Great location to The Paseo & Robinsons Mall right next to each other both with great great street foods, restaurants & fresh produce. 7-11s two of them to be exact.Nice swimming pool and workout gym. The staff are really attentive. Air-Con is strong. Stayed there onn4 separate occasions. Equipped with microwave ovens freezing cold refrigerators nice laundry rooms in each building. Recently built looks stylish in each room. WiFi kind of lags at times. Giant flat screen tv in each room how can you go wrong really

The room was even better than the online photos showed. Had both a window and balcony that I didn’t expect. Staff were very friendly and responsive. The restaurant is convenient with a good selection, good prices and good food. There’s also a mini mart right out front. Really perfect if you need to stay near the airport.

We used it for 2 nights rooms are clean with comfy beds decent decor good nights sleep staff are there to help,used the cafe there on one night was good Thai food,also excellent 24 hour shuttle only minutes from airport,200 bahts per room would I stay there again yes we would fair prices for this type of hotel...one downside the pool which is smallish but good for cooling off only 5 sunbeds!!? minor detail..all in all decent hotel.

Perfect stay by the airport. It has a pool, a gym, and the room was lovely and clean. Not much around so just great for an airport stay. The shuttle bus was absolutely perfect. We just told reception the day before and the shuttle was there waiting for us and a couple of others. 10 minute drive to the airport. An excellent service. Would definitely recommend.

Not the first time at this hotel. We love the position near the airport but still very quiet. The swimming pool is big enough to do some exercise, the restaurant is of great quality. The gym could be better.

Our rooms were clean and comfortable. The complimentary water, coffee, and instant noodles were greatly appreciated - and the friendly and helpful staff restocked everything for us upon our request. The pool was a huge bonus because of the heat. The airport shuttle was prompt in both directions.

Another great stay here. I was sick and they allowed me to check in early to sleep. Rare in Bangkok. Always friendly helpful staff, good clean pool. Rooms are spotless. I am a regular guest as it’s great value for money and a great airport shuttle both ways by arrangement.

Good location 15 minutes from the airport and provide a shuttle service at reasonable cost. I would stay there again. All staff were pleasant and helpful.

Only stayed one night before next day flight. Good : - near the airport (15min ride) - service : very kind and helpful staff, polite, very good English level. - has a kitchen Less good : - no noise insulation, doors without soft closing. As a result you can hear every time anyone spams his door, no matter which floor. Also can hear anyone talking in the corridor… so we didn’t have a good night unfortunately. Smell : our room had a strong smell, not sure what it was. Cleanliness : the floor was not very clean, as I walked a few times between the bed and bathroom, my feet were dark because of the floor’s dust. Gym: falling apart, needs someone for maintenance. It is a pity because having a gym is very appreciated. But it was not clean and the weights/bars are rusted, the elliptical machine is making a lot of noise.

Reception staff is very helpful and location is very close to the airport. The villas are cute but a bit cramped. The AC takes a while to cool and there were ants in the villa. We stayed only for half a day so it was manageable but would be difficult for a longer stay.

Good location, what I like the most in this hotel is atmosphere, comfy bedding, cozy like home. And very good price ... and very clean! What I dont like was I can hear people from corridor, look like the door unable to keep the noise. And you can adjust the hot/cold water but somehow you can't control the temperature stable.

We paid thirty five US for a "villa" and it was adorable. Your own little cabin stuffed with a bed, one end table & bedside lamp, armoire, padded bench, shelf, and a little kitchenette with microwave, sink and mini fridge. No dishes, flatware or even a bottle opener. Two free noodle soups, water and toiletries. Bathroom nice; clean and new. Lots of windows, all with screens. Even the door had a screen. Not a lot of floor space. Cutest thing is a little porch with two chairs and a table. 15 minutes from airport, great dinner at restaurant (Thai Select) and a small pool. Very nice.

