Staff was friendly and helpful, pool was clean and refreshing, bed was super comfy. Location is perfect - close to the interstate, dining, shopping, and entertainment. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was nice, clean & spacious. The issues I had was 1. The sheets on the bed had hair on them. When asked to have them change, the person on staff was unable to leave the office or have someone change them. 2. The tub, you could only take a shower. The thing on the facet didn't work. 3. The swimming pool rail was lose. All & all, it was a good stay. I would stay there again. Perhaps check in earlier.

I paid for the room, but did not stay at the hotel. The bathroom did not look clean, and the parking lot was dirty. The door of the room going outside did not apoear to be secured well after locked. And the pool was not available, I forgot the excuse he used why it was closed. I adked for a refund, but it was denied.

Older hotel. The rooms are on the outside. Location great. A lot of people sitting in desk chairs outside smoking. ? how many people living there. Overall no issues!

Parking was a little tight in a large pickup truck. Tables needed to be wiped down at breakfast, they were sticky. I wish the a/c worked a little better. Everything else was great. Room was clean. It was quiet. Staff was very nice.

This is your classic motel, park in front of your type.. the room was solid as in, we couldn’t hear our neighbors next door which is great. However the chemical/mold smell was very overwhelming.. it burned my nose and gave me a headache. If your sensitive to chemicals or mold you may look other then here.. my parents room was a little better smell wise. It does have a fridge and microwave and pool and breakfast that was nice.

The carpet was old, flat and dirty—stained—room smelled bad and like deodorizer had been used to try to mask it—staff was very helpful—swimming pool was nice—rooms are worse than dated—beds are firm and confirtabke—lighting is terrible

The floors were filthy. Our feet were completely black. The babies were crawling on the floor and completely filthy so undoubtedly it has not been mopped the sheets had hair on them just nasty. old worn out towels. I would say it is the worst motel I have ever stayed in and I don’t usually give bad reviews

The hotel was “okay”. It was rather dirty honestly. Towels hung up that were dirty. Shower and bathroom in general had a funky smell. Not great, not terrible. Bad for a best western.

The room was clean and comfortable. The shower gave us plenty of hot water and had a good water flow. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was your typical breakfast options as in similar hotels. There was one huge problem that we had. We had gotten a room with a sofa bed in it because we needed the space. Unfortunately the sofa bed was broken, and one member of our party ended up sleeping on the mattress on the floor of the room. I found this to be totally unacceptable. Other than that, our state was great.

Room A/C had a large puddle under it at check in,was moved to another room both rooms had a very stale smell. Pillows were flat and 12x12" instead of normal bed pillows. Breakfast was nice.

This is by far the worst piece of property I have ever encountered! I checked out and requested a refund right after I checked in!! They told me to contact Expedia and request a refund. Then Expedia would call them and request a refund. Expedia did their part and the MOTEL NOT HOTEL denied the request!! Worst customer service ever!!

The hotel itself is nice, a fairly standard by-the-interstate-place-to-stop, but the staff members were way above standard! About the facilities -- clean, fairly large room, the bed was comfortable. Decent price. The breakfast was surprisingly good, with both hot and cold options (scrambled eggs, bacon, waffles). But, again, the best part was the efficiency and attentiveness on the part of the staff.

The hotel put my room under a stairwell on the side of the building where a team of tree cutters was staying. The tree cutters and 2 women were raucous all night. I asked for a different room and the hotel would not accommodate. The tree cutters parked their big equipment trucks in the parking lot, making it impossible to get out of my parking space. The free breakfast was unpalatable. The room reeked of cleaning supplies. Housekeeping took my dirty towels, but did not replace them with clean towels. The bathroom does not have a vent fan. Best Western hotels had become my first choice when traveling. Not anymore.

Very convenient to I-40. Beds was very comfortable and room was very clean. Breakfast was very good with lots of options - waffles, pancakes, eggs, breakfast potatoes, oatmeal, cereal, biscuits and gravy and fruit.

The Best Western Airport Inn in Pearl, Mississippi provided us with a good night's rest. Our check-in was quick and easy, even though we made it about 10 minutes before we arrived. The room was clean and fresh. The place was pretty quick and well-cared for, inside and out on the property. The morning breakfast had a fairly large offering for the size of the hotel. It was a good choice.
