Fantastisk hotell, med vannpark, godt utvalg med mat og drikke, glimrende service. Anbefales på det sterkeste. En opplevelse å ha vært på hotellet i 1 uke. Vi kommer tilbake.

Lovely resort! We were only here for a couple of nights however will say that the pool facilities are great! The lazy river was a nice addition for something else to do; the main pool temperature was amazing and there was a deeper section for jumping and diving if desired. We didn't find too much difficulty locating a spot along the pool. We ate at the restaurant next to the pool one day for lunch and it was delicious. The included breakfast buffet was great with MANY options. The room was nice although there wasn't really anywhere to put your clothes (no drawers). Our room overlooked the resort and beach area, we were also up higher which was great for watching the nightly lightening shows! The shower is small. We did go to the rum jungle bar one night, nothing was going on there, very quiet but it's on the roof top and great for lightening watching; but drinks are VERY expensive.

일부 수영장만 공사로 이용을 못하는 줄 알았는데 로비부터 통로 등 공사하는 부분이 꽤 되더라고요. 엘리베이터도 하나는 이용을 못하는데 2개 중 하나는 로비층으로 못 가고 엘리베이터가 바로 오는 시스템은 아닌 것 같아요. 메인풀만 이용가능하고 수영장의 2/3은 이용을 못합니다. 공사만 완료된다면 좋았을 것 같지만 이 금액으로 이 시설을 사용하는 것은 꽤 불만족스럽습니다. 직원들의 서비스는 만족스럽습니다.

プールやレストランが充実しているのでこちらのホテルを予約しました。しかし、エントランスから工事しており建物の大半がリニューアル工事中とチェックインの際に聞かされました。 プールは使用できるのは2箇所のみ。大人専用プール1ヶ所と子供も遊べるプール１つ。 レストランは1ヶ所のみ営業。 予約してからホテルに着くまでリニューアル工事の情報は一切無しで、とても驚きで残念でした。

Had I known that the property was under renovation and most pools were closed down and noisy from construction, I would not have booked… unfair not adequately disclosing.

入住前數天，我們才知道酒店在裝修，入口在裝修，水上樂園在裝修，四周都在裝修，日間四周都佈滿裝修噪音。想像不到我付了5星級酒店，但感受不了5星級的酒店。自助早餐選擇很少，完全不似預期。

Every time we go to Pattaya, we stay at this hotel. Each room has an ocean view. The hotel also has a waterpark with a lazy river, pools, and a children's playground. This hotel is perfect for family vacations.

Absolute waste of time and money. Never again. Can’t understand how on earth anyone can applaud this place. Stayed with wife and kids inlaws for a long weekend. Nowhere near a 5 star experience. The first rooms we received were filthy like a seedy roadside motel. Stains, dents, scratches and built up grime and filth everywhere. Both rooms also came with an abundance of spiderwebs. Quickly went down to drag someone to explain how this is even possible. They didn’t really say anything but fortunately bumped us up to club room which were OK but still not close 5 star quality. Fairly worn rooms (e.g. one of the light fixtures promptly fell down to the floor when we had settled in). The Oasis restaurant food was mediocre at best and the service was apathetic. Dirty chairs and worn out tables. Made the mistake of eating there once. The Ocean restaurant was a bit better but still nothing worth visiting. The waterpark seemed very nice but turns out it is also absolutely filthy. Came back with a stomach flu. Did some further investigating back home. Apparently getting sick at the hotel is not unheard of… Nothing to see or do in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. Seems the vast majority of the clientele represent a certain nationality. Na zdorovye.

Major constructions going on. Quite dirty everywhere and elevators and public areas were not well looked after. That said the room was great and service always welcoming and friendly

It’s a very nice hotel. Very Clean. and good service. My family and I enjoyed staying here!

