I stayed for 3 nights in their suite room with two young kids and we really enjoyed it. Staff service was excellent and the massage was really good value for the quality they offered. They can also do it in our room with 100baht surcharge which is really worth it if you need to watch your kids. Breakfast has a decent selection and prompt service although we only have it for one day because we have to leave early on most days. One thing to improve is probably the sofa cleanliness as dirt got stuck on their crevices but the rest of the facilities are very clean and in good condition.

1) Excellent bed and pillows. 2) Ample space in the room to fit a third bed for tri-sharing 3) Super cold Aircon. 4) Excellent street food choices and hotel is located next to the famous soi 19. 5) Siam massage located at level 6 of the hotel building is great. It is conveniently located within the hotel building. 6) Hotel is located opposite the platinum fashion mall. Girls would be happy. 7) If you know how to navigate to the Rachaprasong Walk via the platinum fashion mall, it is actually conveniently walkable to Central World, Big C, Siam Paragon, MBK and the BTS stations. 8) Always our choice hotel whenever we return to Bangkok.

Fint hotel mitt i Pratunam. Nära till mycket shopping och den stora Pratunammarknaden. Nära till skytrain till flygplatsen, till kanalbåt och till MBK, Siam och skytrain där. Fin pool och ett bra litet gym. Var där i Covidtider så reataurang och bar sparsamt öppna. Rekomenderar verkligen detta hotel.

Wonderful Stay. Beds were so amazing, the best weve had on our tour of Thailand. Very modern hotel, friendly staff. Great location across from Fashion Mall and local street vendors. Loads of food options very near. Breakfast was great and enjoyed some time by the pool. Would recommend this hotel.

The last time I stayed here was in 2018, location is very convenient, within walking distances to the malls and markets. Rooms were clean, services provided by the staff were good.. best thing about this hotel is, we can request for a change of pillows if the ones in the room doesn’t suit us.. Am really glad it survived Covid and still maintaining its standard.. Am definitely going back again! Ps: The bathroom has a very strong chlorine smell when we first checked in on this trip that I had to use a lot of my room spray to cover the smell (Pro : Itz definitely been cleansed very thoroughly; Con: the smell can be abit overwhelming for some)

Good location, unfortunately the decorations and facilities are old, the worst thing is room without soundproof, you can hear someone talking in next door, the room doors closed making noise and people walking through the corridor can wake you up

very conveniently located. However, the traffic is pretty bad at the area so it will be pretty difficult to get a grab. it will be good if there is blackout curtain provided so we can get better rest. The water pressure is quite small as well.

On the 28th Aug Sunday night time 1 lady and 1 guy was working at the reception. The lady was super rude. We checked in at around 10.00 pm on 26th Aug and requested to check-out late on Monday however the reception said 1.00 pm is the latest. It is fine as we understand. On Sunday night, 28th Aug , we asked the lady do you mind to check if we could check out at 2.00 pm as our flight is in the evening as the guy told us 1.00 pm. Then she said check out is 12.00 pm who said you can check out at 1.00 pm. I said the guy when we check in on Friday night told us check out is at 1.00 pm. She kept saying nobody tell you that please just check out at 12.00 pm. So we explained again and again finally in a rude and high tone manner , she said, if you said so then fine, 1.00 pm is 1.00 pm then. So I told her you dont need to be rude. We stayed glow hotel many times before Covid as Glow Hotel is a good hotel but unfortunately, we encounter such a rude girl which I think she may also talk the same manner to other customer/s. Please train this lady Staff as we are not happy with her tone. Thank you! Lina

I have stayed here many times. The rooms are clean and comfy, locality of this hotel is great. Reception staff Supreme, Tin Tin and Wit have given excellent customer service during my stay here, they were always very warm and helpful with all of our needs during my stay here. Will be back to stay here again soon.

The service staff is amicable and responsive to requests. This trip was a trip with besties to celebrate our 50th year old and the hotel was kind enough to place us on the same place after request was put in. Definitely made our trip more memorable ❤️ Glow’s always my go-to hotel of choice for my Bangkok trips two to three times a year and I believe it still holds that top spot. Kudos 👏

We didn’t smoke in the room and just because the housekeeping saw Cigg butt in the dustbin she assume we smoke in the room. Rubbish bin is to throw rubbish and we have the box to store the Cigg butt after we smoke because it’s not humane to smoke and throw on the floor therefore we came back to hotel room and we clear our little box. No clarification just write a letter and slip into our room. I think communication is very important. Letter given out to customer got to be very cautious as it represents your hotel image and I think this is a very bad experience. I will definitely let my friends know so that the same thing will never happen to them. No apologies nothing from your hotel management even though we brought the letter down to clarify this matter. No basic manners at all

Not easy to spot the location for first timer. Driver follow GPS can get wrong direction or miss the turning point. It’s in between a small alley, and crowed outside, not easy to spot. You will get familiar after few times. It’s convenient if you like shopping opposite of Platinum mall.

Located at the heart of pratunam. It is very convenient location for massages, shopping and dining. Currently there are some piping construction going on aling the main road which might create some traffic delays nonetheless we enjoyed staying here.

I love staying there because it’s walking distance to Platinum Mall and there’s a lot of stores at the ground floor of the hotel the location is perfect for shopaholic like me. Pratunam market is just next door. The massage at the hotel was very relaxing after a day of shopping. It was a fun experience would love to stay there again and highly recommended.

Shopping malls are all within 30min walk include bts skytrain. Big C supermarket, central world shopping mall, are just around the corner. Platinum shopping mall is just across the road. There is a self service 24/7 laundry place just 5min down the road. McDonald's on the ground floor

Perhaps due to the popularity of this hotel and it's location, early check in or late checkout wasn't possible even during off peak period during my week days stay in July. Breakfast buffet needs lots of improvement due to extreme limited choices of food. No scramble eggs or omelette except for hard boiled eggs and sunny side up were available. Hotel cleanliness is fine. Staff are friendly. Water pressure are affected if there are other users from different rooms is/are using at the same time. This is my 2nd visit to this hotel and will not return again.

Ein sehr komfortables Bett. Ausgezeichnetes und hervorragendes Frühstück - allein 8 Töpfe mit warmen thailändischen Gerichten, mehrere Köche, die Omeletts auf Wunsch und andere Speisen zubereiten, große Salat- und Gemüsebar, Obst - aber auch "klassisches" Müsli und Kaffee mit warmer Milch waren im Angebot. Zwischendurch und nach den City-Touren: Entspannen am und im Pool. Mehrere der großen Shoppingcenter sind direkt erreichbar, die Platinum Fashion Mall liegt gegenüber, und von dort geht es über Fußgängerbrücken direkt weiter zur "Centralworld". - Leider unangenehm für Lärmempfindliche: In unserem Zimmer der 11. Etage war ein deutlicher, ununterbrochener Summton der Lüftungssysteme zu hören, auch nachts. Auch die eigentliche Lüftung/Klimaanlage des Zimmers ist laut. Ich musste mit Ohrenstöpseln schlafen. Lärm und Luftqualität entsprechen auch sonst der Lage an der tosenden Petchaburi-Straße - auch am Pool. - Aus unserer Sicht überwogen das hervorragende Frühstück, das Personal und der akzeptable Preis, sodass der Aufenthalt eine gute Erinnerung hinterlässt.

Definitely great for like budget shopping in the area. For food wise, decent street food around. If you want restaurant then you have to walk further down to the mall areas. Decent hotel but starting to show a bit of age especially in the showers. Service is generally good but I think can improve especially at the restaurant area. Breakfast was good for a hotel of this size.
