Days Inn by Wyndham Pearl/Jackson Airport

Hotel receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. However, there was trash overflowing out of the trash cans by the rooms that was not thrown out from the day we arrived to the day we left.

The security chain inside for the door was missing. The freezer inside the refrigerator was caked with ice and the frig was not cold. So, we decided to leave on the 25th. When my wife went to take a shower T my father’s house, she found that all of her new underwear had been taken from her suitcase. And several of her Ashley Stewart’s sweaters. I reported this to the front desk and they stated that the chain in must of their units were missing and that there hadn’t been any other thefts reported there.

The reception staff is friendly, patient, and promptly responds to any request, which is why I continue to stay there. However, while the lobby furnishings are clean, they're worn and tattered so that at first glance they don't look that way. The rooms I've stayed in also have worn and obviously outdated furnishings that appear to have been there for at least 20 years. Some doors don't have security chains, so even though check out isn't until 11, the cleaning crew has entered twice just after 8 am without waiting for me to answer the door. Usually not a problem, but the second time I had just come out of the shower and was only wearing my underthings. Extremely uncomfortable for a woman of my age to have a man open the door while you're sitting on the bed trying to put on your slacks! He seemed to apologize - but it wasn't in English so I can't be sure.

First, there was a sign showing no semi's allowed, and there were two parked in the lot. When I arrived, the lot had garbage on the left side of the building resting against the fence. When I got into my room, the smell of the room was pungent, not sure what caused it, either water damage, or, the cleaning solutions that aren't used well. I took pictures of the room. I found unknown spots of some kind of fluid near the front left side of the bed, there were burn holes in the top bed coverlet, multiple spots, the lights were not plugged in for the main desk there, I had to wipe down the seat for the desk, as it was nasty. I had to wipe down the toilet seat using one of the two small hand towels, as there were no other cleaners in the room or towels, such as paper towels. The one individual seating in the room with a foot rest, was so worn, I was afraid if I had sat on it without being clothed well, it would rip my skin, it was very worn with major spots of broken leather type sections around the edges. The bathroom had a major section that was very dirty in the lower left corner, and not sure what all was still there, but, no one has swept or cleaned it. I had to wipe down the faucets, because they were not clean, nor was the mirror in the main room. I wasn't able to tell if the small refrigerator was working, it appeared to be missing parts of the metal holdings inside it, as well as a small section that was ripped up on the inside bottom section. The carpet was horrible too

Everything was fine. The frame where the latch was, was broken though.

It is an aged property. Needs updating. Air conditioning worked great. Pool just the right size for my grandson.

The property and room were weathered a bit. The pool was not available. But for an overnight or two stay was a good value. Free breakfast was good. Staff was friendly.

Friendly check in clerk, she made sure we had what we needed. There was a cigarette burn on the bed spread, she gave us a new one to replace it. Plenty of extra towels too. The property had some areas that needs work. The swimming pool had some issues but there was a guy working on it. He was making his best effort to get it in order. We didn’t get to swim due to time and the heat index was in triple digits. The pool water was warm. Overall our stay was comfortable. The air conditioner in our room would freeze us We had to adjust it a few times. Lol The breakfast was excellent. One of the best breakfasts with plenty of choices.

Everything was great. Staff was friendly everything was clean. The hotel is a bit older, but it has been remodeled, and all the fixtures and amenities seemed new.

Whole property in bad need of renovation. The upholstered furniture is extremely worn. The whole place needs an upgrade and replacement of lighting, a complete painting, new flooring, new towels. It looks like the owner wants to only spend money on absolute necessities. Maybe they want to sell it?

The staff is gracious and helpful. However the room key failed repeatedly even after multiple trips for "reprogramming ". After my shower, walking around room 107 in my bare feet left them BLACK so i had to rewash them before putting on my socks.

The lady at front desk was really nice.but the room was dirty the sheets on both beds were dirty .The furniture in room are old run down

Not good at all. First room smelled like water had sat on the carpet. Moved to another room that smelled like smoke. We did not stay.

After reading all the bad reviews, I was concerned about staying here with my sons. When we arrived, they were out of roll away beds. Anyway, the room was perfectly clean. The linens were crisp white with a light bleach scent - just how I like! The shower was hot and clean. The tub diverter took a second to figure out (pull down the round section of the nozzle). Zero complaints from me! The building itself is a little dated, but it’s budget friendly price as well

Room was musty, floor damp & dirty. When we saw the stained sheets we asked for another room. Other room was only slightly better. Water damage on wall from fridge, basin sink didn’t drain. Non smoking room smelled of cigarette smoke. Cigarette butts outside the door. People lurking in parking lot.

