Quality Inn & Suites Pearl-Jackson

The pool was in horrible condition. There was no ice or vending on any of the floors. We had to go all the way to the first floor for ice. All of the vending machines were empty, the front desk had a few items but not a lot to choose from.

Elevator not working sheets not clean not please at all .

Comfortable rooms. Good breakfast options here. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. There was a tiny fitness center as well.

The front desk personnel were not very friendly. We encountered 2 different males and neither of them were. The room was was filled with dust and was over-all not clean. Limited options for breakfast for someone who doesn't eat eggs or pork products, so for me breakfast was just carbs which is not good. Why advertise a gym when the 2 machines neither of them work?

Tread mill did not work. Same for Stationary bike. Hot breakfast was good. Easy to get on & off road to interstate.

The pool was totally empty and not usable. The room we had was on the 1st floor right next to the ice machine and the door had a large gap where it should be closed. Not only could you see straight into the room through the gap going up the latch side, but all the noise of the hall way and the ice machine easily entered. The air conditioner has mold and smelled musty. There was evidence of water leaks and patch jobs all through the room, around windows, in the bathroom, etc. The chair had stains, the desk had grease, just all around not what you would expect. The bed at least was clean as far as we could tell. There was toothpaste splatter all over the backsplash under the mirror. For breakfast, they ran out of waffle mix and syrup, they did replace it when we asked but the orange juice tasted sour. Other guests were heard stating the hall stunk like someone was smoking although there is no smoking. We were watching the morning news and the lady straight up turned off the TV and just said sorry, it's 9 am and breakfast was over. She could have easily left the TV on for a couple of minutes so we could at least hear the end of the news story. The parking lot was small and sort of sketchy as far as feeling secure at night leaving your car there. They do have cameras and lights, but it's not fully fenced in and some spots cameras may not catch. All and all, not what you would expect for close to $100 a night.

Pool was not open the first day. They don’t give points on choice card for a third party reservation, I don’t like that.

The parking lot was horrible. Pot holes everywhere. Limited parking spaces. The upper shower area had human hair, and orange stains.

The elevator wasn’t working. We had to carry luggage upstairs. Not Happy!

Our room was on the bottom floor and whoever was above was extremely loud the entire night. Hardly any sleep. The room it self was spacious not the cleanest and the ceiling needs to be repainted. One reason we picked this hotel was for the pool but the pool does not work.

Hello - we didn’t stay. We left at 10:00p when we found cockroaches in the room crawling all over the nightstand. We had booked the room for a place to sleep after attending an event. When we saw the roaches we immediately went to the desk staff and told him we needed a refund and to leave, he said he would approve a refund if we went through the booking site. So disappointed & we had nowhere safe to stay to sleep and ended up having to drive 6+ hours home because our money was spent at this quality inn. We need a refund.

The reception staff were excellent, very helpful and courteous. The room was spotlessly clean and well maintained with a very comfy bed and drink making facilities were provided. The bathroom and furnishings were very good. The free Continental Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. If you were looking just for a reasonably priced room for a couple of nights, then this accommodation would definitely be worth considering.

Room was filthy. Not just that they don’t clean, but stains everywhere. I started itching the minute I walked into the room. Blood stain on the mattress. Chair in the room had too many stains to count.

It was okay until I felt something on my leg while I was laying on the bed. I managed to grasp it between my fingers and put it in the bathroom sink to take a photo and zoom in. It was a bed bug. I immediately called the front desk and checked out.

The room was very clean, the breakfast bar was very well stocked and clean.

Checked in and immediately found a bed bug in the bathroom floor. Immediately checked out. The front desk manager argued with me that it’s “impossible to have bed bigs in the bathroom”. I made them come to the room and take a picture. Do NOT stay here unless you want to take bed bugs with you!!

The room was extremely dirty. There were hairs in the restroom, mold on the curtains, and black residue all over the seat. The walls were covered in marks and looked very neglected. The towels were stained, and overall the room felt unclean and poorly maintained. The person at check-in was unhelpful, and the parking area felt very sketchy. We will never stay there again.

