The staff were helpful and amazingly friendly to us even though we did not speak the language.food was very variable and tasty with many specific thai recipes. The 8th floor swimming pool was a big attraction and we often spent time in the afternoons at the hotel cafe on 1st floor. Very Nice Hotel and good service. All staff people working here was very Nice and helpfull. The Hotel is near/walking distance to The food market/ street food. Best of thai food. Seven eleven shop right beside, if you need anything else. Nice sky bar and Swiming pool on 8floor. Not The best view from The room. A bit Far distance from sentrum, and river. 30-40min taxi drive. Not many european turist, mostly asian here. All in all, very Nice Hotel and ok price.

I would urge anyone who thinks of booking this hotel to definitely look else where. This is not a 4 star hotel, we travel a lot and I have stayed in better 2 star hotels. 1. We booked as a discounted rate, due to have a vitality membership therefore money off. Our first hotel room was on the other side of the road from the main building. The room was dirty and smelt very damp. We also experienced water coming out of the toilet, and the sink, the water was bubbling then shooting out. We were ‘upgraded’ this room was also very dirty and had damage to the furniture. We were told there was no other rooms to be moved to until the next day. We was never moved. We were given an apology, fruit and a bottle of wine, this is kind but does not make up for the stay we experienced. 2. When I went to talk to staff for the second time about the second room, with pictures I was told that the room was cheap at a discounted rate and therefore this was an explanation for the poor conditions. I was also told that they were in the middle of refurbishing the rooms, please look at older reviews for the reply of the management they have said this before and there is no refurbishment happening here. 3. This is a very noisy place, there are motorbikes all through the night and lots of music, this place does not sleep. 4. The roof top pool is old and dated, broken flooring in places. Old nappy on the floor for our entire stay. Breakfast is ok. Gym is ok. 5. So far from everything.

Nice hotel. Enjoyed our stay. However, they no longer have the lounge chairs in the water at the pool as pictured. That was one of the selling points and main reason I selected this hotel. It's in the Chinatown district of Bangkok and almost everything nearby is catering to Chinese. Nice rooftop bar with awesome view of Bangkok and great cocktails!

A great boutique hotel with helpful, friendly staff. The updated control panel for almost everything in room was excellent. Ate in their restaurant/aquarium one night and food was delicious. Roof pool smaller than expected, but no problems as well maintained.

This has been my favorite hotel to stay at when I am in Thailand. It is the perfect location and close to train station, food, transportation. However, in both buildings they have a mold problem. The walls have mold in them as well as the showers. Do not stay in the the older building where the top rooms are suppose to be. The toilets do not flush and the sinks leaks water everywhere. The constant noice from outside gets annoying because you can hear everything in the rooms so there is bad noise cancelation in the walls, you also can hear the weights hit the floor from the gym on the second floor. These rooms are not worth any more than $65 max $70 per night in Thailand. The staff is awesome and was the best part of the trip. However, this is china town and they are rude. If they would invest more money back into their hotel it could be one of the best in Bangkok. It his just disappointing seeing how it is going down because i have been staying here since 2018.

We booked for the amaranta hotel. Our rooms were in the amaranta suites. They were disgusting. Intense smell of smoke, door handles fell off, dirty. There were rats in the street outside. The staff were kind, but the rooms themselves were horrible.

About 7min walk from MRT and walking distant from Huai Khwang night market. Room lighting, aircon and curtains fully panel control. The only thing that upset me was the bed. I believed the Q size bed is joint by 2 single bed and the worst part when lying in the middle, you can feel your whole body sink in. Which make you feel so uncomfortable.

