This was my first time staying at this property. I requested my room on the first floor and was told they were sold out. A guest checked in after room was booked on the first floor. I don’t like the beds being against the wall making one adult climb in and out instead of walking to their side. There was only two luggage carts available but when I checked out earlier than check out time none were available.

This was a great property for a quick trip to Jackson for Thanksgiving. They were very welcoming to my 10 pound Chihuahua. The only issue I had at all was that the key cards were so terribly inconsistent. Sometimes took five or six swipes to get them to work.

Not much to walk to for food or convenience. It is, however, in a pretty quiet part of town. No foot traffic. No parking lot party animals or bums hanging around, which is very comforting compared to a lot of places that you would pay more for. I slept well with that piece of mind.

The staff seemed unconcerned for customer satisfaction. The room was uncomfortable, the chair, recliner, was broken. The toilet leaked and the bathroom needed cleaning. There was only one (1) luggage cart for the entire location because the other one (1) was stolen, per the morning desk clerk.

I did not like the fact that we had to change room three times due to experience and the room not clean nowhere to park so it's numerous a thing that when terrible the customer service was vague wasn't a dress trying to make us move into a room that was not completely clean the third time telling us to move into the room it's just the bed that had not been finished and I was asking why should I move in a room when the bed is not clean so that just made me totally uncomfortable

The hotel needs a deep clean, it was so much dust along with stains that have been there for a long time. Stains on the towels, shower curtain. This was definitely an one time stay at this hotel, i have stayed at other candlewood suites and this was the first time i seen it like tris

Extremely dirty. Stains everywhere. The floor and carpet turned our feet black in 2 minutes and was absolutely filthy with crumbs all over the couch and chairs and floor. The dishes they leave for you to use had food stuck to it. We only spent one night and couldn’t wait to leave. Thankfully there weren’t any roaches though.

Weve stayed here in the past, and it was pretty good overall. However, we will not stay here again or recommend this location. In the bathroom I noticed it could have been cleaner, there were rings around the tub, soap residue on the soap holder in tub area and above the toilet. I informed the front desk agent (young lady) via both phone call and after we were leaving out for the day. Also, requested fresh towels. Was told will let housekeeping know and take care of it. Upon returning that night, bathroom not cleaned nor fresh towels. Informed the front desk(young man), he was attentive, apologized for inconvenience and stated he would make sure housekeeping would take care of the issue in the morning. However, I informed him we were checking out in the morning. Management needs to re-train the cleaning staff, because that experience is both unsanitary and unhealthy. This needs to be addressed asap! No one wants to shower or stay in an unclean space. Also, the toilets are too low, and the pillows are terrible! And, the hotel could use both a deep cleaning and bathrooms need updating. The hotel does have an unpleasant odor especially the elevator and hallway.

Pretty unimpressed with this place. The elevator and hallways were hot and had a strange smell. The exercise room had a broken window and was extremely hot. The room itself was a good size and the A/C worked well, but the mattresses were old and uncomfortable. For the price, I expected a better environment.

There's a kitchenette inside the suite and next door is Dollar General that has a grocery department. There's numerous restaurants less than a mile down the road. The suite was clean and ready when we arrived. The price was very reasonable for a one bedroom suite with a pull out couch in the sitting area. The bedroom has a door for privacy from anyone sleeping in the sitting room. I liked that a lot.

This is an excellent location for a quick overnight stay on the outskirts of Jackson. The suite design is functional and roomy, and the comfortable queen bedding represents a lovely surprise. Breakfast is not offered by the hotel, but Cracker Barrel is close by, and for me, traveling for business, alone, that completes the package.

We stayed for one night while traveling across country. When we checked in the staff was on the phone (fine), but we had to wait a while while other staff came in/out. Finally were given our room and upon entering there were some cleanliness issues. I had already asked for a different room and been told they were sold out, so we had to stick with what they gave us. To make things worse, the bed was broken. It was a queen bed and if you sat on the edge, or laid too close it collapsed, spilling you out. It was extremely uncomfortable. Overall we felt that we were on our own for these kinds of problems by the way we'd been cared for earlier. Finally, Be aware that if you don't stay at least 7 nights - you get *no* housekeeping. Overall this was a disappointing experience. I get that this is a discount property, but I still expected furniture that worked and the ability to fix things.

The room was clean. The mattress was a little soft, we are use to a firm mattress... The walls are thin. we could hear others in their rooms, ex- baby crying, dogs barking, hollering at the tv during football game.

The good: The property, lobby and room were very neat and clean. Wall HVAC unit was not as loud as others hotels in which I have stayed. There was plenty of parking and adequate items in the convenience area. The not so good: I received a call to have my card charged for the room before arriving. This was the first time in 33 years of traveling. The remote was not programmed to the television. Someone came to the room, tried the same thing I did, stated there was nothing she could do and left. It wasn't until the next day that someone a) bought the remote used for the lobby TV to operate the one in the room and later b) switched the remote for me to use. Later, I asked the night shift gentlemen for a late checkout (12 noon vs 11AM). He said it was ok until he pulled my room number and exclaimed "This is Expedia. No it's 11:00". When I asked what did Expedia have to do with a one hour late checkout, he looked again and said, "Well, we will just see what happens at noon". By this time I was totally turned off with the service provided by everyone except the mid shift employee on Saturday evening.

I arrived at the time to check in. The particular room I reserved wasn’t ready. The customer stated it would be an additional 25mins or so. She also stated she would call me when the room was ready. Wasn’t very friendly.& I never received a call. We had driven 3hrs to celebrate a birthday so we went across to family dollar and someone else hotel to change clothes. Arrived back at 9pm to finally check in.

Weve stayed here in the past, and it was pretty good overall. However, we will not stay here again or recommend this location. Aria was delightful. Recommended a good restaurant. Bed could have been a little more comfortable but wasn’t terrible. Room was very clean and this hotel is equipped for extended stay. We played a Round of golf at Pearl Municipal Golf Course. I highly recommend this hotel.