We arrived late and night and the room had an horrible mildew smell. We were tired so we went straight to bed and decided to worry with it in the morning. It was hot all night because the air was not working well, and when we got up to make coffee in the morning the carpeted area was soaking wet near the couch, coffee pot and AC. Guess a leaky AC was the source of the air issue, wet carpet and mildew smell. Overall is was terrible. The staff were very friendly but didn’t seem too concerned with our experience. We checked out early and got another hotel down the street.

The rooms were incredibly dirty and they had mold on the curtains on the air conditioning unit which I could not use because of that there was stains all over the chairs inside the rooms. The bathrooms were dirty there was like you know parts of the wall missing on one of the bathrooms and when I turned on the water to try to take a shower it just filled up over and over it was it was deplorable.I had to ask three different times for a new room and finally I said give me the first room you showed me because it's the least worst room you have. It was late I traveled all and I needed to rest.

Comfy mattress and pillow. Clean. Friendly staff. Great price. Continental breakfast was better than most. Definitely would return.

What I didn't like, it was supposed to be smoke free environment,but every time I can back to tge hotel my bathroom smelled like smoke. Yet, I loved house keeping was impeccably.

Property was tired. Toilet bowl not fixed to the floor properly, shower head was loose, front faux granite panel on vanity was cracked, loose and barely attached

The staff was nice. The cleaning lady was helpful, whereas the guy at the counter was not. There’s huge potholes in the parking lot. The door to our room has a gap along the side that you can see light through. The door is very hard to open. The chrome bathroom pieces need to be replaced as they have rust on them. There is caulk that goes out onto the bath spout about an inch. The paint on the door is chipped. The bathroom grout is dirty. The room smells horrible. The positive is the beds were comfortable.

The room is worn out and the bathroom door is not closing, keep opening.

We ordered a King non-smoking room. Arrived later in the evening. The staff is nice. The 1st room they gave was very smokey/weed smelling and the door security flap was broken. Went down to request a new room, the staff was accommodating and I was given a new room. This room was clean and didn't smell like smoke/weed, but man it was loud. Doors slamming shut, and highway noise all night/early morning. I left with minimal sleep. Don't think I'd stay at this location again.

The beds were very comfortable. The grout in the bathroom and entrance was GROSS! In need of a major cleaning. The room also had a weird smell when we walked in. AC unit was quite.

The room walls are paper thin. I had 2 room. One for me and my fiancee and one for my mother in law. We had driven over 10 hours and was very tired. Our rooms were on the 2nd floor. Our room was at one end of the hallway and hers was at the other end. I booked them together but we were separated. We heard bumping in the hallway and above us after midnight. I thought it was just us, but my mother in law heard the same. I let the lady at the desk know and she just said that it was the workers. I feel like that is inconsiderate to us and the other guests. It is a hotel. We lost 2 nights of sleep because it happened on the second night as well.

Super close to the Brandon Amphitheater & we were headed there for a concert. There were 2 negatives… the walls are thin andyou could hear EVERYTHING! Also, the blackout curtains in the room did not close so there was no keeping the morning light out.

Seems like a nice value property but the woman doing the check-in assigned the same room to me and the person who checked in right before me. Caused a small headache.

They wouldn't let me check in. They said they had no record of my reservation. I should them my confirming email, they said: "Sorry". This, after a 10 hour drive. Thanks Expedia!

When I arrived there was no employee at reception, I believe he was sleeping and I had to contact the company to call the guy to come and open the door for me. He came with a bad face, was rude and responded rudely, which I didn't like.

I continue to stay at this property because of Cedric. He’s the manager, I think. He aways makes sure I have what I need.

The desk clerk was very personable and was willing to answer all of our questions.

Close to home, cleanliness, staff, breakfast the fact that you can pay when you get on property. Super Clean and not far from shopping malls.