For a one-night stay before our flight - this was a good choice. The hotel is 10 minutes’ drive from the airport, but be aware that it is located in a rather dark alley. I cannot give feedback on my stay at this hotel as i booked wrong dates of stay . I placed a booking for a overnight stay which was non refundable booking. I relised within 24hrs i booked wrong dates. I messaged expedia who were understanding and they asked the hotel if they could refund me the booking back as i have never stayed at the hotel etc as it was a mistake on my side. Hotel refused to refund me as it was my fault and there policy. I understood there policy but seen as i never used there facilties and it was less than 24hrs since booking took place . They would understand and i could rebook with the correct dates. I was disappointed hotel was so un- understanding. Lesson learnt.

This place helped us with a very stressful situation. My husband left his passport in the airplane. When we got to the hotel the receptionist acted quick and made all the calls solving the problem very quickly and showing emphaty and kindness. We are very grateful. Their shuttle service at only $200 bath was efficient and easy. The room had a very comfortable bed, and some free snacks. The hotel isn’t in a beautiful area but the location is very convenient. We walk to a couple of malls and finished our shopping in Thailand easily. This hotel 1000 out of 10 . Great service, impeccable staff and very convenient for that last day in Bangkok our for delayed flights and over night stays.

The Staff in this hotel are truly wonderful! Though I preferred the room I stayed in November compared to February, all of the facilities are clean and convenient. The hotel is close to BKK and everything worked efficiently and smoothly. This little hotel has become a favorite of mine breaking up the journey to Australia. Thank you!

Very good service. Everyone went out of their eat to help out. The shuttle was very useful to get to the airport. The unit was very clean and there was complimentary water and some snacks. These were very helpful specifically when we just got in.

This was my second time staying with them and everything about my experiences has been fantastic. They definitely go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and if need assistance with transportation around Bangkok, you can be sure they will hook you up with great driver and guide. Once i find something that is great its very hard for me to try something else. Every time that i will visit Thailand they can expect me to stay with them. Their customer service is off the charts and much appreciated!!

I stayed in one of the villas which was awesome. The location is ideal since it is very close the airport and the hotel has a very reasonably priced shuttle to the airport with I took advantage of - perfect! I stayed for three days so the convenience of being able to walk to two major malls in less than 10 minutes was great - I even caught a movie and did some shopping. The staff was great in explaining how to use the train/subway to get to downtown Bangkok where I went to the MBK Centre - thanks folks for the great directions. Overall I hope to stay at this location again although it is quite far from all the action downtown - about a 50 minute taxi ride to Khao San Road, but AT Residence is worth the trip. I did not take advantage of the little pool area but there were lots of people enjoying that facility. The villa area had lots of green, garden spaces which was perfect to relax in. I would definitely stay here again, it is a nice little gem.

Our stay at this hotel was perfect for the one night sleepover to catch our flight. The staff are Very helpful and lovely to speak with and very eager to please. The pool was very nice and the little cafe attached that is their restaurant offered good food. The rooms are slightly dated but the beds were comfortable and everything worked. The are has nothing going on, there are a few local restaurants but besides that it is not near anything tourists sites. But its very close to the airport and that was very convenient for us.

The restaurant next to the hotel food is excellent. We had dinner and had breakfast at this location. The staff is very friendly. They connected us with a driver whose name is Andy and is excellent. He will take you to the locations wait for you and suggest things for us to do in Bangkok. Please request for Andy. Overall good clean hotel with amazing friendly staff.

A good hotel for a short visit for an overnight at Bangkok airport.. friendly staff, transfers available and only a 5 minute drive. We ended up in a taxi which was 200 baht, but the transfer was the same price. Room was clean, bed was comfy, small seating area and bathroom, with a good shower. Not a hotel for views, but ideal for an overnight. ( we had a deluxe room in one of the main buildings ). There were free noodles in the room, and complimentary water, a fridge and a kettle. Overall a good stay for not very much money… great value. Breakfast at the on site cafe was ok… quite basic. 7-11 nearby and walking to it felt safe. There was also a safe in the room… and good air con.
