The two rooms we had were smelly, specially the bathrooms. They tried to mask this with room fresheners but it only made worse our allergy.

Hotel is located on a very quiet street, especially at night. The only lift is small, slow as compared to many and it broke down multiple times during my 17 days stay there. My room was on the 4th floor!! Front desk receptionist Ms Sulaiporn is very courteous and helpful.

I booked this hotel for my 2 nights family trip in Bangkok city. The location is very convenient. 10~15mins walking distance to Platinum mall and pratunam area. There is few food hawker stall outside the hotel and it is very super easy. A massage shop next to the hotel. 7-11 just nearby the hotel. Overall, the hotel location is convenient, staff are friendly and helpful, WiFi connected TV which is good for kids, the room is clean and very peaceful as it is away from pub and main road traffic.