Værelserne var beskidte, det ene værelsesdør kunne ikke låses. Hotellet var slidt. Mange af gæsterne blev indkvarteret i den ene blok. Der anden var under renovering. Det medførte en del pres på elevatorerne. Det var også en del byggestøj nede ved vandlandet. Det burde man have været indformeret om. Vandlandet og morgenmaden var god. Ok ferie

Meget lang checkin tid, hvilket er en dårlig start. Bemærk at hotellet opkræver minimum 4000 bht i sikkerhedsstillelse. Hotelværelset er lidt slidt. Der var problemer med det varme vand. Vandvarmer kalket til og lappet sammen med fugemasse. Brusekabinen var fyldt med sort skimmelsvamp som burde have været fjernet med rengøring. Værelsets eneste stol var skæv og vippede når man sad på den. Køleskabet dryppede vand. Morgenmaden var god og varieret. Poolområdet reguleret af alle mulige regler hvor der bla. gives bøde hvis gæsterne selv medbringer mad og drikke på 500 baht Stort set alt på hotellet koster ekstra og er meget dyrt. Bla. koster legeområdet 900 bht pr person og familierummet 1080 bht pr. person. Priser for mad og drikke er ligeledes skyhøje. 2 dage på dette hotel var rigeligt, da havde vi brug for at komme videre

The resort is really showing its age. Not maintained well at all. Bathroom within the room has mildew stains throughout. A hole in the wall where a phone once hung. TV with poor brightness, barely viewable. All facilities are super worn. Kids water play area has mildew/mold stains throughout. Paint worn off of most of the fixtures. The resort is under renovations so I hope next time will be a better experience if I choose to return. As far as the service, it was mixed at best. I would like to recognize Koong and Pon in the Kid’s Club for watching our son. They did an excellent job, our son had nothing but great things to say about them. I would like to also recognize Nancy in the Oasis restaurant. I am so grateful she was able to accommodate us when others we spoke to wouldn’t. My wife and I wanted to eat the buffet at Oasis that evening however our son wanted to have a cheeseburger which wasn’t on the menu at the buffet. We spoke to another person before Nancy which suggested we eat at another restaurant at the resort. Lastly, I would like to recognize the Spa team, my wife and I enjoyed their services. They are very skilled in their work. All in all, unfortunately I was quite disappointed with my stay here.

It is an amazing resort, everything is beautiful and clean, we enjoyed it except that the beach wasn’t great. First day it was dirty with lots of litter then they probably cleaned it but still the water felt weird as if something stings so we just used the pools

Very disappointed over all. The room furnitures and bedding are very old. Should not advertise as 5 stars Hotel.

The water park is good. The Adventure land is fantastic but the hotel is a bit old. There is no curtains around the bathroom & there's no water basin at the toilet...

Best family resort in Thailand but the property needs to be seriously updated. Our door locks and Air Conditioning weren't working and we needed technicians to come and fix them. Lots of touch up paint needed every where. Been to this property many times and it seems neglected by management compared to before.

大掛かりなリノベーション中と知っていて予約しましたが、工事が終わった部屋に泊めて頂きました。部屋は広く綺麗でした。スタッフの皆さんも優しく対応して下さり、安心感がありました。朝食会場のオアシスでは、各国料理が国旗で示されていて楽しめたし、味も美味しかったです。子ども用の施設が充実しており、ホテル内だけでも楽しめます。全ての改装が終わったら、また来たいと思います。

整體可以，但房內設施比較舊，門破了，防盜連沒有安裝，門銷不能反銷， 酒店晚上自助餐太少食物。

Every time we go to Pattaya, we stay at this hotel. Each room has an ocean view. The hotel also has a waterpark with a lazy river, pools, and a children's playground. This hotel is perfect for family vacations.

酒店房太殘舊

Very impressive architecture at first glance, opulent entrance, large, beautiful pool area and a selection of bars and restaurants. Very spacious room (we stayed in the family suite). This was clearly a very expensive concept and once was a five star hotel. However once you see past the initial wow factor you see that the complex and it's service is becoming a bit tired and in need of refurbishment. The room and furniture look tired. Wooden furnishings which need replacing, multiple handles broke off cabinets during our stay, the ceilings and general decor inside our room were tired and in need of redecorating. Water marks on ceilings, door handles missing or damaged, windows and metal work stained, paint peeling off metal work. General service was also disspointing, the standard of English was sometimes poor despite there being a lot of English families at the location during our stay. Service at the restaurants and bars was slow, painfully slow on some occasions. Housekeeping was disappointing, initially they made the bed and nothing else, no tidying or clearing up cups and plates, no wiping down of services, again not what you expect of a five star hotel but this was rectified when raised. Disappointed that so many activities requiring additional payment considering the expense of the stay (ie. Lost World, children's parties/activities). Zulu Family Lounge was a lovely touch however and offered a great range of snacks and drinks throughout the day with attentive staff.

