Brand new hotel built in October 2022 and it showed! Everything was new and in good shape. Location was amazing as it was in central Pattaya, across from the mall that leads directly to the beach. All your bars, street food, clubs are within 10 minutes walk. Felt very safe with security at the gate, there was always a door man, people at the front desk, and you have to use your key to access your floor. Great rooftop pool and lounge. Except the pool bar is not yet open. Great gym with brand new equipment.

Central location. Minimal sea view. Noisy area. Pool looks anazing on pictures but is a nightmare. Very few sunbeds. All sumerged in water. Cannot store anything anywhere. Cannot eat on the sunbed! All dip in middle so very uncomfortable. Fabulous views but not relaxing. Loud noisy pool area. Moved hotels early. Wouldnt return.

I like most things about this property. The pool on the 20th floor had absolutely amazing views. The only draw back was the kids water play area is directly above the main pool sitting area and kids intentionally splash water in the fuests sitting in lounge chairs below. The hotel could easily fix this by filling in the gap at the bottom of the upper play area so water doesn't come down. Other than that the hotel, staff and location is excellent. I've already recommended it to two colleagues.

I was rather disappointed with our stay at Somerset. We expected a 5 star hotel as per their ratings but the stay was no where near a 5 star hotel stay. - Our rooms were not serviced even though we asked for it to be serviced daily. We would leave the room for our activities around 9ish/10am in the morning. Come back around 4pm and room wasn’t cleaned. We’d call down for the room to be cleaned and leave for a few hours and come back around 6pm and they were in the middle of it. - The towels provided were thin and the seams were ripping. I get they're trying to be eco friendly but seriously it just felt kind icky. Please get new towels for your guests and stop reusing these noticeably old towels - Our amenities in the bathrooms were not refilled. I.e. - cotton swabs, toothbrushes or laundry detergent. It was a good thing they clean so late - I would run out of the room and ask for the things I need each day. For the amount of money this place cost - which was more than what I paid for an actual 5 star resort in Bangkok. I truly expected a much more comfortable stay and exceptional service. I would say the service is average. The stay was meh. The location was fine. But I likely will venture to a different hotel if I find myself in pattaya again.

Absolutely great stay at Somerset. It was my second time and was just as pleased as the first time. Location is perfect for me as it’s centrally located and within walking distance to just about anything you want or need. Cleanliness was phenomenal and it’s quiet enough even though I was surrounded by venues playing music. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room was nice, comfortable and clean. The patio was small but had a great view and I enjoyed hanging out there to relax in the evening. The staff is all smiles and ready to help you with whatever you need. The washer/dryer was a bit confusing as it doesn’t dry all the way but I’m pretty sure thats normal for those washer/dryer all in one combos, just do really small loads and hang them when your done.

New, modern hotel located right across the street from the Central mall. Room was good sized, with a nice balcony from which the sea could be seen in the distance. All you need is within easy walking distance, including restaurants, massage parlors (of all types!), bars, shopping, etc. The beach is perhaps 8-9 minutes away on foot. The staff was very friendly and professional.

5泊しました。綺麗なホテルでしたがバスタブにお湯を入れてもゴム栓のサイズが合ってないからお湯が溜まらない。シャワー浴びていても数分でお湯が出ないからスタッフに連絡したら、貯水式だから仕方がないとの事。結果バスタブ付きがよくて選びましたが意味が無かったです。立地やスタッフさんは普通に良かったです。レストランは狭くて3つ星ホテルレベルでした。次に行く時に利用するかどうか迷います。ただ設備はこれから工事を行い改善されるとホテルスタッフから聞いたので頑張って欲しいです。

Great location just a five minute walk to the beach, the staff was very friendly and let me check in early as well. It’s a little on the pricey side but it’s worth it. I would like to reach out to one of the concierge staff named Peeya he is very knowledgeable and helpful for all your needs. They have an excellent and very friendly staff from the security guards, to the front desk. I recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here on my next trip.

Decided to check out one day early with more than 24 hours notice. Front desk manager on told me she changed the reservation allowing me to leave one night early without penalty. When Expedia contacted hotel next day, the hotel refused to acknowledge the change or my conversation with the front desk and disallowed the early check-out without penalty.

スタッフさんの教育が出来ていない典型的ホテルです。古いドライヤーを置いてあるにもかかわらず、チェックアウト時に壊しただろうと、まさかの疑いがかかり、フライト時間の為急いでいるのにもかかわらず部屋まで戻されて早朝から説明させられる始末。結局壊れておらず元の状態である事をわかったみたいで解放されました。まずドライヤーなんかどうしたら壊れるかを考えて欲しいです。客を疑うなら最初から古いドライヤーは置かないで欲しいです。とても気分が悪い体験でした。

It is a nice hotel the staff is great - It was very busy, and the elevators were slow which was different than some of my other visits. I chose to buy the breakfast buffet as part of my reservation, and I would not do that again. The breakfast buffet is not particularly good, not terrible but cold eggs, raw bacon, not a large selection of items just not something I would want to pay for again. The rooms are good size - the pool is small - they have a children's pool and a children's playroom - not of much interest to me but worth mentioning. No room service, at least not that I am aware of and I have been there many times.

The staff was friendly enough. The hotel is a good location but that is about it. The pool is basically unusable as it is so windy you and your things are blowm around. On the top floor there are only 4 seats that are taken all day. People had their stuff holding seats and wetr never using them and just had their stuff there and i checked for hours so I decided one day to do the same thing after days of not being able to use and they moved my stuff. The breakfast cost 900 Baht!!!! It was the most disgusting thing ever and i complained but they still made me freaking pay, i was so mad. I need a refund, what a joke. The breakfast is better at a 2 star Best Western hotel. What a rip off.

everything is great BUT i do not understand how a 4 star hotel doesn't even have a lounge let alone restaurant or room service. Im here working, i dont like to use delivery but had no choice. staff member blamed the owner which we all know cant be the case; Somerset sort it out, F&B matches the most limited of limited service and how do you keep yr 4 stars?
