Comfort Inn Pearl-Jackson

I called the property ahead of time to confirm there was trailer parking and was told there was. Upon arrival, no trailer parking available.

It was great clean the pool was the best kids enjoyed themselves

I chose this hotel because it said free shuttle to airport. At check in, they said they haven’t done airport shuttle since 2019

No airport shuttle. Okay stay.

The room was bad and the elevator smells awful.

Good value. We were in a F250 truck and parking was a challenge. I use a cpap and a convenient electrical outlet was not available in the room. Fortunately I carry an extension cord as this outlet issue occurs at other hotels we stay. The TV was set on the wrong HDMI - I had to troubleshoot and correct it. The room coffee pot leaked and didn’t work properly.

The room was clean. Our toilet had the running water sound all night long and wouldn’t flush the next morning. The curtain in our room looked as if someone had shredded one side with a knife. Breakfast options were very limited. Vending machine did not work.

This was one of the most nasty hotels I’ve stayed in. It was junk all along side of the stairs. It was a small container full of dirt water on the stairs. Toilet was clean on inside or out. & the owner acted like he didn’t want me there. Kept watching our ever move. Our housekeeper on the 3 rd floor was nice. It says online that they had a fitness center. But didn’t have one. Never going back

There was someone else's poop in the toilet. Either it wasn't cleaned and checked completely, or there wasn't any hotel security at all! It was a completely terrible night!!!!!

This property is very dirty and has a bug problem. Roaches are all over the beds and bathroom. The bed linen was not clean at all. I inform the state health inspector about the problem I seen. This hotel is major health concern and would not advise it to be utilized or advertised.

Room was dirty especially curtains

I had to move rooms, the first one was very dirty and not clean. The second one was still unclean but better than the first one. I checked out early and got no return.

Staff was friendly, breakfast was nice Room had mildew/mold all in it and I didn’t realize how bad until this morning some of it has even been painted over

I stayed for 5 days and had 3 different rooms would have been 4 but I didn't feel like moving again since I was on crutches. The first room had roaches and blood on one of the beds blankets. The second room the air conditioning unit soaked the floor. The third room everything was damp, my clothes damp when I came home from visiting my mom. I was checking out the next day so I just endured. I had to ask for compensation for being soo inconvenienced they said that's why we moved you again I was on crutches and they did not help me move just my 8 yr old grandson

Pictures on website are misleading. Rooms had mold on the ceiling, lamps were rusty and shades were very dirty, phone and alarm were very dirty.

Room had mold on ceiling in 3 places. Receptionist moved us to another room which was adequate for the stay.

When we entered our room, the sour smell was overwhelming. There were food crumbs on the bathroom floor, the ceiling was molded, there was a roach inside the refrigerator and flies flying around the room. The clerk initially offered a refund and then refused to answer the phone when contacted by hotels.com staff about the refund. The clerk refused to provide me with the manager’s contact information and would only state, “they’re out of the country.”

Hotel and room smelled terrible. Walls in room were peeling falling off. Bathroom not cleaned and shower head barely hanging on. Sheets dirty etc. homeless people sitting in front entrance

The air didn’t work, shower had scum on the wall. Overall stay was horrible. I would never stay again and don’t recommend.

The overal property is run down and not what you would expect from a Comfort Inn. The room was clean and acceptable for one night, but there was an issue with the toliet constantly running.

The Tv didn’t work , the air condition cover was broke , the phone didn’t work in the room .

The bed was very comfortable. The AC was great. Room had a musty smell, but I brought a candle & the room was good after that.

No hot water and check in wasn’t too great

Easy check in. Ms Fannie was great, what a smile! Easy in and out to eat at a great seafood joint, Moss Creek, try it you'll love it. Our TV would not come on so Ms Fannie fixed it while we were out. Breakfast was very good, plenty of everything. We'll be back there in the future.

The hotel was very dirty, and the front agent was rude. We asked for an adjoining room was told they didn't have any. Went on the hall saw the adjoining room, gave us two dirty rooms.Hotel smelled like marijuana,Never will recommend this hotel to any one.

Check-in was fine, room was not cleaned properly…not vacuumed, wet washcloth hanging over shower bar, mirror with toothpaste splatter, soap dish soapy, missing wheel on desk chair so couldn’t use it. Outside side door kept unlocked. Told checkout attendant, Sherry all this and all she did was hand me my receipt! No “I’m sorry”, or “we will address this” nothing!

It is great place to stay. Very clean. Very friendly staff. I choose this hotels.

The hotel is aged but very clean and worth the stay for the price… nothing extra… just a basic room with brand new towels though! I would stay again… actually have stayed here several times before… great location.

Nice property that gives you the basics. I’ll say having worked the hotel industry before, I see the potential in this property and many in the area. This is was my first lengthy trip back home for just about two weeks. The breakfast is ok but again not bad for the basics. The rooms I figured based off mine on the 3rd floor, all similar. Either a king or double queen at best, but you do have a mini frig, microwave and access to ice and a pool. The housekeeping are a blessing and if you see why, you should make sure they are HANDED any cash tip appreciation or at least tell them before you leave. Now how I worded this may seem like there is some shady stuff happening, absolutely no way am I eluding that there is. I’m simply saw the staff and understood whom I keeping the place clean. I have respect for any hotel no matter the level. I’d stay here again on Pearson Rd in Pearl Mississippi. Look at the area and there is more than enough dining to suit anyone even late night at the Waffle House across the street.

the location is great. The staff was wonderful, the rooms were clean, but i did smell marijuana by the elevators on 2nd floor. The occupant's next to us were extremely loud at 3am having sex .Which I know is expected but have teenage daughter with me and was very uncomfortable. overall experience was not ideal for families..

Our room smelled horrible. Our tub looked dirty, the breakfast was horrible and the bed is very hard. The hotel is outdated.