After driving all day we arrived at 5:15 pm to be told that the hotel was fully booked and we didnt have a room available. The front desk employee had absolutely zero concern or care that we were now going to have to find last minute accommodations. They took zero responsibility acting as though over bookings just fall out of the sky and its something that we just have to "deal with". When in reality they rolled the dice and double sold the room, probably at a significant markup, hoping that the person wouldnt show and they would just get to make more money. Sense it was so close to the checkin time i was also unable to get a refund from Hotels.com so he is supposed to issue a refund which hasnt happened yet. When i asked to speak with a manager he told me i booked with Hotels.com so i need to talk to them. This hotel needs to learn the term "reservation" and "accountability" and i strongly suggest that Hotels.com not do business with them going forward forward due to the lack of integrity and concern they show your customers. We were able to book another hotel that was more expensive and further away from the venue where we were attending an event this lead significant increase in the amount of money we had to spend on rideshare apps to get to and from our event. We travel a lot. You can look at my records to confirm. We love your service but i would ask that you step in and help make this situation right because the owners of this hotel refuse to do so.

Went to check in and the clerk stayed on his personal phone the entire check in process, I think the only time he actually talked to me was to say room 201..other then that he stayed on his personal call. The room had a broken counter in the bathroom, the entire room smelled sour, and the sound of foot traffic through out the hotel went on through the entire night..as far as the sound I understand not much the management could do but would be nice if they at least reminded quests in the late hours to lower tones. Really only needed the room to sleep but that seemed impossible due to the noise. Won’t stay here again and will just fork out the money for a better option.

The gentleman that checked us in was amazing. Very friendly and helpful and had us checked in very quickly. Loved him!!

Drove from TX to MS to take care of some personal business. Stopped in Pearl on the way out to spend the night. This was a quick turnaround and I was exhausted. Cedric at the front desk was extremely accommodating, professional and friendly at the same time. Rooms were clean as well as the property. Excellent breakfast the next morning and it was free. This will be my stopping point whenever I’m traveling through. Great service all the way around and it began when I walked through the front door, thanks to Cedric.

Right off the highway. Close to restaurants. Just driving through so it was fine

Quiet place, easy parking. Had to drive for food. Usual breakfast, good but not special. Got of TV and WiFi. Would stay again as price was very reasonable.

The hotel is clean, inside and out and seemed to be recently renovated by the looks of the flooring and paint on the walls. The breakfast area was kept clean and the options were plenteous with either hot or cold choices. The bed was comfortable and the hotel is easily accessed from the freeway, and close to the airport. Room 101 is very noisy with some sort of noise every 15 minutes but the other room we stayed in was quiet, even being on the freeway side of the hotel. We did not use the pool or the internet, so not sure of their quality. The mini fridge in the rooms was much larger than in most other chains - even had a separate freezer section which would hold at least three half gallons of ice cream. It is not the Holiday Inn Express but it also is not the price.

The traffic makes it difficult to access the property.

Super nice for the price, property is well lit at night, the staff are super friendly and very helpful! Breakfast is always very good, fresh and hot! We will stay here every time we come this way!

I enjoyed my 3 night stay at this hotel. Check in was quick, housekeepers cleaned my room everyday, I felt safe especially being that I had my four small children with me, a lot stores/restaurants are nearby. My only complaint is that I wish they had a turkey/chicken susage option for breakfast. Not everyone eats pork, hopefully in the near future that change can be made. Other than that breakfast was pretty good. I would recommend this hotel.

10 minutes from airport. Very clean, newly renovated, good complimentary breakfast, great staff, good rates.

Cleanliness is always most important. Our room and all common areas were clean and smelled fresh. The truly hot shower was so much appreciated. I was going to eat a bowl of cereal with breakfast, but the whole milk was soured and I couldn’t find anyone to change that. Otherwise, we had an excellent stay.

Everything was great with the stay until we had the lights turned off on us at 9:03 for the end of breakfast. Take the food away, but don't turn off the lights when people are finishing their meal.
