The hotel was a good price for the area and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The room did have a lot of dust on the table by the window and on the counters and windows. My girlfriend does have asthma so she did have to use her machine at times to help her breathe. The location was close to transportation (taxis and buses) and was in a good location across the street from The Chao River Front Asiatique Market. The staff and employees were very helpful and kind and welcoming. The only thing we had a problem with is that the rooms could be dusted and cleaned a little bit better

Great location for Asiatique access. Everything was clean, nice, and quiet. Room had a slight mildew smell at first. Running the air for a few hours cleared that up mostly. Would stay here again.

Sunreno is located right in front of Asiatique where the great foods and attractions are. There are also a lot of street vendors, the main transportion is bus. Very friendly and accommodating staff. The room is very clean and spotless. Highly recommend.

These issues were solved the next morning. Surprisingly, there are no sockets near the bed. The receptionist told us she would buy an extension cord if we paid for it! Not a very customer friendly response. She then managed to find an extension cord.Don't expect much from the kitchenette. There aren't even knives. The same receptionist told us they are too dangerous for guests. This seemed like a ridiculous reason if you are going to offer a kitchenette. However, overall good value for money. we arrived

Great amenities for the price. Right in front off Asiatique which was a plus especially if you book a river cruise. The only thing i didnt like was the lack of hot water and the AC smells like dust for the first few minutes when its on

Room was excellent for the price we paid. We stayed on the top floor which seemed to be recently renovated. Hotel was conveniently located next to Asiatique Pier for the cruises and market but was a bit of a drive to get to the other attractions. Accommodations were perfect for our one night stay. Although they were not able to accommodate our early check in request staff allowed us to store our bags safely while we explored.

テレビがシャープ、冷蔵庫が日立、電話がPanasonicと親近感が沸きました。特にテレビはYouTubeとNetflixが日本語案内で見られてわかりやすかったです^_^ キッチン、バスルームも全てがきれいでした。ベッドもとても良かったです。シャワーがもう少し強ければ完璧ですが、お湯もしっかり出ましたし、髪の毛がロングで多い人以外は問題ありません。

I find this hotel very interesting the last night we stayed there i think someone tried to open our door but im pretty sure it was the cleaners! they have extra safety locks on there luckly we had all on so the door was just peeked open. Other than that i recommend this spot. Check in and out was quick and easy. Staffs was friendly also. When i go to Bangkok ill be staying here again.

Directly across from the Night Market and it was decent accommodation for the price. You need 500 baht for 2 key cards though - which is refundable however wish i knew that ahead of time. One key card is used to keep the air on. But the bed was comfortable so that was a plus

The Sunreno Hotel decor is very retro I felt like I was a kid again growing up in the 70’s. The bathrooms & appliances have been updated which was very nice. The staff was very helpful making sure we had taxi’s for excursions & the airport. The Asiatique Riverfront & night market are just across the street… we would stay again!

I liked location and size of room, however I paid 5400 baht per night and would expect room to be ready and it wasn't, I tried checking in at 420pm and had to wait. Also they do not accept scan or credit card for deposit, they require 500 baht cash only...which I didn't have on me but luckily my fiancee had. Then safe didn't work, had to have maintenance come and fix.then when checking out, they made us wait while they checked room to see if we took anything or left room dirty. Luckily we got deposit back.

I stayed for 2 nights. The WiFi simply did not work and I spent a considerable amount of time trying to get it to be consistent. On for an hour, then off and I would switch to my phone. Same. There was no food on the premises. But you could walk across the street to Asiatique mall for Coffee/food. There was no lamp at the bedside. Dangerous. There was no soap at the bathroom sink. Staff were nice enough. Would I stay there again? Depends.