The bell boys were very polite and friendly, and the room was clean and generally comfortable. The location is convenient with many food options nearby and close to an MRT station. It was quiet, the bed was comfy, the room was very modern, we enjoyed the area, lots of places for massage! The rooftop pool was really nice! More attention to detail could've made it a 5; two lights in our room didn't work (burnt out bulbs?), I mentioned it to maintenance but it was never fixed. The bathroom door lock was falling off (they did fix this right away after i raised it). Every other day cleaning service would remove hand towels and not replace them, we only seemed to have hand towels every second day! The pool bar is supposed to be open all day, but we never saw anyone ever working there. But overall we really did enjoy staying here!!

The rooms are spacious and clean. There are a number of streetfood options if you are adventurous enough to walk around the area. The staff was very helpful and accomodating. The breakfast buffet was adequate but I would highly suggest you walk around and use your Google Translate to buy from food places in the streets. It was awesome. The only thing I didn't like about our stay was the sound proofing of the rooms. I had trouble sleeping and staying asleep some nights cuz of the normal street noise. Wasn't too loud or anything but loud enough to affect sleep.

Nice and helpful staff, we visiting this hotel every year. Nearby a lot cheap massage, cheap and tasty street food stores as well as Chinese restaurants. They even decorated the room and sent a cake for my husband’s birthday, so sweet, thank you. Will visit again next year.

The hotel was smaller but very cute and very clean. I love the larger open bathtub. The best part of the trip was our concierge person, Lay. He’s was so warm, welcoming and insanely helpful. He made our stay even better. And def much easier to figure out for our first few days.

All staff very respectful and helpful . Treated very well and atmosphere was very peaceful. Breakfasts were excellent and staff went out of their way to make sure you had an enjoyable experience. One server even brought me coffee outside after breakfast so I could smoke and enjoy the weather with my morning coffee. She was outstanding. All staff made sure my every waking moments were perfect. I cannot say enough good things about the staff and the way I was treated . I even stating for two more days here at the hotel because of the royal treatment i experienced. Definitely the number one hotel in Bangkok and would recommend anyone expecting proper and professional treatment to stay here. My room was always cleaned and made up with care and expertise. Even with the language barrier, I was always helped and steered in the right direction. The Sunday night seafood buffet was out of this world and should not be missed. To add my final comment, I felt like I was home in Canada and wished I could stay here for ever. Glen Brown

良かった点はホテル回りに全てが揃っている点ですね。しかしホテルは感心出来ませんでした、男性スタッフの態度が最悪でした、女性スタッフは笑顔で良かったです。あと部屋が三階でリクエストが駄目だったのとアメニティーが良くありませんでした。立地は良かったのでとても残念です。

部屋は広くて清潔で掃除は行き届いていると思いました。とても心地よいです。鏡や収納も多くて使いやすかったです。朝食も見た目は普通で種類は多くありませんが、味はとても良くてコーヒーも美味しかったです。フロントの方も接客が丁寧で親切です。ホテルの周囲はコンビニやコイランドリーやマッサージのお店が多く、MRTも徒歩3〜4分と近いので本当に便利でした。5泊しましたが、次回も利用したいです。

My family enjoy the stay in the property, love the pool and breakfast, also good sleep every night. Staff are doing great in helping us. Good place near to night market within 10 minutes walk and shopping mall The Place with BigC which is good for tourist. I just hope the property could do good maintenance. Keep it up!

I was afraid, I've made mistake booking suite in this hotel, when I saw the outside look on google street view. But I was totally wrong. The place is unique, very close to modern part of the City, super close to subway station, and is surrunded by true feel of Thailand, its people, colours and smells. I truly did enjoy staying in Amaranta Hotel. Can't wait to go back.

Frühstück im Keller und das Frühstück selbst maximal 3 Sterne. Personal im Holel super nett und hilfsbereit. 5 Sterne. Das Hotel selbst ein gutes 3 Sterne Hotel im Vergleich zu den Mitbewerbern. Es ist vollkommen überbewertet.

Good enough but a little rundown and in need of a refresh. Staff were accommodating. Room was spacious, but some stains on the sofa, and a hair. Breakfast was just ok. Restaurant served mediocre Thai food.
