La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Jackson Airport - Pearl

We had a short stay because we were catching an early flight out. The only problem was that the airport shuttle only runs 7am to 9pm. I ended up having to get an Uber for our early flight.

For a quick overnight before an early flight, this was a serviceable hotel. Main things that reduced my rating: -Weird smell in the hallways and room -Bathroom in need of repair/refreshing. Very worn. -Fitness room was dingy, small, and very limited -Floor above my room squeaked incredibly loudly when the person moved

Stayed here because it was the only one I could find withan airport shuttle on Saturday afternoon. Shuttle driver was pleasant and went above and beyond. Unfortunately the shuttle starts at 9 am on Sundays and it was $35 for a Lyft ride back to the airport. I thought this hotel was a little high at $116 but I was stranded due to weather. I missed the breakfast because I had to leave too early. Coffee in room was decent. Staff were very helpful.

Room was comfy. The pool was lovely, although the tiles around it got too hot to walk on. Anyone hurrying to get out and to their stuff might slip and fall. Breakfast was great.

I needed shuttle service for a 7 am flight. The shuttle didn't start until 7. I would've stayed elsewhere if I'd known.

Room and hotel were clean and very nice. My one complaint is that the hotel shuttle doesn't start until 7 AM -- way too late for early morning flights, which was the point of staying at an airport hotel. Should have confirmed before I booked, but wouldn't stay again for that reason.

I was a very late arrival and the staff was efficient and friendly. They arranged a shuttle to the airport the following morning. The drive to the airport was cheerful and friendly. I will use this hotel in the future.

We gad a great stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean, pool is small though well managed. Great staff. We had two families with small kids and the experience was great. Will highly recommend.

I had a disappointing experience at the La Quinta in Pearl, MS! I won’t hold you - don’t stay here if you have pets! Despite this being my fourth stay at a La Quinta, this time I encountered a severe issue. The room we were assigned was infested with fleas. Within hours, my dog began scratching uncontrollably, and I found fleas on his belly. When I reported the problem to the front desk, I was told that the hotel was fully booked the last few night and had not received similar complaints. They were unable to offer us a different room. Feeling unsafe, I had no choice but to leave at midnight and drive six hours back home. Though the hotel has since acknowledged the flea problem, they have refused to issue a full refund. I’ve already spent over $100 on flea prevention and removal products. It’s clear that this hotel is not adhering to proper cleaning practices, especially for pet-friendly rooms. I strongly advise against staying here with a pet; the hotel’s lack of concern and inadequate response to the issue was very disappointing.

Things were all around dirty. Floors in the room were sticky and dirty, I made the mistake of walking without shoes once. My feet were gross.

It was late when we arrived, we were tired, and my husband had turned off the light before he turned down his side of the bedspread. When we got up this morning, we discovered that there was blood on the fitted sheet on my husband's side of the bed. Whoever made that bed could NOT have not seen that blood and should be fired. NEVER again will we stay at a Laquinta.

The staff was helpful property was ok , after long flight and delays I get to the hotel and there is blood on the bedding more than one place .. I asked for a different room there was none available so I ended up changing my own linen and I was given a discount of $30

The first guy I talked to on the phone about a shuttle was pretty rude. When I got there and checked into my room it was filthy and roach infested. I was absolutely appalled considering how high the ratings were. The linen was dirty the walls were covered in gunk. Just not clean at all. I really appreciated the kindness of the night manager Glenda she was very kind and helpful with the situation all things considered.

Room smelled of moth balls. Lamps were rusted. One lamp had no working bulb. Lots of nasty mold in bath tub.

This property seems to be run down. The room smelled damp, the carpet even felt damp, the bedding had stains, the towels had hair in them, and the bathroom had mold in the corner of the ceiling.

Nice people, but dirty washcloths really gross left in our bathroom and the floors were very dirty

They have some of the best customer service ever. They were extremely attentive to our needs. The room and hotel was extremely clean

Street noise was very loud and a/c didn't work well. Furniture was old and in terrible condition.

The bed was very comfortable and plenty of space in the room. However at 4:30am the people above us were up and I could hear every single step they took and it sounded like they were jumping on the bed. Wish the room had been more sound proof.

Kind of outdated though it looks like recently painted. A lousy painting job though. Many chips off or dents on furnitures or bath facilities. AC's cover is broken and and the AC does not work all the time when needed. I kind of regret. i should have chosen another 2.5 or 3-star hotel which costs only 15$ including taxes but i know the quality is more consistent.