Coming from the USA, this place was comfortable and we were able to settle in and adjust from our 12 hour time difference jet lag quite well, considering. We had a toddler and a baby with us and they have free cribs on request which was great. Even better, the crib was on wheels so we could easily move her around if needed/wanted. The toilet room is separate from the shower/sink area which is super nice. There are complimentary shampoo, body wash, etc. and you can request others like toothbrush, water, toilet paper, etc. through the QR code they provide (it was really easy). The staff always takes shoes off at the door (which we loved as a family who also doesn't wear shoes in the house). Someone heard it was our daughter's first birthday and delivered a birthday cake to our room which was so, so sweet and thoughtful and appreciated! What else? They have a shuttle service and car seats available upon request which we definitely wanted with two small kids. Fia, at the front desk area was very good with arranging tours for us. The restaurants were wonderful and staff at the Rum Jungle rooftop bar (we had dinner there one evening) even brought little toys over on a platter for our kids to play with so they would be occupied. Everyone was so sweet to our kids! They have high chairs available and a little kids buffet area with kid-friendly foods, Winnie the Pooh plastic plates/bowls/cups/forks/spoons. There was a play area for kids with lots of toys and activities. Anyway 10/10!

Excellent Family Resort with great staff and service especially housekeeping staff and in the Japanese restaurant

Extra cost in activities, poor service during check in, poor service in restaurant. Extra cost if you would like to carry your own food in common areas. Restaurant food taste is just average but over priced not to.mention they were slow and forgot order. The room suppose to be family room but have no table for dinning, no cluttering, it was just a double room rather than family room.

チェックインの際、この旅行は娘の誕生日旅行だと話しているとプールから戻った際部屋にケーキとろうそくが用意してありました。 素敵なサプライズに私も娘も感動でした。 プールは娘が楽しめる色々なプール（飛び込み、プールバー、スライダー、流れるプールなど）がありアクティビティーもたくさんあり時間が足りないくらいでした。 また部屋は全室オーシャンビューで部屋から見る夕日は最高に綺麗でした。 また泊まりたいと思います。

The waterpark, the rooms the service and the food is great. The only things that would make this hotel better is to avoid activating key cards every day and release deposit right away when checking out. Now the wait 2 weeks to release deposit and that will make a lot of problems if hotels should do this and you visit many hotels during your stay.

สำหรับ รร นี้ มากี่ครั้งก็ประทับใจเสมอ รร ตั้งอยู่หาดส่วนตัว อยากกินอะไรนอกจากอาหารใน รร แล้ว ก้ต้องขับรถออกไปหาอะไรกินเท่านั้นเลย ถ้าเดินออกไป จะไกลหน่อย ประมาณ โลกว่าๆ แต่มี top daily อยู่หน้า รร

到達後才發現賣點之一的嬉水區裝修中。 很失望。 周圍都是灰塵。 距離大商場 T21有點遠。 出入都call 車。行出大街亦很遠。房間環境不錯，早餐多款。 有兒童遊戲室。

One of the rare beachfront properties in North Pattaya wigh a very good beach quality. I am a beach lover, never use pool. Good location. Quiet, away but close to most busy parts ofthe Pattaya

如果你是帶小孩的旅客、小孩也愛玩水、完全不用考慮了 芭達雅大概最頂的就是這間了、除了晚餐自助餐不建議加價吃之外、其他都是頂尖的、泳池、沙灘、泳池餐廳也很好吃、還可以送餐到你的躺椅區

酒店的水上樂園很不錯，適合一家大小玩樂一整天。自助早餐很豐富，有專為小童而設的攤檔，讓小朋友自行取食物，很不錯的安排。另外，職員親切有禮，服務不錯。

조식은 한국인들 입맛에 맞는 종류가 적습니다. 객실은 만족하나 조식, 호텔 내 식당은 별로입니다. 다시 가라 하면 다시 생각해 볼 것 같습니다.

Superbe expérience. L’hotel est magnifique et la vue sur la plage tres jolie. Les chambres sont très agréables. Point négatif pour le petit dejeuner surpeuplé, avec souvent des plats vides dès 10h qui ne sont pas réaprovisionnés car le personnel est dépassé.
