It was easily accessible off the Highway, but outside of Jackson, so avoided some of the heavy traffic. Hotel was great! Loved the fire pit!!

What can I say this place is phenomenal!! Bar food is super cheap and good! Free laundry room was so impressive! Breakfast area is very nice! Parking and convenience is impeccable!

I loved that this hotel offered a free shuttle to the airport with kind drivers. The hotel itself was clean. Most of the staff were kind. The hotel is near many dining options and a shopping area. The theater next door is a really cool thing to have so close by. The rooms were basically nice and had a microwave and a refrigerator. My view was of the pool, and the movie theater building and parking lot. I wish that the hotel offered a continental breakfast or a full breakfast. This hotel is very clost to the freeway and a guest can get to Jackson within about 11 to 12 minutes!

rude /missing staff; poor access to coffee; left before they were willing to put it out and refused to give us any extra for room......no hot tub!!! pool full of noisy kids well after dark; tv worked off and on but frustrating

Nice hotel. Great value for the buck. Though, I was disappointed, as the website states they have a hot tub. NOPE! That was one of the reasons I decided to stay there. Very disappointed. The restaurant cafe provide great food. Great location. 5 restaurants within walking distance.

The hotel lobby was clean and the guest services reps were very nice. The room was spacious and smelled good upon entering. We arrived very late and I didn't notice the toilet was filthy on the inside until the next morning. I only stayed the one night so I didn't complain to the front desk. Other than the dirty toilet it was an enjoyable stay.

Came in town for a concert and Brandon Ampitheatre. The hotel is only a 10 minute drive from the venue. Several restaurants nearby. Hotel was very clean and the staff were all friendly. Definitely would stay here again if I’m in the area.

The bathroom in room 104 had a handicap shower. The water flowed from the shower floor down into a drain in the bathroom floor. Water had to be dried up with towels. The carpet on the floor next to the wall on the right was wet I’m assuming due to a leak in the shower floor. The front side of the bathroom counter fell off onto the floor and scared us to death. If all these things hadn’t happened our stay would have been perfect.

The stay was overall good-would return. First room was close to street and the road noise was loud. We asked to move, and that room was away from road and quiet. Clean room overall and bathrooms. Food was good in Bistro- you pay extra for it, but it had a decent selection. I would stay again if traveling in that area.

The walls are really thin. We could here peoples conversation, kids running around and laughing in there room almost as if they were in the same room. The hot water really wasn't that hot. The bath mat looked really old. The hotel should spen a few extra bucks to get a new bath mat.

THE REFRIGERATOR DIDN'T WORK AND WE THOUGHT THE ROOM WAS GOING TO BE A LITTLE BIGGER, AND THE SOFA SLEEPER WAS VERY SMALL TO BE ABLE TO SLEEP 2 PEOPLE.

The lady who checked me in acted like I was bothering her by checking in. She had a complete attitude. The evening front desk lady was a lot nicer. She patiently helped me through the issues I had in my room and had a great customer service demeanor. Issues in my room: hard to change the A/C temp by the buttons on the room’s thermostat and the tv channels were not initially working until the hospitality manager worked on it.

Overall this hotel is fine. Clean, comfortable, seemed to be well maintained. Our poor review relates to the lack of response we received on locating items we accidentally left in our room. Specifically 6 items of hanging clothes (valued at $400 to $500) that we mistakenly left in the closet when we departed. We called the hotel as soon as we discovered our mistake...5 hours later when we reached our next hotel in Florida. The front desk checked the room and lost and found and said they weren't there. Subsequently over the next 5 days we called repeatedly asking to get some help from the hotel manager. The manager said they would check into it and would get back in touch with us. They never did despite us calling each day asking for assistance. Their voicemail was full and so we couldn't leave a message that way. Very poor customer service in my humble opinion and it doesn't reflect very well on the Marriott or Courtyard brand. I've accidentally left things in a hotel room before and have always been able to retrieve them. We for sure will not be staying at the Courtyard by Marriott Jackson Airport/Pearl on any future trips to Jackson. This whole experience has been quite a bummer.

The motel itself was great. The attitude at the front desk needed help. She did not want to do anything more needed. Card key did not work and I had to go to front desk three times and she finally admitted that sometimes the cards wear out. When she finally gave me a new one, it worked. But I have a bad leg and had to walk the length of the motel 3x to and fro.

As we were waiting to check in, the general manage was leaving for the evening. He glanced at us and immediately offered to check us into the hotel. In a Friday afternoon at 5 pm, Mr. Gibson chose to model superior customer service in lieu of beginning his weekend. Kudos!

I liked the location of this hotel. It was easy to access dining options and also some shopping areas. I loved that there was a movie theater within walking distance. I appreciated that it was a hop-skip-and a jump from the freeway entrance and that I could get to jackson within 11 minutes! I also did appreciate that there was a food place there to eat if I wanted to. The food service gentleman was very personable and helpful. I didn\'t like that when booking through a third party, (Expedia) that the hotel could not change details because of that third party booking. I did not like that some of the staff was personable and one staff person was very stand-offish and seemed cold and uncaring. When I was about to leave, this employee could have said anything to say that the company appreciated my business. Even if she did not care, the company got 4 nights from my fiancial pockets. There was no, "Thanks for staying with the Courtyard by the Marriott, I hope you enjoyed your stay! Also, do come again when you visit Mississippi in the future!" NOPE... it was barely a "bye." Maybe she took a dislike to me... who knows? I believe I was gracious as I could be. Yes, I did need to book a shuttle service a couple of times and ask that the room we were transfered to after our first night due to a double booking of the room, had a toilet that was not stable so I did have to ask that it be cemented to the floor better. But anyway, the other employees were pretty cool.

I paid for drinks at bar with CC, then later ordered "tochos" and placed on room charge. Realized the amount was too much.. 37.00, went back to bar where I found out they charged for drinks also.. which had already been paid for. Could not credit because they did not know how. When I checked CC online... I was charged 40... not 37. Why? They said computer rounds up??? The next morning when a manager came in and we talked... she opened receipts from night before and room charge receipt was not there... why?? Another person who was contacted by the bar employee came in and issued credit. Why rounded up and why was receipt missing? The room, check in, and everything else was on point.

This property was quiet. It was very clean. The staff was amazing. They offer food and drinks at extravagant prices. And, although there were posted times to order food and drinks, there was no consistency. Looks recently remodeled with the exception of the carpet. The carpet is very worn out, old and dirty. That was the only major problem I had with this property.

We stopped here on the way to the beach and it was very nice. The little restaurant off the lobby also had really good food. There are also nice restaurants close by.