The stay was okay for the price. My family of 3 stayed overnight for one night. It wasn’t the best, but if you’re only looking to be in and out then you may be able to look past the shortcomings. The property is definitely outdated — carpet, elevator, room amenities, etc. The cable is basic, and there’s not much in way of channel options. I think the least favorite thing about my stay was the level of cleanliness (or lack thereof). We could see things that were visibly unclean as soon as we arrived. We took several pictures of dirty walls, furniture, curtains, etc. The pull out sofa bed was literally mildewed and molded, as well as the curtains and a/c unit. The couch cushions were stained, as were several walls. The only redeeming comfort was that there weren’t any bed bugs that we identified. The bathroom also seemed better cleaned than the sleeping quarters, at least. However, we definitely had to give most of the things in the room a good, thorough disinfecting. The positive things I can say are that the property is very conveniently located, and that our floor was quiet (save for one guests dog we could hear barking occasionally). All in all, it was about a 2/5 for me. There definitely need to be serious improvements in cleanliness. I probably would not stay here again unless I had to, and I would not stay longer than one night.

Breakfast was great. Room needs updating. Lots of rust on metal services. Staff super nice.

Excellent, guiet, great comfortable bed, fantastic breakfast, fair price, and staff ready to help. Suzi is a real keeper, looking for ways to help and friendly to all.

Staff unfriendly during check in

The staff here is beyond amazing !! They called to verify my reservation and were able to easily address any questions I had. We were warmly greeted on arrival and they quickly finished our check in and issuing keys. And once we were settled in our room, they even called the room to ensure we were happy with the room and to be he know we needed anything! The staff definitely makes this a wonderful place to stay!!

Well its nice. Staff is friendly. Housekeeping is top notch. Trust me, thus is top tier for a working man. The staff, they made me smile.

It was great staff friendly beds comfty.only thing was something rusty like but it was 80 in Feb so didnt anything.

The rooms were clean, they had an elevator for my father. When I left my pillow and realized it a couple of hours later, they offered to send it to me at my destination. We had trouble getting it picked up, but the staff was very good at providing me with updates on the status. I am grateful to them for there hospitality

The night person was less than inviting. Nothing unprofessional, but just not inviting. Rooms where clean and comfortable, breakfast was great. Morning staff was great.

The property is nice . I don’t like the hotel front clerk. Bald head guy with glasses . Very rude & Inconsideratez very unprofessional as well . He is the reason my whole stay is bad ! Find new employees

Got to the property to check in for my stay after I had pre booked on line and chose to pay at property only to find out they cancelled my room and said my card declined! Said they tried to call me and had NO missed calls. They left me and my children with no where to stay. Had to travel around Jackson to find somewhere else to stay and paid with the SAME card they said declined! Extremely rude staff that I spoke with at the front desk. Ultimately they cancelled my room because they wanted to and gave it to someone else!! Will never recommend this hotel!!

Jesse was very friendly and made the check-in process quick and easy and provided useful information on location of services. Kim was also very helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Looking forward to my next stay at La Quinta.

easy access from interstate when traveling

The location was excellent for easy access to I 20. The place was clean and friendly. My small dog was happy with the surroundings as well. It was a pleasant stay.

We rented several rooms here for our family coming down for mom’s funeral! Nobody had any complaints. Our next stay was here without question. The only issue was the breakfast. There was the normal things except for no scrambled eggs to go with them and the biscuits were cold and hard.

Breakfast quite unacceptable, cold eggs, waited long time for coffee, limited choice, no jam. Whole place needs upgrading, poor water pressure in shower, noisy with dogs barking late in night into morning hours.

The only problem I had was they ran out of coffee, breakfast eggs were cold etc. The room and check in/check out was great. Coffee is a big deal to me though. They should keep a steady supply of coffee between 7-11.

The breakfast had no scrambled eggs that would normally be on the choices of items to eat. There was a strong smell in the halls that reminded me of cleaners used in nursing homes. The staff was great. Checked on us to make sure all of our needs were met. Booked several rooms just a few weeks back for family coming to funeral of my mom. Booked 7 rooms and nobody had any complaints!

It was one night stay for Soccer Allstar game. The person at check in was ok - man of few words. The lady in the morning was great! Room clean bathroom could have been cleaner. Older hotel but freshened up a bit. Breakfast was good and good variety.

Good dog walking area. Breakfast left something to be desired - eggs were dry, no refills for bacon when only scraps were left, hot water for tea wasn’t labeled so you didn’t know it was there, and there was no salt and pepper.

This place is convenient and clean. It has a large breakfast buffet. Expedia did not say it had a pet fee which is a big negative for Expedia.

We love staying here on our way to and from Florida. It’s works well with our small dogs. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. That’s the good. The bad is the breakfast gravy cold and water like. Cold biscuits not fresh. Cold eggs. Looks like complete lazy behavior.
