるさい。また、そもそもホテル自体が壁が薄いようで上か横の部屋のトイレの音やシャワーの音も大きく聞こえるし声も聞こえる。ドアの閉める音は部屋に響くくらいの大音量。これまで泊まったホテルで最も居心地が悪かった。

部屋にベランダも付いててホテルも新しく綺麗で清潔で居心地も最高なんですが…勿体無い！それは、朝食会場！会場はかなりオシャレな空間♪ まず、メニューから一人一つずつ選ぶ方式… ↑ここです！注文してから朝食が来るまで20分ほどかかり、私達の前に注文した方も時計を見ながら遅いなとソワソワしてました。やっと朝食が届き、とても美味しかったのですが量が多く残してしまいました。周りを見ても完食してる方居ませんでした。バイキング形式にしてみてはいかがでしょうか？食べ残しも減るのでSDGsですよ〜！
