Property is in a good location I felt. Its not right on the street which is nice so you don’t hear the noise and close to beach, restaurants and food market. However, one thing I noticed was there was never anyone at the pool area. There was a pool bar but never anyone at the pool to pick up area, and it was always dirty, with left food, towels and drinks, you literally had to track someone down just to get a drink or any kind of service. Service definitely lacking in that area. Breakfast could be a little better and not so centralized around Asian since there was a variety of different travels and not everyone is keen to traditional Asian breakfast. Overall, had a good stay.

Location is great. Easy to get to every where. Guest friendly. Fantastic pool and area. With great pool bar. Only let diwn property maintenance is poor and rooms in need of updating lots of broken cupboards and shower fittings.

This is the hotel I use every time I go to Thailand. Overall, I'm satisfied, but it was a shame that I cleaned my room for about two days on this trip. There was no smoking stand on the balcony, the shower gown disappeared after cleaning, and there were many strange foreign objects on the bed. Other than that, all the staff are friendly and very comfortable.

Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, comfortable bedding, good location and fair price were all very good. In particular, the staff at the desk and at the door, as well as the cleaning staff, were very friendly and made me feel good every day. The pool is not big, but the water quality is clean and there is a pool bar, which is nice.

The whole apartment experience was amazing. Staf would regularly clean room and bring water to your location. My higgest like overall would be the very soft bed they offer. Slept like a baby.

I stayed in room 2307 and what i didn't like was a rooster that was waking me up every morning at 5am. This was consistent throughout my stay. However, a friend staying in 2302 didn't face the same issue. Other than that, it was a solid stay .

Very very good bed in this hotel! That’s gotta be the highlight I have to say. I slept like a log, it was nice and soft and firm at the same time. The hotel staff are lovely and very helpful, the location is great and near the beach. The room is very big and spacious, nice design as well. Would come again!

I have stayed here quite a few times now and it has always been excellent. The staff are fantastic, friendly & very helpful. Surprised me on my birthday with a cake which was a lovely piece of customer service. I would highly recommend a stay here if you visit Pattaya. Top class. Looking forward to staying here again.

This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel. The first time I spoke with the hotel manager about the service from the restaurant as well as room service and he said he would put things in place so that the timing would be better and quicker, but that did not happen. I don’t feel it’s the staffs fault, they are just not trained well now I put the emphasis on the hotel manager. I would suggest that he be replaced.

Mini bar with essential need incase you don’t feel like walking few minutes to market next door although it’s doable . Staff are trained well on making you feel VIP. Rose one of the front desk personal is an awesome young lady helped me with all concern my concern was high floor and good view. HALAL food provided. Clean fresh bed sheets daily. Beyond wonderful..

I usually did not give negative comments on hotels in which i stayed unless my experience was really bad. I have to say, Altera's service was terrible. House cleaning was done very late every day. I once went to the hotel reception requesting immediate cleaning of my room (already 4 pm in the afternoon), and still i had to wait for another hour to get it done!! Always missing items like towels/toothbrush/toilet paper refill, and it took hours for them to bring them in. The air-con of my room was making teriible noise occasionally. Surely it requires maintanence. Water temp in the shower was fluctuating a lot. Water pressure was weak! Terrible experience with this hotel and I will surely not stay again in this one,

我們訂了兩間家庭房, 分別入住3 及 4樓, 寢室不是很大, 但很喜歡有個大廳及小型廚房設備, 3樓浴室冷熱水不穩定, 一時太熱一時太冷。 4樓淋浴室去水不順, 渗水嚴重。垃圾桶不夠大, 溶室用品入住第一天之後便沒有提供添加, 衛生紙也不夠用。幸好浴巾有更換。家庭成員多, 但房卡只有兩張出入很不方便。自助早餐食物款式太少, 沙拉水果區及糕餅區有很多小蚊子, 不太衛生。總括而言, 地點位置很好, 酒店員工也很有禮貌, 唯前枱員工不太熱情, 因為有家庭房所以會考慮再次入住。

The property itself is beautiful. The staff are wonderful and very friendly - always smiling, saying “hello” and welcoming. The breakfast was varied with some good choices everyday and the pool was fun to play in after a day of exploring. You can’t ask for a better hotel and staff while on vacation with your family. The big surprise of the trip was Pattaya itself. The beach is gross - garbage all over, boats docked everywhere - we didn’t dare go in the water. Very sad to see as it must have been amazing at one time. Then there is the sex tourism, alcohol and drugs… This blindsided us. The town is full of it. Do your research before travelling and understand what you’re coming to see/do. We spent most days outside of Pattaya at Koh Larn and the waterpark (both beautiful) or staying at the resort. The hotel and staff are great but the city isn’t what we though it would be for a family touring Thailand.

This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel. 큰 기대는 않고 방문했던 곳인데 시설도 깔끔하고 방도 널찍하고 에어컨도 각 방마다 설치되어 있어 정말 시원하게 1박 지내고 나왔습니다. 조식 포함이었는데 일반적인 빵과 시리얼, 소시지 등 외에도 쌀국수, 계란 섹션, 음료 등도 알차게 구비되어 있어 부모님께서 만족하셨습니다.

전반적으로 꽤 훌륭한 숙소입니다.. 위치도 괜찮고 주변 맛집도 있어 좋았고 또 편의점도 근처에 있어요 시간을 조금 내 수영장에서 여유 부리고 여가를 즐기는 것도 좋았어요 내부는 레지던스라 전자렌지, 커피포트, 인덕션도 있고 발코니에 빨래 널기 좋은 작은 공간도 있어 좋았어요.. 조식도 그 정도면 괜찮았고 직원들 모두 친절합니다..룸서비스 24시간 되니 시켜 먹기 편했어요..포항 저희 직원 워크샵으로 좋았습니다

Very nice and accommodating staff, kind and courteous they spoke and understood English very well Very nice room they provided an extra bed for our son (4yo) Staff even offered to get us some change to pay our taxi driver Rooms were very quiet and clean Breakfast was very enjoyable eggs to order and very tasty, there was a vast choose of many different food cultures I defo recommend