The front desk was great, however the cleaning staff left a lot to be desired. 1st day we asked for them to skip the cleaning, they asked about towels and were very considerate to the fact that we had arrived in the middle of the night, The next day a different service person shows up at 0830, I told him we had just gotten up and to please come back later. Well at 1100pm when we returned nothing had been done to the room. I went to the desk and the lady there got us fresh towels. She asked about having the room cleaned later but I told her we were leaving early the next day, So the next day we leave and return at 1100pm and nothing was done to the room. So basically our room hadn't been cleaned the whole time of our stay. Dirty towels piled in the bathroom, tiny trash can over running. The grounds crew needs to pay a little more attention to detail. One night we returned it was clear that the grass had been cut, well the walkway leading to our room was covered with grass clipping. A leaf blower goes a long way! It seems as if the grounds crew didn't have a hedge trimmer, the bushes are quite unsightly. some doors show chipping paint. Finally I will say that the room was clean when we first arrived.

Unbelievable, how could a property rent with this service ? They kept a dirty maybe due to use a foam cup in the room. Very discolor towel they kept in the room. I even didn’t touch. And a sofa which simply a trash item they kept in the room. Sofa cushion is totally damaged due to overused i felt scared even to touch.

The TV did not work in the room.

Felt safe & was quiet 1st floor room. great shower, big pillows, clean room, ac was loud which is good....knobs had issues but was cool when we came in. all amenities needed (refrig/micro) etc. no safe but no big deal. only issue was paint splatters on carpet and bad painted walls....lol Lobby cookies were great...didn't make it to breakfast.

It was a convenient place to stop. Very close to the interstate and dining options. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean but obviously needed some detailing and trim improvements, but nothing that affected my stay. Bed was comfortable (my main concern).

Lorecia is awsome. The rooms are definately showing their age and could do with a good renovation, but they are clean and comfortable.

The desk clerk was extremely nice. The room was comfortable and spacious. The area was quiet and near plenty of places to eat.

Shuttle driver, Eugene was on on time and helped me because of my disability. The general manager, Towanna was vet helpful and made sure I got the kind of room I asked for. The employee from Greenville, gave me very explicit directions on how to get to Greenville. Everything worked in the room, the tv and the remote worked. The telephone worked. Wi-Fi stayed up consistently. The air conditioning although a little loud worked. I was able to order a decent meal through Door Dash. Finally, the bed wa clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

In spite of regular stays at this location AND having a reservation, they called -just a few hours before I was to check in!- to say they were "overbooked" and didn't have the double room I requested but would give me a King room with a cot! NOT ACCEPTABLE. We finally did manage to get into a double room, but it wasn't at all what I requested. If it weren't for the staff working so hard to make it right I would have just stayed somewhere else.

Quick and easy, friendly staff. No complaints

some man who cleans opened our room door at 8am and just walked in, no knock, nothing!! very weird and inappropriate! check out isnt until 11am, why are u walking in our room sir? i mean just walked in and looked at us while we were in bed. Definitely wouldnt stay there if youre a single woman by yourself or if u have kids, not safe.

Great service by courteous staff

First arrived, hotel attendant acted like it was a bother to do her job. No smiles, no greet. Once in room, I immediately thought, "Damn, I should of spent the extra $35 and went to Holiday Inn." The room wasn't very clean. Definitely no pride taken in cleanliness. Only 1 plug worked; relieved my daughter had packed an extension chord! I would never stay here again and not recommend anyone.... spend the little extra cash! Wish I would have! And shame in Wyndham for attaching their name to this Days Inn.

The breakfast was incredible! A hot breakfast with everything you could want. The hotel guests were very nice to talk to. I will visit again.

An older property what was fairly well maintained in a sloppy manner. Paint spatters on floor, no toilet paper roller (toilet paper constantly falling on floor), underlying musty smell. We choose this property for price first then convenience to our activities. We stayed 2 nights. We got about what we expected. Easy check-in and out, No bugs, decent breakfast. Plusses: an quiet stay, room serviced with clean towels and bed made.
